Whispers of a Frightened World Scenario Now Live

Recommended Posts

YZW7JkN.jpg

Last week saw the arrival of doomsayers and the 7.3 pre-launch event continues with a new Magni Bronzebeard scenario and a quest called Whispers of a Frightened World.

TL;DR

  • You go to Scholazar Basin, talk to Magni, finish a scenario and find out that the Dark Titan's coming and "your fate awaits on Argus".
  • When you complete the quest, you'll get Defense Construct IdentifierDefense Construct Identifier (Artifact Power token).

For more information about Patch 7.3, check out our 7.3 hub.

Being The LoremasterThe Loremaster that I am, I wait for this stuff almost religiously.  Albeit when it's done it's hard to stomach doing more than one character...  but I'm still glad it's progressing.

Seeing the room infested with void creatures opens up room for discussion. Do you think Azeroth or Magni are corrupted by Old Gods? I've been looking at Il'gynoth's quotes:

Quote

The king of diamonds has been made a pawn.

Of course, those quotes are in the game for quite some time, but seeing Magni as one of the major characters in 7.3 and his Speaker role, do you think he lures us to Argus so that the Old Gods can strike at Azeroth when she's most vulnerable?

Old gods expansion confirmed? I could definitely see us returning to Azeroth it see it engulfed in the power of the old gods. Different continents ripped apart by different beings. Maybe Pandaria will be our "safe haven".

And who was the big guy?  sounded like a mixture of every old gods' voices, but the look...  was that supposed to be the actual sargeras in there?  I dont recognize the outline.

I'm just wondering how much will tie into Kul Tiras or if that will be a 'intermediate' expansion, leading up to voidlords...  oh the possibilities.

Nope that was just some sort of amalgam, like a physical manifestation of her nightmares. Something smells fishy. Lol, at first you hear Old Gods then Magni tells you to go to Argus, well sure.

Old gods? They won't do anything, they're nice guys, right? It's not like we haven't checked up on them recently, right...? Whoops.

If you plan on buying the physical War Within Collector's Edition and live in Europe, you're going to have a bad time!
Blizzard has ceased distributing WoW Collector's Editions through retailers with the release of Dragonflight, making the Blizzard Store the only place to buy them. However, the shipping costs could be a dealbreaker for many collectors eager to acquire the latest edition for the upcoming expansion.
Reddit user katamai from Serbia posted a screenshot of their order, revealing that the shipping fees exceed the cost of the box itself—280 Euros for shipping compared to 200 Euros for the box, totaling 480 Euros.

Additionally, Emi, a follower on our Facebook page, reported a shipping cost of 99 Euros to Romania, nearly ten times what it costs to ship to the UK.

A practical workaround might be to order the Collector's Edition to a UK address and then use a shipping service to forward it to your address in Europe, potentially saving a considerable amount of money.
How much does it cost to ship the box to your country?

We've already talked about and taken a first look at the Delve-specific mount coming in the War Within, but now it's time to check out all of its customization options!
LeystTV has delved into the mount and shown off all the options, from the different colors to nose, wing, thruster, and top customizations, with glider, blimp, helicopter looks and more! There's even different versions of Horde and Alliance decals to choose from!

And these may not even be all the options present at launch, not to mention new ones Blizzard might add with later patches, making this one of the cooler mounts in the game.
