An overview of all interesting event happening in Azeroth during the week of October 3.

Artifact Knowledge Level 46

All players now have access to Artifact Knowledge level 46 that increases Artifact Power gains by 59,400,000 % (up from 45,700,000 % @AK level 45).

Mythic Keystone Affixes

Argus World Boss

  • Pit Lord Vilemus is up this week. The portal can be found in Antoran Wastes (62, 31).
  • All Argus world bosses in Greater Invasion Points drop ilvl 930 loot. Loot tables and dungeon journal entries can be found here.

Argus Weekly Quests

  • Fuel of a Doomed World: Collect 50 Pristine Argunite from Invasion Points, Rare encounters, or treasure chests on Argus to receive 300 Veiled Argunite.
  • Invasion Onslaught: Complete 3 Invasion Points to get 200 Veiled Argunite.

Legion Dungeon Event (October 3 - 10)

  • While this event is active, the final boss of each Legion dungeon awards an extra item when defeated (Sign of the WarriorSign of the Warrior).
  • Don't forget to complete the weekly dungeon quest Emissary of War to get Cache of Fel TreasuresCache of Fel Treasures that contains a piece of Heroic Tomb of Sargeras gear.

PvP Brawl: Southshore vs. Tarren Mill (Oct 3 - 10)

  • Originally introduced as a part of the World of Warcraft 10-Year Anniversary event, this Brawl harkens back to the early days of WoW PvP, with an epic battle between the two towns of Tarren Mill and Southshore. In this game of war, you’ll need to work as a team and deplete your foes’ resources to claim victory.
  • Win a PvP Brawl for "Something Different" to get Brawler's FootlockerBrawler's Footlocker, 3 Mark of HonorMarks of Honor and Soldier's LegacySoldier's Legacy (950 million AP @ AK level 46).

Darkmoon Faire (Oct 1 - 8)

  • Darkmoon Faire returns to Azeroth. Don't forget to ride the carousel to receive a 10% increase to XP and reputation gains. More information can be found here.

Harvest Festival (Sep 29 - Oct 6)

  • The Harvest Festival is a time to commemorate those who have sacrificed their lives to help friends and allies. Feasts are held outside Orgrimmar and Ironforge in honor of these fallen heroes.

Brewfest (Sep 20 - Oct 6)

  • Brewfest runs through October 6. More details can be found by visiting our updated Brewfest guide.

World Boss Drugon

Look for the epic World Quest "The Frozen King" in Highmountain.

@Stan; That picture is Sargeras, right? I take it that's fan art? Iirc Blizzard never officially showed what Sargeras looked like? Of course seen his avatar and everything but not his own actual titan body.

 

Looks badass either way!

Blizzard used the same art for their WoW booth at gamescom, so I think it is official.

Ahh right! I remember seeing that. Especially because it had the ol' Night Elf hunter art in the background that I remember back from vanilla. (Among others). Also noticed that the sword looks a lot like the reclaimed ass candy.

      Two Sides to Every Tale is a new achievement that rewards two interesting mounts in Patch 8.1.5. Alliance players will unlock a Wolf mount, whereas the Horde can get a Horse mount. You can earn them by completing the Tides of Vengeance War Campaign and the A Nation United / Zandalar Forever! achievements on both factions.
