Hello and thank you for taking the time to review our Recruitment Post!

We are <Akyrion Reborn:Draenor> a cutting edge guild who are currently looking for exceptional players to join our ranks in BfA.

A little about us:

We are a team of welcoming and dedicated people from countries all across europe looking to experience high end content together. As we have so many different nationalities we do expect a functioning understanding of english as this will be the language used. 
We pride ourselves on having a fun yet fair approach to all aspects of guild management and aim to achieve great progress while maintaining a positive atmosphere free of toxic and negative behaviour.

To achieve our goals we have in place the following rules.

1. We have a zero toxicity policy (no bullying, harassment or naming and shaming during raids) However banter is obviously encouraged and we expect our raid team to be made of sterner stuff ?

2. Attendance!!!
You will be expected to maintain a level of attendance befitting a member of our raid team. This is currently set at 85% (we understand IRL exists but we also look to build team chemistry and minimise total squad size)

3. Performance
We are here to push mythic end game content, this requires a certain level of capability but also more important adaptability! 

4. Accountability
Understanding where you have gone wrong or accepting constructive criticism is a part of progression raiding.

5. Preparation
We expect people to come prepared with not just an understanding of the current boss tactics but those which directly follow, and the part you play in them.

What you can expect from us.

*A serious yet fun raiding experience (We take raiding seriously).
*A friendly space to relax, make friends and enjoy the game.
*A committed raiding team.
*Professional and unbiased raid officers willing to listen when disagreements occur.

What do we require from you?

*A serious and committed attitude to raiding (We have a no tolerance policy to toxicity)
All raid members are expected to have raid materials such as flasks, food, enchants and gems prior to said raid.
*Be able to attend at least 85% of our raids
*You know your class to a high level and keep yourself up to date.
*Come prepared for raids (Don't expect to turn up without knowing what's going on with the expectation of being carried)
*Sign up to all calendar events in advance and post in the AFK channel in discord if you cannot make a raid.
*Have a working headset! 

Raid times

We raid Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 20:30 - 23:30 Server Time
Invites will go out @ 20:15

Trials

As a new trial you will come and join us in raids and will have the same expectations to perform as any other member of the team, you will be rated out of ten on a varied number of criteria (not just your meters!!) by a mixture of other raiders, officers and the gm. We feel this process helps eliminate the "favouritism" aspect which can occur during recruitment and helps us better ascertain how well you will fit into the team as a whole.

We also have a Social rank for those of you who want a friendly place to call home. We also have a social raid on Sundays which will be accompanied by Alts from the main raiding team. We will also try to help you with your mythic and mythic plus runs.

      The Dark Swarm is looking for truly laid-back adults (18 and up) that want to have fun and be a part of a friendly, relaxed guild- perfect for people with the duties of full time jobs, families, and floating play time schedules due to the unpredictable availability life can cause.
      We are always looking to meet new friends! We have an amazing group of people, and chat can be active in game and Discord (text), but we occasionally have lulls. Please be patient with us while we revitalize our roster!
      Some things The Dark Swarm is:
      ► A guild who has been around since BC.
      ► A place for fun, mature people. You must be 18+ to join. Sense of humor strongly recommended ☺
      ► A guild interested in enjoying the game in our own ways. Some of us like to PvP, others like to run heroics, mythic+, and raids. Some like to level characters and professions, some love to collect things and camp rares. We welcome all styles of gameplay.
      Some things The Dark Swarm is not:
      ► A raiding guild. If you are looking to raid on a team regularly, we are not for you. We have no interest in organizing progression raids for current content any longer. Any raiding outside of older content is done through PuGs/ LFG.
      ► A leveling guild. We accept characters of all levels, but we are looking for people who want to make us their permanent home, not leave once capped and geared.
      ► A hardcore PvP guild. Some of us do Arenas and Rated Battlegrounds, but if you want a guild who is strictly PvP oriented, we will not be a fit for your interests.
      The Dark Swarm is interested in:
      ► Creating a tight- knit family of players who like to have a good time. Not a social butterfly? That's ok! If you are more comfortable with shutting off chat and just having a safe place for your characters, that is perfectly fine- we will be here for you if you want to interact or have questions.
      ► Guild events. We have had events in the past, and would be open to it again.
      ► Achievements. We enjoy getting groups together for achievements including metas for mounts, and guild achievements.
      ► Past content; we like to go back into some older content for fun from time to time as well. Examples are guild OS3D to get people Drakes, or BC raids for Transmog gear.
      ► Fun; most importantly, continue to be a relaxed environment to hang out in and meet fun people. Play when you want, the way you want.

      ▪ We have a Community of the same name for Cross- Faction invites. Don't forget to select 'cross- faction' in the search filter!
      ▪ We are listed in the Guild Finder for easy invites!

      Come join Dragonglass on Illidan!
      Dragonglass is an 18+ friendly and semi-hardcore guild on Illidan. We’re a group of mostly longtime players, many of whom have played together in various guilds over the years. We enjoy mythic+, raiding, & leveling alts. We have consistently achieved AoTC for most of the raids since the guild formed and will continue to strive for that in upcoming raids. Most of us are active on US CST evenings and weekends due to jobs and families, etc.

      [EU] <Scepter> Looking for raiders!

      Scepter is a guild with a semi-hardcore mindset, We aim to clear all content on Heroic difficulty. When we can, on top of that we try getting some Mythic kills too. (if enough people)
      Scepter is based on the Horde side of Draenor, there is no obligation to be on the server to raid with us, you can be Alliance or Horde and play on what ever server you feel like and still be able to play with us, you only need to join our Discord and our Community in game.
      About Us
      We’re a group of friends who have been playing together since Legion and picked up new members along the way, and these days we’re more a community of people who play mainly wow raids and push m+ - but also a ton of other games to have fun together outside of wow as well, especially with those of us that no longer play wow but still want to stick around due to the friends made along the way. We generally put IRL as a priority over the game, but that doesn’t mean we don’t take it seriously when neccesary. But we do aim to keep a chill, fun, banter-esque atmosphere since games are meant to be fun.

      A guild formed with an ambition for progression and a love for M+ we decided to make the move from Silvermoon Alliance and form a guild to take our focus to the next level, Cutting Edge in 10.1 being the next step.
      We believe in building a guild by recruit players of a similar goal and mentality whether it be for raiding or for push score in Mythic plus. We value loyalty, honesty and a positive attitude towards setbacks. Communication skills are an absolute must.
