[Ravencrest[A] <Snowgarde> (New Guild) 2 days a week raiding, need ALL

No previous raid experience is needed, only preferred. <Snowgarde> is a newly formed guild on Ravencrest EU looking to progress through heroic and mythic BfA content.

Our leadership consists of experienced raiders who are all coming back to go hard for BfA, and we need people who want to do the same. Our plan is to have Heroic on farm for all raids to come in BfA and be progressing through Mythic as far as we can.

Our raid days are going to be;

Wednesday + Thursday 8-11PM

All times are realm time. We're going to be raiding 2 days a week so that we can get through content, and so potential new raiders are constantly improving and getting experience so they can learn timings/rotations specific to different bosses. The environment is going to be fairly chill and we aren't going to kick you because your dps isn't up to standard, as long as you're clearly trying, and doing as much as you can to improve at your class and role, you can raid with us.

We are currently looking to recruit for ALL positions. Raid experience isn't essential but is obviously preferred but since we we are willing to coach people through the process and get you raid ready we don't mind. Be open minded and down to listen to some criticism, we need people who are reliable and will stick to the raid times we set.
