Heritage Armor for non-Allied Races is coming in Patch 8.1. Blood Elves and Dwarves are the first races to receive their sets by completing a short questline in Tides of Vengeance and here's an official preview of their Heritage Armor.

Once Patch 8.1 goes live on December 11, you'll be able to complete the new Heritage Armor questlines. The quest unlocks once you're Exalted with Silvermoon City or Ironforge respectively and at max level.

Check out our Tides of Vengeance hub for the latest Patch 8.1 information!

Celebrate your legacy with two new Heritage Armor sets—one for Blood Elves and one for dwarves—coming in the release of the Tides of Vengeance content update.

Players with maximum-level (120) blood elves or dwarves who are Exalted with their faction (Silvermoon City or Ironforge respectively) will be able to embark on a new quest line for each race to learn more about their history. Once you complete your quest, you’ll gain a new Heritage Armor transmog set unique to your race and be able to show off your pride.

Begin your journey by visiting the embassy in Orgrimmar or Stormwind after Tides of Vengeance arrives on December 11.

so if you have only Demon Hunter alt 120, you will need to grind Silvermoon City rep ? ?

It's quite simple really.  You can purchase the Talbard from the npc outside Silvermoon.  Go to Outland and run the dungeons near the broken Citadel.  Took a Guildie of mine less than 2 hrs to reach from 0 to exalted on his Demon Hunter.

I like that they draw inspiration from mountain king and spellbreaker armors. Next will be gnomes and tauren, but hoping for draenei after these.

So the belves get their variants, a robe and a not-robe. Cool. When do Nightborne get the red recolour that was displayed months ago?

Blizzard is adding dynamic eye glare in Patch 10.1.5 with light bouncing off the iris, adding another layer of depth to the characters' eyes.
      Screenshot
Eyes have been updated with an additional layer of lightning placed on top of the iris that bounces off depending on the angle.

You will find a better preview of dynamic glare in the video below, courtesy of Reddit user Maragondi.
