Chromie & Lucio Rework: A List of All Abilities & Talents

Chromie and Lucio were revamped in the latest patch and here's a look at their updated abilities and talents.

Chromie

Trait

TimewalkerTimewalker

  • Chromie has traveled to the future, and as such, will learn her Talents 2 levels earlier than her teammates!
  • Detonate Time Trap
    • Detonates active Time Traps.

Basic Abilities

Sand BlastSand Blast [Q] (Mana: 20, Cooldown: 3 seconds)

  • After 0.5 seconds, fire a missile that deals 280 damage to the first enemy hit. Deals 50% damage to Structures.
  • Casting Sand Blast leaves an Echo behind that mimics Chromie's Sand Blast and Basic Attack, dealing 50% damage. Maximum of 1 Echo active at a time.

Dragon's BreathDragon's Breath [W] (Mana: 75, Cooldown: 15 seconds)

  • Vector Targeting
  • Launch 3 blasts into the air that land every 0.75 seconds towards the targeted direction, dealing 195 damage each.

Time TrapTime Trap [E] (Mana: 30, Cooldown: 15 seconds)

  • Place a Time Trap that arms and Stealths after 2 seconds. Chromie's Trait can be activated to detonate the trap, placing all nearby allied or enemy Heroes in Time Stop for 2 seconds. Maximum of 1 trap active at a time.

Heroic Abilities

Slowing SandsSlowing Sands [R1] (Mana: 4 per second, Cooldown: 5 seconds)

  • Summon a sand vortex that Slows enemies by 5% every 0.25 seconds, up to 70%.

Temporal LoopTemporal Loop [R2] (Mana: 60, Cooldown: 50 seconds)

  • Choose an enemy Hero. After 3 seconds, they are telported back to the location where Temporal Loop was cast on them.
  • Basic Abilities recharge 500% faster for 3 seconds after casting Temporal Loop.

Talents

Level 1

Once Again the First Time [Q]

  • Quest: Hit 40 Heroes with Sand Blast.
  • Reward: Increase the maximum number of active Echoes to 2.

Deep Breathing [W]

  • Quest: Every time Dragon's Breath hits a Hero increase its damage by 2, up to 50.
  • Reward: After hitting 25 Heroes, increase its damage by an additional 50 and also increase Chromie's vision radius by 100%.

Timewalker's Pursuit [Active, Cooldown: 25 seconds]

  • Quest: Gather 15 Regeneration Globes.
  • Reward: After gathering 15 Globes, Chromie gains 5% Spell Power and her Mana Regeneration is increased by 1.

Level 2

Chronic Conditions [E]

  • After its Time Stop ends, enemies affected by Time Trap are Slowed by 25% or 3 seconds and allies gain 25% Movement Speed for 3 seconds.

Time Troubles [E]

  • After its Time Stop ends, enemies affected by Time Trap lose 20 Armor for 3 seconds and allies gain 20 Armor for 3 seconds.

Andorhal Anomaly [E]

  • Increases the charges and maximum active Time Traps to 3, and reduce its cooldown by 5 seconds.

Level 5

Bronze Talons [Q]

  • Hitting a Hero with Sand Blast grants 30% additional Basic Attack damage for 5 seconds.

Mobius Loop [W]

  • Hitting a Hero with Dragon's Breath reduces its cooldown by 1.5 seconds and restores 40 Mana.

A Proper Greeting [Passive]

  • Damaging a Stunned, Rooted or Slowed enemy Hero grants 25% additional damage for 5 seconds.

Level 8

Slowing SandsSlowing Sands [R1] (Mana: 4 per second, Cooldown: 5 seconds)

  • Summon a sand vortex that Slows enemies by 5% every 0.25 seconds, up to 70%.

Temporal LoopTemporal Loop [R2] (Mana: 60, Cooldown: 50 seconds)

  • Choose an enemy Hero. After 3 seconds, they are telported back to the location where Temporal Loop was cast on them.
  • Basic Abilities recharge 500% faster for 3 seconds after casting Temporal Loop.

Level 11

Gnome Speed Ahead! [Q]

  • After casting Sand Blast, Chromie gains 20% Movement Speed and 200% inreased Health and Mana Regeneration for 3 seconds.

Here and There [Active, Cooldown: 30 seconds]

  • Activate to teleport to an area near an Echo, swapping it with Chromie's previous location.

Time Out [Active]

  • Activate to place Chromie in Stasis and gain Invulnerability for up to 5 seconds. Can be reactivated to end the effect early.

Level 14

Shifting Sands [Q]

  • Hitting an enemy Hero with Sand Blast grants 8% Spell Power for 10 seconds, up to a maximum of 40%. The duration is refreshed whenever an enemy is damaged by the primary Sand Blast.

Fast Forward [Q]

  • If Sand Blast travels at least 70% of its base distance and hits a Hero, its cooldown is reduced to 0.75 seconds.

Quantum Overdrive [Active, Cooldown: 30 seconds]

  • Activate to increase Spell Power by 25% for 10 seconds.

Level 18

Unraveling [R1]

  • Every 0.25 seconds, enemy Heroes Slowed by Slowing Sands have their Spell Armor reduced by 2 up to 30.

Stuck in a Loop [R2]

  • Temporal Loop teleports the target a second time after the first, and Basic Abilities continue recharging for an additional 3 seconds

Piercing Sands [Q]

  • Sand Blast now pierces all enemies hit.

Blessing of the Bronze [Passive]

  • While Chromie is alive, her all allied Heroes gain 10% Movement Speed and their Basic Abilities recharge 30% faster.

Lucio

Trait

Push Off [D]

  • While moving alongside terrain, activate to slide towards a targeted location. Enemies hit take 100 damage and are Slowed by 75% for 1 second.

Basic Abilities

SoundwaveSoundwave [Q] (Mana: 30, Cooldown: 7 seconds)

  • Deal 105 damage to enemies in an area and knock them back.

Crossfade [W]

  • Play one of two music tracks for Lucio and his allies.
    • Crossfade - Healing BoostCrossfade - Healing Boost: Passively heal Lucio and nearby allied Heroes for 15 health per second.
    • Crossfade - Speed BoostCrossfade - Speed Boost: Increase the Movement Speed of Lucio and nearby allied Heroes by 10%.

Amp It UpAmp It Up [E] (Mana: 90, Cooldown: 13 seconds)

  • Raise Lucios Crossfade track volume for 3 seconds, amping Healing Boost to 112 health per second and Speed Boost to 30% increased Movement Speed.

Heroic Abilities

Sound BarrierSound Barrier [R1] (Mana: 100, Cooldown: 80 seconds)

  • After 1 secnd, Lucio and nearby Allied Heroes gain a 1296 point Shield that rapidly decays over 6 seconds.

High Five [R2] (Mana 50, Cooldown: 15 seconds per ally)

  • Quickly skate to an allied Hero. Upon arrival, the ally is granted Unstoppable for 1 second and is healed for 250.

Talents

Level 1

Party Mix [W]

  • Quest: Play Lucio's Crossfade tracks to nearby allies for a total of 8 minutes. Multiple allies provide additional time.
  • Reward: Permanently increase Crossfade's range by 20%.

Accelerando [Z]

  • Wall Ride's Movement Speed bonus gradually increases to 40% over 4 seconds while Lucio maintains its effect.

Smooth Moves [Z]

  • While Wall Ride is active, Basic Attacks heal for 30% of the damage dealt and restore 0.5 Mana.
  • Passive: Increase Wall Ride duration by 1 second.

Level 4

Subwoofer [Q]

  • Enemies within the first half of Soundwave's range are knocked back 75% further.
  • Quest: Hit 3 enemy Heroes with a single Soundwave.
  • Reward: Increase Soundwave's arc by 50% and its range by 20%.

Off the Wall [Q]

  • Hitting an enemy with Soundwave while Wall Ride is active reduces its cooldown by 3 seconds.

Supersonic [D]

  • While Wall Ride is active, Push Off's cooldown recharges 100% faster.

Level 7

Good Vibrations [Q]

  • Hitting an enemy with Soundwave grants Lucio a 35 Shield for 7 seconds. Hitting enemy Heroes grants 3 times this amount.

Reverse Amp [W]

  • Blast Lucio's active Crossfade track at enemy Heroes. While Amp It Up is active, Healing Boost deals 50 damage per second and Speed Boost Slows by 20%.
  • This ability is unaffected by Crossfade talents

Boombox [Active, Cooldown: 20 seconds)

  • Place a boombox that plays Lucio's active Crossfade track for 30 seconds. Its volume adjusts with Amp It Up.
  • Crossfade tracks do not stack.

Level 10

Sound BarrierSound Barrier [R1] (Mana: 100, Cooldown: 80 seconds)

  • After 1 secnd, Lucio and nearby Allied Heroes gain a 1296 point Shield that rapidly decays over 6 seconds.

High Five [R2] (Mana 50, Cooldown: 15 seconds per ally)

  • Quickly skate to an allied Hero. Upon arrival, the ally is granted Unstoppable for 1 second and is healed for 250.

Level 13

All Together [W]

  • For each ally affected by Crossfade, Lucio gains 5% Movement Speed that stacks with other bonuses.

Heavy Casters [D]

  • Push Off no longer Slows enemies, and instead Stuns them for 0.5 seconds.

Slip [Z]

  • While Wall Ride is active, passing near an enemy Hero increases its Movement Speed bonus to 40% for 1 second.
  • Passive: Wall Ride grants 20 Armor.

Level 16

Rejuvenescencia [E]

While Amp It Up is active, Crossfade's Healing Boost heals for an additional 2.5% of the target's maximum Health each second.

Up the Frequency [E]

  • Hitting enemy Heroes with Basic Attacks reduces the cooldown of Amp It Up by 0.45 seconds.
  • Passive: Wall Ride increases Basic Attack range by 2.2.

Up To Eleven [Active, Cooldown: 60 seconds]

  • Activate to extend the duration of Amp It Up by 2 seconds.

Level 20

Boss Nova [R1]

  • Reduce the cooldown of Sound Barrier to 30 seconds, but the Shield now decays over 4 seconds.

Mixing Fire [R2]

  • High Five can now be cast on enemy Heroes, dealing 225 damage and reducing all healing received by 50% for 3 seconds.
  • Passive: Increase the duration of Amp It Up by 1 second.

House Party [W]

  • For each ally affected by Crossfade, Lucio gains 10% increased healing.

Summer Anthem [Active, Cooldown: 75 seconds]

  • Activate for all other allies affected by Crossfade to become Unkillable for 1.5 seconds.

I like how Chromie now brings a lot of utility to the team instead of raw damage. The new functionality of Time TrapTime Trap is very impactful, as essentially allows Chromie to "Ice Block" herself and allies, which is a pretty big deal. And "Blessing of the Bronze" is simpy bonkers of a late game talent.

Lúcio is now the best Healer in the game, hands down. His rework is insane, which at the same time makes me sad because he outclasses the vast majority of other healers without effort. On the other hand, more love to Healers, hell yeah!

 New Lúcio is stronger than he used to be (and a lot stronger, too), but no way he's going to be the best healer. He still has too many weaknesses that just get punished too hard.

Yeah... higher skill is rewarded with chromie too 

 

Time will tell.. almost all heroes reworked seem OP at first glance

Lately all Hero reworks made them substancially more powerful. Sylvanas, Stitches, Ana... None of them were OP though; neither does Chromie's. Now Lúcio is a whole new talk.

Chromie totally become different hero at all. From release until now, lose so much things while only give a few to compensate back.

Early: lose long range, stack, dmg. Gain time stop reset, time trap cast range.

Later: lose long range again, stack, dmg. Gain bonus attack after Q. Reveal of W hit area.

Now:

Lose stack and dmg.

Spell cooldown increase

W mana increase.

Time trap reset and cast range gone plus cooldown reduce also gone. Denote make it hard to stop those genji E and butcher charge which last time guarantee can stop. Denote also denote all 3 together rather than can choose which one which make that talent is useless. Work on teammate which will cause those troll/spoil player keep denote on teammate and make them caught by enemy. Time trap talent last time split into 3 tier and now become 1 tier to choose either one plus some take out. Time trap slow 35% become slow 25% only and duration from 4 sec to 3 sec only.

Temp loop range nerf.

Here and there range nerf. (30 sec cooldown already make this hard to use and now still nerf the range)

Bye Bye gone.

 

Gain echo and also 1 more echo for talent one.

W no longer able to see by enemy, W got 3 hits so it can hit more heroes.

Time trap can work on group if all near rather than hit on 1 hero only. Time trap can buff teammate 25% move speed or 20 armor. Time trap can reduce enemy 20 armor (Anyone can test it work on big vehicle? Dragon/Robot those that can pilot by ppl and also can time stop by time trap)

Time trap also can use to save teammate from pyro/triple tap if you act fast.

 

With talent "A Proper Greeting" gain 25 % dmg.

Gain/Lose: Q able to hit unit which also unit can save enemy hero from getting hit by Q. Same as structure can save hero but also can dmg by Q with 50%

Gnome Speed Ahead! increaes hp and mana regeneration and 20movespeed.

The most big gain is Blessing of the Bronze-10% movespeed and reduce cooldown of basic ability for whole team.

Chromie from hero hitting and zoning type become 1/3 of pusher, 1/3 of dmg, 1/3 of support type.

From a few build path become only 1 build path for this version.

Talent 1-Once Again the First Time . This should be the best to choose as 2 echo and 1 chromie will give more dmg. Deep Breathing not so good as W nerf with high cooldown and reduce dmg.

Talent 2-Time Troubles will be the best for most situation 20 armor for own while reduce enemy 20 depend on the usage for assault or defend. Second choice will be Chronic Conditions to reduce opponent speed while give teammate speed to chase and flee.

Talent 3-A Proper Greeting, now got so many hero can stun slow root. That 25% can apply in most fight. Other 2 cannot compete with it in this tier.

Ulti should be slowing sands better because it can work with 25% dmg apply to slow plus that is the good zoning tool left for chromie.

Loop range nerf is a big hit while fast cooldown for that period can be good for certain situation. Just focus on fast cooldown and spam in fast with 3 ability to gain benefit. 1 of the use can be when opponent got medivh, just cast loop on anyone, he will waste protection on that person while you spam all dmg to other on that time. Use it as trick tool rather than focus tool.

Talent 5 Gnome Speed Ahead. 20% movespeed is the only escape way for chromie to run from diver. Time Out useless become can use time trap for time. (Only 2 sec of delay but if you expect enemy coming, you should put time trap behind you early ago so that you can denote when you flee.) Here and there range too short and cooldown still 30 sec. If make it 10 second and range got 20, then it can make use with talent 1 which got 2 echo to choose.

Talent 6 the best is Blessing of the Bronze. Then follow by Piercing Sands. Then follow by Unravelling.

These 2 are gonna be interesting. The piercing sands will give her a good waveclear imo and the latter one can cause for some serious team battle epicness and combo potential if it stacks with stuff like nanboost.

I'd call it anything but scary. Immortality for heroes affected by his aura for 1 second unlocked as lvl 20 talent, what a joke. Don't need to be pro to understand that it has no uses at all. Yeah and if someone will try to give the shitty examples of countering Chromie, Kaelthas's Pyroblast or Kelthuzad and so on, think about Medivh, who doesn't have to be 20lvl to do the same thing to begin with.

In general, as a person who plays mostly as healers (played Lucio a lot too), it is funny for me to watch those "Lucio is the best healer after rework" comments since nothing was really changed except for the Q talents and he actually got nerfed in everything - both healing, utility and survavibility. His healing from w got nerfed. Remember that passive shield Lucio gained forever when changing track from W? Yeah, now you have to hit enemies with Q to gain shield for 7 seconds. YAAAAY

Both reworks look amazing, kudos to the devs again.

Chromie is now more of an enabler, specially since she is not able to delete heroes by herself, even with Temporal LoopTemporal Loop. Those new Time TrapTime Trap are very cool, I expect some amazing saves by good players. I am sure Blessing of the Bronze will not get like that to live servers, it's simply too broken. I love Piercing SandsPiercing Sands, but would never pick it against BotB.

I expect some Lúcio nerfs too, but right now he is the most fun hero to play for me. Damage Lúcio is here, High-fiveing people to death at lvl 20. Summer Anthem seems very niche. The only use I can think of for 1,5s unkillable is to give you time to drop you Sound BarrierSound Barrier.

      Garden of Terror Classic The original Garden of Terror has returned to Custom Games! The name has been changed to Garden of Terror Classic to differentiate from the current Garden of Terror. Haunted Mines Haunted mines has returned to Quick Match! The Mine Golem now drops an additional 10 Skulls over the course of its lifetime. Map objective is now complete when one team collects 55 Skulls, rather than when all 100 Skulls have been collected. Hero vision is reduced while in the mines. Warhead Junction Cast time for Nuke increased from 2.5 seconds to 3 seconds. Cast time for Nuke now breaks upon taking damage. DoT damage from Nuke increased by 100%.       Death Coil [Q] Mana: 40. Cooldown: 9 seconds. Deals 164 damage to target enemy. Can be self-cast to heal for 262 Health. Howling Blast [W] Mana: 50. Cooldown: 10 seconds. Root enemies within the target area for 1.25 seconds and deals 68 damage. Frozen Tempest [E] Mana: 13 per second. Cooldown: 1 second. Deals 36 damage per second to nearby enemies and Slow their Movement Speed by 10% per second, stacking up to 40%. Heroes hit also have their Attack Speed Slowed by 10% per second, stacking up to 40%. Frozen Tempest's effects last for 1.5 seconds. Army of the Dead [R] Charge Cooldown: 18 seconds. Consume all charges to summon an equal number of Ghouls that last 15 seconds and attack for 20 damage. Ghouls can be sacrificed to heal Arthas for 240 Health. Stores up to 6 charges. Every time an enemy minion dies nearby, reduce the charge cooldown of this ability by 1 second. Takedowns reduce the charge cooldown of this ability by 6 seconds. Summon Sindragosa [R] Mana: 100. Cooldown: 100 seconds. Deals 230 damage and Slows enemies by 60% for 4 seconds. Also disables Minions, Mercenaries, Monsters, and Structures for 20 seconds. Frostmourne Hungers [D] Cooldown: 12 seconds. Activate to make Arthas' next Basic Attack strike immediately and deal 71 bonus damage. Dealing damage restores 40 Mana. QUEST: Killing a Minion or hitting a Hero with Frostmourne Hungers permanently increases its bonus damage and Arthas' Basic Attack damage by 1. Talents

REWARD: After Rooting 15 Heroes, Howling Blast's range is increased by 20% and it hits enemies in its path. REWARD: After Rooting 30 Heroes, Death Coil Slows Heroes hit by 50% for 0.75 seconds. Borean Winds After Frozen Tempest has been active for 2 seconds, Arthas gains 10% Movement Speed. PASSIVE: Frozen Tempest's Slowing effects last an additional 0.5 seconds and its Mana cost is reduced by 4 per second. Rime Every 5 seconds, gain 75 Physical Armor against the next enemy Hero Basic Attack, reducing the damage taken by 75%. Stores up to 3 charges. PASSIVE: While Arthas is Slowed, Rooted, or Stunned he heals 24 Health a second. Level 4 Shattered Armor Enemy Heroes hit by Howling Blast have their Armor reduced by 15 for 4 seconds. Icy Talons Gain 3% Attack Speed for 2 seconds every time a Hero is damaged by Frozen Tempest, to a maximum of 60%. Frost Strike Frostmourne Hungers deals an additional 115 Ability damage in an area and Slows Heroes hit by 20% for 2 seconds. Level 7 Immortal Coil Gain the healing effect of Death Coil even when used on enemies. If Death Coil is used on Arthas, it heals for an additional 75% bonus healing and its cooldown is reduced by 3 seconds. Rune Tap Every 3rd Basic Attack heals Arthas for 5% of his max Health. PASSIVE: Each stack of Frostmourne Hungers increases Arthas' Maximum Health by 10. Icebound Fortitude Cooldown: 35 seconds. Activate to gain 25 Armor and reduce the duration of Stuns, Slows, and Roots against Arthas by 75% for 3 seconds. Each Hero Rooted by Howling Blast reduces the cooldown of this ability by 2 seconds. Level 13 Deathlord If Death Coil is used on an enemy Hero, launch an additional Death Coil at a nearby enemy Hero. PASSIVE: Death Coil deals more damage the lower Arthas' current Health is, to a maximum of 50% bonus damage. Deathchill Howling Blast's damage is increased by 2 for each stack of Frostmourne Hungers. Howling Blast deals 100% additional damage and Roots for an additional 0.25 seconds against Heroes under 50% Health. Biting Cold Each second an enemy is damaged by Frozen Tempest, it deals 15% bonus damage, up to 75% bonus damage. Level 16 Remorseless Winter Enemy Heroes that remain within Frozen Tempest for 2.5 seconds are Rooted for 1.25 seconds and heal Arthas for 3% of his maximum Health. This effect has an 8 second cooldown per target. Frostmourne Feeds Reduce the cooldown of Frostmourne Hungers by 6 seconds. Arthas heals for 75% of the Basic Attack damage dealt by Frostmourne Hungers. Anti-Magic Shell Cooldown 60 seconds. Activate to make Arthas immune to Spell Damage for 4 seconds and heal Arthas for 25% of the damage prevented. Level 20 Legion of Northrend Reduce Army of the Dead's charge cooldown by 5 seconds. Each charge consumed spawns an additional Ghoul to attack nearby enemies. These Ghouls cannot be sacrificed. Absolute Zero Sindragosa flies twice as far. Enemy Heroes are Rooted for 2.5 seconds, and then Slowed by 60% for 4 seconds. Death Pact Instantly double your stacks of Frostmourne Hungers, but it no longer gains stacks from hitting Heroes or killing Minions. PASSIVE: Takedowns grant 2 stacks of Frostmourne Hungers. Path of Frost Activate to instantly Mount with 10% additional Movement Speed. Taking damage does not dismount Arthas from this mount. Lasts up to 5 seconds. When Arthas dismounts, Slow all nearby enemies by 30% for 2 seconds and deal 66 damage. Chen

      Garden of Terror Classic The original Garden of Terror has returned to Custom Games! The name has been changed to Garden of Terror Classic to differentiate from the current Garden of Terror. Haunted Mines Haunted mines has returned to Quick Match! Map objective is now complete when one team collects 55 Skulls, rather than when all 100 Skulls have been collected. Hero vision is reduced while in the mines. Warhead Junction Cast time for Nuke increased from 2.5 seconds to 3 seconds. Cast time for Nuke now breaks upon taking damage. DoT damage from Nuke increased by 100%. Damage to Forts and Keeps from Nuke increased from 100% to 125%. Return to Top

      Base
      Death Coil [Q] Mana: 40. Cooldown: 9 seconds. Deals 164 damage to target enemy. Can be self-cast to heal for 262 health. Howling Blast [W] Mana: 50. Cooldown: 10 seconds. Root enemies within the target area for 1.25 seconds and deals 68 damage. Frozen Tempest [E] Mana: 13 per second. Cooldown: 1 second. Deals 36 damage per second to nearby enemies and Slow their Movement Speed by 10% per second, stacking up to 40%. Heroes hit also have their Attack Speed Slowed by 10% per second, stacking up to 40%. Frozen Tempest's effects last for 1.5 seconds. Army of the Dead [R] Charge Cooldown: 18 seconds. Consume all charges to summon an equal number of Ghouls that last 15 seconds and attack for 20 damage. Ghouls can be sacrificed to heal Arthas for 240 Health. Stores up to 6 charges. Every time an enemy minion dies nearby, reduce the charge cooldown of this ability by 1 second. Takedowns reduce the charge cooldown of this ability by 6 seconds. Summon Sindragosa [R] Mana: 100. Cooldown: 100 seconds. Deals 230 damage and Slows enemies by 60% for 4 seconds. Also disables Minions, Mercenaries, Monsters, and Structures for 20 seconds. Frostmourne Hungers [D] Cooldown: 12 seconds. Activate to make Arthas' next Basic Attack strike immediately and deal 71 bonus damage. Dealing damage restores 40 Mana. QUEST: Killing a Minion or hitting a Hero with Frostmourne Hungers permanently increases its bonus damage and Arthas' Basic Attack damage by 1. Talents
      Level 1 Frost Presence Increase the area of Howling Blast by 20%. QUEST: Root enemy Heroes with Howling Blast. REWARD: After Rooting 15 Heroes, Howling Blast's range is increased by 20% and it hits enemies in its path. REWARD: After Rooting 30 Heroes, Death Coil Slows Heroes hit by 50% for 0.75 seconds. Borean Winds After Frozen Tempest has been active for 2 seconds, Arthas gains 10% Movement Speed. PASSIVE: Frozen Tempest's Slowing effects last an additional 0.5 seconds and its Mana cost is reduced by 4 per second. Rime Every 5 seconds, gain 75 Physical Armor against the next enemy Hero Basic Attack, reducing the damage taken by 75%. Stores up to 3 charges. PASSIVE: While Arthas is Slowed, Rooted, or Stunned he heals 24 Health a second. Level 4 Shattered Armor Enemy Heroes hit by Howling Blast have their Armor reduced by 15 for 4 seconds. Icy Talons Gain 3% Attack Speed for 2 seconds every time a Hero is damaged by Frozen Tempest, to a maximum of 60%. Frost Strike Frostmourne Hungers deals an additional 115 Ability damage in an area and slows Heroes hit by 20% for 2 seconds. Level 7 Immortal Coil Gain the healing effect of Death Coil even when used on enemies. If Death Coil is used on Arthas, it heals for an additional 75% bonus healing and its cooldown is reduced by 3 seconds. Rune Tap Every 3rd Basic Attack heals Arthas for 5% of his max Health. PASSIVE: Each stack of Frostmourne Hungers increases Arthas' Maximum Health by 10. Icebound Fortitude Cooldown: 35 seconds. Activate to gain 25 Armor and reduce the duration of Stuns, Slows, and Roots against Arthas by 75% for 3 seconds. Each Hero Rooted by Howling Blast reduces the cooldown of this ability by 2 seconds. Level 13 Deathlord If Death Coil is used on an enemy Hero, launch an additional Death Coil at a nearby enemy Hero. PASSIVE: Death Coil deals more damage the lower Arthas' current Health is, to a maximum of 50% bonus damage. Deathchill Howling Blast's damage is increased by 2 for each stack of Frostmourne Hungers. Howling Blast deals 100% additional damage and Roots for an additional 0.25 seconds against Heroes under 50% health. Biting Cold Each second an enemy is damaged by Frozen Tempest, it deals 15% bonus damage, up to 75% bonus damage. Level 16 Remorseless Winter Enemy Heroes that remain within Frozen Tempest for 2.5 seconds are Rooted for 1.25 seconds and heal Arthas for 3% of his maximum Health. This effect has an 8 second cooldown per target. Frostmourne Feeds Reduce the cooldown of Frostmourne Hungers by 6 seconds. Arthas heals for 75% of the Basic Attack damage dealt by Frostmourne Hungers. Anti-Magic Shell Cooldown 60 seconds. Activate to make Arthas immune to Spell Damage for 4 seconds and heal Arthas for 25% of the damage prevented. Level 20 Legion of Northrend Reduce Army of the Dead's charge cooldown by 5 seconds. Each charge consumed spawns an additional Ghoul to attack nearby enemies. These Ghouls cannot be sacrificed. Absolute Zero Sindragosa flies twice as far. Enemy Heroes are Rooted for 2.5 seconds, and then Slowed by 60% for 4 seconds. Death Pact Instantly double your stacks of Frostmourne Hungers, but it no longer gains stacks from hitting Heroes or killing Minions. PASSIVE: Takedowns grant 2 stacks of Frostmourne Hungers. Path of Frost Activate to instantly mount with 10% additional Movement Speed. Taking damage does not dismount Arthas from this mount. Lasts up to 5 seconds. When Arthas dismounts, Slow all nearby enemies by 30% for 2 seconds and deal 66 damage. Chen

At 20 damage, Keg Smash becomes ranged. Mythic Reward: At 75 damage, Breath of Fire lowers enemy armor by 20 and is refreshed from Chen's Basic Attacks. Level 4 Eye of the Tiger Moved from Level 1 to Level 4. Level 7 Elusive Brawler Movement Speed reduced from 30% to 20%. Level 10 Wandering Keg Cooldown increased from 50 seconds to 60 seconds. Hit 4 Heroes in the first two swipes to cause the last wipe to provide 2 additional damage. Upon reaching 40 stacks, Fel Claws now steals 4% health from opponents and stuns for an additional 0.5 Seconds. Level 4 Vampiric Aura Moved from Level 1 to Level 4. Self healing increased from 30% to 40% and healing of nearby Allies increased from 15% to 20%. Might of Sargeras Now provides 25 Armor for 3 seconds when using Necrotic Embrace.
