Hey,

A little snip-it to set the scene; Hattori Hanzo has been around since 2011 and we're aimed at the more mature, adult raiders that are busy during "normal" raiding hours but still want progress well.
After building the raid team from scratch when I took advantage of the FCM from Kazzak to Tarren Mill. The team has quickly cleared to 13/14 within a few weeks, plus a Garrosh kill incoming. By aiming our recruitment at raiders with a history in Heroic progression, we are steadily building a team ready for Mythic content in Warlords of Draenor.

What we would like in a Raid Leader:

  • This person would need to have the same mind set of the guild motto; that we want to progress well whilst having fun in an adult environment.

  • We want to avoid a Raid Leader that needs to go all drill sergeant, making raiders feel like coming to raids is a chore.

  • The raid leader would need to have the time to invest in solid tactics and team comps, with a natural ability to clearly convey these ideas and plan of action to the team in a polite manner.

  • You would need to be mature and not resort to "unsavory tone, language or attitude to get your raid point across. If someone continues to make the same mistake, the raid leader should be looking to replace the player instead of screaming at them down vent like they just pushed their first born into that patch of fire people seem to ignore.

  • If the raid leader feels a core member needs to improve, this will be discussed with them on a 1 to 1 or handed over to a role officer to help them "not suck". However, as we are looking for members that have a history of Heroic raiding, this shouldn't really be an issue (too much).

  • Able to commit to all raid days {Mon, Tues, Weds), irl permitting to the rare absence.

  • Aged 25+ with a proven history of raiding to a Heroic level.

  • Able to speak fluent, clear English in raids unless of course slurred by alcohol! But we don't want a raid leader that's turning up to raids drunk! Save it for off nights tongue.png

  • You would need to have a keen interest in continuing raid progression into the next expansion, with an aim of reaching mythic content.

Currently, there are no officers in place, this structure will be established as the team grows and feedback from the raid leader is welcomed. As i'm not able to do it all myself, which is why I would like to get a raid leader in so at least one role I can leave in the hands of someone capable.

If you are interested in this role or wish to discuss it further, please add Destinar#2689 or head on over to our website to drop me a message.

      Greetings everyone!
My name is Entiquity and I am with the Shadows Gaming Consortium<SGC>. We are a fairly new clan in Diablo 3, however the SGC has been arounnd and in other games for a number of years now.  The SGC offers a low-key environment to just enjoy the game with other players.  All of our players are mature, eager to play the game and always willing to help a fellow clan-mate.
The SGC offers a full website, discord server and very active leadership. The SGC Board of Directors is always active and around daily. Our website can be found at http://www.shadowsgamingconsortium.org and our main discord server can be located at https://discord.gg/w4qHZS9
We are looking for players of all levels, ages and skill levels. We just want active members that want to play the game(s) of their choosing with some friends and create some good times. And being that our Diablo 3 clan is newer, we are looking for active leaders as well, to help us grow and expand.  If any of this sounds of interest to you, please send me an in game message, or friend request or pm here.
      My bnet tag is Entiquity#1357

The SGC looks forward to hearing from you and hopes to see you in game!

      Who We Are
Tequila Sundown is a mythic raid team formed within the <Karma Horde> guild on US-Stormreaver. Lead by a husband/wife team with high-level raiding experience dating back to WotLK, we're a "positively determined" progression team that maintains a light-hearted atmosphere while tackling mythic difficulty content. We're mature adults with jobs and family seeking like-minded players who have a passion for the game but want to avoid the needless angst or drama that often gets associated with progression raiding. We log on to have fun - so come have some fun with us!

      A Team Within a Community
Our raid team is one of three within the larger guild of <Karma Horde>, which was formed back during WotLK. As such, the guild and Discord are very active and social. There are always people around online and in-game. The community atmosphere is welcoming and friendly to players of all levels. The guild enforces a Code of Conduct that has zero tolerance for hate/offensive speech.
We are always looking to add players with a friendly personality and lots of passion for the game. We want players who are going to log in on non-raid nights and be down for all the other things we're into: pushing mythic+, doing world quests, PVP shenanigans, achievement hunting, hyper-competitive fishing.. there's so much to do and so many ways to enjoy the game. This is our favorite hobby and we'd like to play with you if it is yours, too.

      Progression Goals
We finished our first raid tier as a team at 7/11 Mythic Antorus, Heroic AOTC.
We strive for a fun environment that takes the challenges of mythic seriously and giving the content the respect it deserves. Our aim is, as all mythic teams, full clear of content but with always keeping the friendly spirit of camaraderie alive. Performance matters, but so does staying positive and finding the fun in the difficulty of a raid. We do not require mythic raid experience to join our team but we do expect mythic-level dedication and accountability from all of our raiders. You must be able to take constructive criticism and have ownership over your level of play, and be willing to put in the effort to be a contribution to the team.

      Raid Days/Times
      Our mandatory raids are:
      Tuesdays 8:45pm PT - 11:45pm PT
      Thursdays 8:45pm PT - 11:45pm PT
      Optional:
      Sundays 8:45pm PT - 11:45pm PT
Sundays are for farming the previous raid difficulty.

      Recruitment Needs
DPS. Mythic level damage dealers for Battle for Azeroth. Ranged is a bonus.
      Interested? Next steps:
Please check out our team's wiki on the <Karma Horde> subreddit.
Read the Guild Code of Conduct
Complete and submit a New Raider Application
      Join the guild's Discord server
Add the Raid Leaders on bnet:  joat#1832 & lambkill#1856
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Safety not Guaranteed is an English speaking Alliance raiding guild on Emerald Dream. We raid 3 times a week and are mainly focused on mythic raiding.
      Current Progress:
      10/11M Antorus
      Recruitment:
We are currently recruiting for BfA, and open to most classes:
Melee DPS: All classes Ranged DPS: All classes Healer (1): Shaman, Druid, Priest, Monk We are currently on a raid break until BfA, only doing minimal content until then

      Our raiding schedule is:
      - Thursday: 20.00 - 23.00 (server time)
      - Monday: 20.00 - 23.00 (server time)
      - Tuesday: 20.00 - 23.00 (server time)
      Apply here: http://safetynotguaranteed.guildlaunch.com/
Even if we are not actively recruiting your class, we will consider any exceptional applications.
      About us:
Safety not Guaranteed (SnG) was initially formed on horde side by a small group of friends in early MoP, raiding 10man heroic. Later during the expansion we faction changed to Alliance and expanded our roster to a 20man mythic team, where we cleared SoO mythic as a guild. Many of us have been playing together since as early as WotLK, and have friendships with each other that extend outside the game as well.
Our goal ever since the guild was formed has been to progress through content at a steady pace, without hardcore hours, while having a good time together. We aim to clear each tier before the next one is released. We cleared all mythic content in WoD, and have cleared each tier so far in Legion obtaining most mythic cutting edge achievements, and plan to continue doing so.
      What we offer:
A structured mythic raiding team and raiding times. We start invites 19:45 and begin to clear trash so we can have the first pulls at 20:00 A fair rotation and loot distribution via loot council. We keep spreadsheets! A steady guild with a good community and good guild atmosphere. You may encounter some trolling during your stay. A focused attitude during progression, and relaxed attitude during farm content. We like to chat and have fun, but focus during difficult content. A desire to raid. We often run an extra raid day on the 1st week of a new raid tier. This is 100% optional, but most people are excited to get into a new instance. Additionally we often run some sort of alt raids on fridays (100% optional), and do a lot of mythic+ content within the guild.
      What we want from you:
High attendance. We expect a minimum of 80% attendance, though most of our raiders have near to 100%. We run a small roster to minimize rotation, and want to be able to rely on you. Commitment. We don't want someone who is looking to join, get geared and then leave. We have a 2-3 week trial period during which we will control gearing while we get to know you. Honesty. If you're having problems within the guild, or have real life issues, we'd like to hear rather than you just disappearing. Talk to us. Be prepared! This means reading up on new fights, having consumables (flask, pots, food, runes), gemming and enchanting properly, and being on time! Communication. We want you to know how to communicate both verbally and in writing. We have a guild Discord we use for our raids and other games! Raiding awareness. We want you to not stand in fire, unless it's required... Progression oriented attitude. Everyone makes mistakes, but learning is part of progression, so we value people who continue to improve over time. Understanding. Sometimes, things don't always go smoothly. We may hit a wall on a specific boss for a while, or you may have to sit for someone else during a progression raid. This is part of mythic raiding. We try to treat everyone fairly, and are open to feedback.
