Blizzard Removes Insult from the Dialogue Between Garrosh and Sylvanas

Okay... what? Are you roleplaying Steven Danuser's alt account?

Since you seem to be (and correct me if I'm wrong of course) using lore as a defense of this bizarre snap-reaction censoring, let me pivot this to you:

Garrosh spent, theoretically, years in the cold North, battling against death and Undeath left and right. Finally, after this war, he sees in the Horde's own backyard in the Eastern Kingdoms, Sylvanas doing no different than Arthas. So maybe it would have been more apropos for Garrosh's demeanor to simply bury Gorehowl into Sylvanas then and there, but they wanted a slow burn. So instead they wrote language that would encapsulate the raw rage of an already hot-headed orc warchief. Does that word get thrown around often? No. That's the point - that's the evidence of his loss of composure.

It's not about people "not being able to stomach the change," it's about retconning a justifiable dialogue to appease the guilt of a parent for an "oopsie-parent-moment."

My primary point was there no reason to rage about this. It changes nothing about the story, it happened several expansions ago in a bit of quest dialogue that will be experienced by an increasingly few number of players as time goes on.

Seriously: who cares?

That same argument could be used to support the "Why would they remove it?" question.

It does more to shatter the immersion than it does to forward the story.

I’m very glad to see Blizzard addressing the details like this where unacceptable language (in this case, a misogynist term) was being used.

Responsible this company has become. In the context of an oppressive culture, they managed to find another thing to do better.

Sign that it is time for me to stay.

You do realize Garrosh isn't a "nice guy", right?

The Midsummer Fire Festival returns and brings new additions in 2024! Blizzard have detailed the event which starts today, from its activities to its achievements, as well as the item rewards! The big new addition this year is the colorful Cliffside Wylderdrake Armor you can see below, as well as higher drop rates and bad luck protection on the other rewards!
      Festival (Source)
Take part in the hottest holiday of the year from June 21 through July 5. The Midsummer Fire Festival brings with it a variety of activities and rewards to light up Azeroth’s summer.

Where: Major Horde and Alliance Cities
      Currency: Burning Blossom

      Holiday Event Boss
Use the Group Finder (I) to participate in an encounter against Ahune, granting a Satchel of Chilled Goods (which contains holiday loot) as a daily reward. This is available to characters level 10 and above. Updated Loot System
We’re changing the way the loot system for the holiday boss drops work. We have increased drop rates significantly for the first boss kill on a single account. Only the first attempt on a single Battle.net account will be eligible to receive the item drop, however. For each subsequent daily attempt on the boss with a single Battle.net account, the chance for the item to drop will increase and continues to accumulate for each failed attempt. This change will allow players to spend less time working to earn a specific dropped item while providing an increasing opportunity to get that item during the holiday.
      Daily Quests
Complete special daily quests to obtain experience, gold, and Burning Blossoms to purchase holiday items. For detailed information about the quests, check out the Midsummer Fire Festival guide on Wowhead.

      Midsummer Fire Festival
Across Azeroth and beyond, brilliant bonfires have been lit to rekindle peoples’ spirits and ward off ancient evils. Each year, new guardians are chosen to watch over the sacred flames and ensure that they are never extinguished.
Called "Flame Keepers" or "Flame Wardens," these chosen few request the aid of brave adventurers to traverse the land and journey into the dark recesses of Azeroth's dungeons. It is rumored that any heroes who are willing to brave the terrors placed before them will be rewarded for their efforts through the power of the flames.
      Activities
The festivities have begun as the citizens of Azeroth celebrate the hottest of seasons by playing with fire all across their worlds!  Stop by a capital city to begin the event’s main quests. While in each of the capital cities, be on the lookout for enemy players; stealing the flames from capital city bonfires. Through your participation in festival quests, you'll collect Burning Blossoms, a special holiday currency you’ll spend to purchase various items and pets available from Midsummer suppliers and merchants.
Burning Blossoms–By Fire Be Blessed: Complete quests to earn Burning Blossoms then throw them into the bonfires to receive the buff, "Fire Festival of Fury" which increases melee/spell critical chance by 3% for 1 hour. Holiday Boss: The Frost Lord Ahune: Use the Group Finder (I) to participate in an encounter against Ahune, the Frost Lord.  Once Ahune is defeated, you'll be able to loot a Satchel of Chilled Goods (which contains Justice Points, Burning Blossoms, and a chance of gaining the Frostscythe of Lord Ahune). This is a daily reward available to characters level 84 and above. Dance Around the Ribbon Pole: At every festival camp, one of these traditional decorations stands tall beside the bonfire. Take up one of the multi-colored ribbons and dance around the pole with your friends and fellow celebrants for a 10% experience buff! Stealing The Flames: Members of the Horde and Alliance can visit the bonfires of the opposing faction and steal them, depriving their enemies of the blessings of the fire spirits! Take care, because each side will defend its own flames. Fire Juggling: Speak with the Master Fire Juggler near your capital's bonfire in order to juggle flaming torches in this daily quest! Fire in the Sky: The lengthy Midsummer Fire Festival traditionally ends with the sky itself being set alight on the last night of the festival. You won't want to miss it! Warning: Play with fire at your own risk. Playing with fire could get you burned. Fire is hot. Love is a burning fire. Please don't fall into the ring of fire. In case of fire, stop, collaborate, and listen . . . then drop and roll. Please enjoy the Midsummer Fire Festival responsibly.

The lack of changes for Shamans in the War Within expansion is starting to become a meme.
Although Shamans have been hoping for some class updates, none have been made yet.
Our guide writer Petko notes that playing an Elemental Shaman in Mythic+ feels really bad right now.
Placeholder for tweet 1802229478266908945 Wordup has even started a feedback thread for Enhancement, but there haven't been any significant changes to the spec.

Many frustrated Shaman players took to Reddit to talk about the lack of changes for their favorite class, and even, started to create memes!
PKCarwash says there's been literally 1 change for Shamans during the whole test cycle.
We came across some great memes, though a few have been deleted. Here’s what's still available:
