I'm just starting to play around with DK and it looks like the top recommended PvP Talent (Necrotic Aura?) doesn't exist for me.

Am I missing something?

So, the Gear and Best in Slot page has no mention of whether 2h or DW is better. I think that's a fairly important thing to mention when discussing BiS; in fact it's the entire reason I went to the page and the first thing I looked for. The only mention of it is, "The real change is 2H builds running a different weapon, of course", which says nothing about which is actually BiS.

As far as I can tell there isn't a way to macro ERW to core spells. When ERW has no charges, the macro does not work. It's not in macro section of the guide either.

In raid it is less than 0.5%. For M+ it is harder to quantify but Ascension loses a lot of power due to dropping stacks.

I'll have a look at making a macro that works, I tested the usage in sims but didn't implement it in game.

hey, so we are back to 2hand and if i want to play without BoS (hate the ability) im pretty much sandbagging myself heavly ? great rework of the spec if you cant even play anything different without losing 20% dmg... i just want to use 2 onehands and dont play with shitty BoS..

and you cant even sim urself to see how you could get some more dmg out of DW frostbane builds..

Why can't you sim yourself? I think unfortunately Breath is a lot better at the moment but you are viable with frostbane for sure.

Simming is broken for Frostbane at the moment due to the innards of the proc not being released to us just yet, however it's only a 10% difference roughly, to swap from BoS to Frostbane. You just gotta be using dual-wield for Frostbane, that's all.
