Blizzard added a new buff that turns you invisible and immune to all damage after leaving Ve'nari's Refuge in the Maw while in War Mode.

To prevent ganking outside of the refuge, Ve'nari now grant players a 25 second buff that gives them invisibility and immunity. The change went live in the latest round of hotfixes.

  • Ve'nari has upgraded her wards in The Maw, granting players a brief window of invisibility and immunity as they exit her refuge or after landing from an Animaflow flight.

The buff is called "Lingering Cloak of Ve'nari" as you can see in the screenshot below.

I don't know why Blizzard panders to the "I only put Warmode on for the extra rewards, please don't kill me!" crowd. You want the reward, you take the risk. Getting ganked is the core of world pvp, and you're made very well aware that you're opting into world pvp when turning warmode on. Mitigating the risk is lame.

Yeah, me neither. You can turn off War Mode and buy Invisibility Potions if you are having trouble.

It's more a problem of their crossrealm stuff being exploited by large pvp groups.   We saw it in Najatar too, where crossrealm groups (several raids worth) would descend on any Nazjatar that had the pvp event.     It wasn't even that the factions were uneven, it was that there was such unbelievable lag that players didn't have any chance to do anything but stare at a frozen screen for 10 seconds till they found themselves dead with no chance for gameplay.

Same thing was happening in the maw, you exit Venari's area and suddenly a huge group around you with too much lag to do anything.   This way the players are more spread out and pvp can actually happen.

Making people invisible does not prevent large groups of people from clogging up zones and causing lag.

Except there'll be no point to do so.    25 seconds is enough to get pretty far in several directions, so big groups running around the entrance won't be a thing anymore.    PVPers will have to actually hunt around the zone now, and generally big raids don't have the patience to do that.

If you plan on buying the physical War Within Collector's Edition and live in Europe, you're going to have a bad time!
Blizzard has ceased distributing WoW Collector's Editions through retailers with the release of Dragonflight, making the Blizzard Store the only place to buy them. However, the shipping costs could be a dealbreaker for many collectors eager to acquire the latest edition for the upcoming expansion.
Reddit user katamai from Serbia posted a screenshot of their order, revealing that the shipping fees exceed the cost of the box itself—280 Euros for shipping compared to 200 Euros for the box, totaling 480 Euros.

Additionally, Emi, a follower on our Facebook page, reported a shipping cost of 99 Euros to Romania, nearly ten times what it costs to ship to the UK.

A practical workaround might be to order the Collector's Edition to a UK address and then use a shipping service to forward it to your address in Europe, potentially saving a considerable amount of money.
How much does it cost to ship the box to your country?

We've already talked about and taken a first look at the Delve-specific mount coming in the War Within, but now it's time to check out all of its customization options!
LeystTV has delved into the mount and shown off all the options, from the different colors to nose, wing, thruster, and top customizations, with glider, blimp, helicopter looks and more! There's even different versions of Horde and Alliance decals to choose from!

And these may not even be all the options present at launch, not to mention new ones Blizzard might add with later patches, making this one of the cooler mounts in the game.
