Here comes a really impressive one! Venn has returned to soloing current-tier bosses, after his huge 5-hour long battle with Rygelon in Sepulcher a few years ago! This time it was Echo of Neltharion in Aberrus on Normal difficulty, as it seems Venn has a preference for penultimate bosses!
A fight he has been working on for over a year, Neltharion finally fell to the Demon Hunter after countless tries and one last one that took 41 minutes. The fight went through THREE enrage phases.
The first is where the boss just channels his big "raid dies now" Ebon Destruction spell for a long time, but Venn managed to gather up enough defensive cooldowns to live through it long enough to get the boss to phase transition. The second is him spam casting Umbral Annihilation, which luckily "only" stacks to 20, so it's survivable. The third enrage is a combo of the first one + basically infinite add spawns, as the DH can't really kill them fast enough, so it becomes a pretty tight timer. Prophetic Stonescales and Treemouth's Festering Splinter came in quite handy for all of that that.
Let's take a look, as Venn goes through and explains all the phases and what he had to do:
And here's the full 41 minute (sped up) kill video:
Huge congratulations are obviously in order and we hope to see more amazing kills like these! Which penultimate boss will fall to Venn next?!

Priests' Thoughtsteal was causing some problems in regular old retail and has now been fixed, as Remix got some notes on the announced frog nerfs and compensation, and Cata classic got class changes, a temporary battleground removal and more!
May 28 (Source)
Player versus Player
Priest Thoughtsteal can no longer be canceled. Thoughtsteal no longer causes the casting Priest to learn a spell they already know (example: a Shadow Priest stealing Vampiric Touch from another Shadow Priest). The target of the Thoughtsteal still loses access to the stolen ability. Developers’ notes: These changes resolve an issue where Priests could lose access to existing abilities after casting Thoughtsteal. Quests
Verdisa did not realize she was sitting on an important location for the quest “Forget Her Not” and has moved a few feet away. WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria
On Friday, May 24, the following changes were deployed: There are now three new quests that grant Bronze to player-characters upon reaching levels 50, 60, and 70. The new quests are only available to player-characters who did not kill many Gulp Frogs during the first three days of the event. Player-characters who killed many Gulp Frogs during the first days of the event have been modified. The power of their Cloak of Infinite Potential was reduced to an amount that a very engaged player could reasonably achieve. Cataclysm Classic
Fixed an issue that was causing Glubtok to summon adds in Normal Deadmines. Fixed an issue with many guild profession achievements not tracking as expected. The Twin Peaks battleground is temporarily unavailable while some issues are addressed. Death Knight Fixed an issue with Desecration not being removed by Bladestorm. Druid Leader of the Pack’s tooltip now correctly states that the Druid’s melee critical strikes in Cat and Bear for cause them to heal 4% of their total health (incorrectly showed 5%). Hunter Primate Hunter pets now understand that they can’t move while using their Bad Manner ability and will successfully cast the spell without interrupting themselves. Furious Howl will no longer stack with other % Crit chance increases such as Leader of the Pack and Rampage. -

You’ll reach Level 75 after completing all 12 campaign chapters in the War Within expansion.
The War Within campaign has 12 chapters, divided into four per zone. By the time you reach Khaz Algar at Level 70 and focus only on the main campaign in each zone, you'll hit Level 75 when you finish in Azj-Kahet.
Additionally, there are plenty of side quests to complete, some of which are quite enjoyable and won't take much time to finish. Plus, some side quests are necessary to unlock the new Earthen Allied Race.
Placeholder for tweet 1793998475140505716 Would you prefer reaching max level just by doing the main campaign, or are you okay with completing some side quests too? Let us know in the comments!

Blizzard advises all players to keep their Tusks of Mannoroth in the MoP Remix until they fix an important bug affecting the cosmetic item.
Community Manager Kaivax reassured everyone that they won't have to re-earn all bones on a plate-wearing character to unlock the appearance. For now, though, it's crucial to hold onto the cosmetic in MoP Remix until the bug is fixed.

We’re working on a fix for this.
Please hold onto your Tusks. You will not have to re-earn all those bones on a plate-wearing character.
