Aren´t trinket procs "locked" for 30 seconds after equipping them? This should minimize the potential of abuse.

What's the dot tracker/SS display/ HP bar (i'm guessing, to the right of 4 shards)?

DoT tracker is AffDots, HP is Ice Hud, soul shards is a weakaura.
