Potential Patch 9.1.5 Features (Speculation)

Recommended Posts

WyVGCj9.jpg

Today, we're speculating about two potential features that we're likely going to see in Patch 9.1.5.

1. Legion Timewalking

Legion is now officially two expansions old and Blizzard added Warlords of Draenor Timewalking to the game in Battle for Azeroth's Patch 8.1.5. Now that we know Blizzard's working on Patch 9.1.5, the minor update would be perfect for adding Legion Timewalking.

WoD Timewalking didn't come with a Timewalking raid, so we don't think one will be added right away with Legion Timewalking.

2. Brawler's Guild

A new Season of the Brawler's Guild was introduced with Battle for Azeroth's Patch 8.1.5. Brawler's Guild was later closed in the Shadowlands pre-patch. We may see a new season with brand new enemies and rewards to claim.

While Blizzard hasn't officially confirmed Patch 9.1.5, datamined strings in the Burning Crusade PTR client hint at LUA functions that will stop working in Patch 9.1.5. You can find more details here.

What do you hope to see in Patch 9.1.5? Let us know in the comments!

Soul ash from other activities that aren't torghast, for people who hate it, will be nice.

You get small amounts of Soul Ash from Assaults, the weekly, and every Torment.

Things I want to see:

  1. Account wide Covenant Sanctum progression
If you've unlocked all the sanctum upgrades for a sanctum on one character, every other character in that covenant will benefit from that. Also, somewhat related. Let all alts above level 50 start their covenant campaign directly on threads of fate.
  2. Anima transfer
This is less important if we get account wide progress. But I have two characters where a constantly get close to capping my anima and have to spend it on mats to get the number down. I'd love to send that to alts. And I'd be fine with losing some in the process. Like Spending 5000 anima to give an alt 4000 anima or something.
  3. New heritage armor
Self explanatory. More races need armor.
  4. More character customization for Allied Races
    Also self explanatory.
  5. Expanded Chromie time
Allow people to level 50-60 in Chromie time. And let people stay in Chromie time if they want to. Don't force people out when they are done leveling. Chromie time is one of the best additions to the game, but it's so mishandled atm.
  6. Torghast leveling
Allow players to access Torghast with Threads of Fate so you can level there.
  7. Legion Raid Nerf
All previous expansions have received nerfs to make them easier to solo. But not Legion for some reason. And weirdly enough the scaling even made the Legion raids harder after the level squish.

Can we please get Farmable/Spammable Soul Ash from any level twisting corridors or cell block. Unlock all wings of Tor'ghast, no more two open a week. Add a weekly cap to Soul Cinders so people can't abuse it. Who cares if they get a crap ton of Soul ash, it only goes to 235. This will make make it so anyone missing legendary powers from Tor'ghast can get it easily without having to run in and out of twisting corridors till RNG gives them the wing they need.

Couldn't agree more.

My only addition would be to make the New M+ ratings account wide as well on a per dungeon basis, to make it more like it was in 9.0.5.

Blizzard is adding new Feet cosmetic armor to the game in Patch 9.1.5. In this post, we're looking at the new items in more detail.
Tauren and Trolls will appreciate new boots coming in the latest patch. On the 9.1.5 PTR, they can be purchased from the Trial of Style NPCs, but their source remains unknown for now. Below, we previewed all the new models.
      Rare Boots
      Augur's Walkers

      Bloodbathed Slippers

      Boots of the Blightbelcher

      Cleric's Sabatons

      Cold Cage Moccasins

      Conjuror's Slippers

      Keeper's Strides

      Patroller's Footwear

      Shadow-Stitched Stalkers

      Stalker's Treads

      Thief's Footpads

      Virulent Gravetreaders

      Epic Boots
The epic-quality boots look better than the rare ones. Currently, we found four different tints of epic feet cosmetic armor in the game files.
      Corrupted Cleats

      Freezing Footguards

      Pustule Prancers

      Searing Stompers

Undaunted, the deaf and hard-of-hearing Warcraft guild, have completed Ahead of the Curve: Sylvanas Windrunner. Congratulations!
Undaunted is at it again! The guild earned AotC Denathrius and cleared 3/10 Mythic Castle Nathria on March 26, 2021. Yesterday, a post on Reddit revealed that they now downed Sylvanas on Heroic difficulty. Now, Mythic difficulty awaits. We wish them the best of luck! Here is a screenshot of the guild shared on Reddit.

In something that has now become a new WoW tradition, players have been gathering to celebrate the end of Summer as we now have a very thematic seasonal clock in the game! The circle is complete as we've now seen all 4 variations of the mount in-game as well.
While WoW is pretty static when it comes to seasons and, well, time in general, we now have a really cool connection to the real world in the form of the Wandering Ancient tree mount, so we'll be seeing gatherings like these below a lot!

      Source: Galaxy_119.
And some will be showing the tree off in its natural habitat, proving that even ancients can be VERY stealthy in the right conditions:

      Source: drinnster.
The Wandering Ancient is really awesome and adds extra interactivity and "feel" of the world - definitely one of the better additions to WoW in recent memory and we hope to see these little changing of seasons rituals continue on forever!
In case you're new or missed when the mount arrived, it should be in your mount collection tab already as  gift if you have Shadowlands purchased, now head on out there and showcase the new Fall colors!
