Her refusal to stand at his side IS her consent. That was a pointless act of war, started by her father, who refused to listen to reason - and Jaina knew he wouldn't reconsider. His death was the only possible outcome of Theramore. Try not confuse whatever you think of the Horde with a faction that was dragged into a pointless war by a rabid dog who refuses to sleep and lie.

Also you have the entirety of Tides of War and half of War Crimes crushing your other excuse for a "point", lol. 

Baine went out of his way commiting treason against the Horde on behalf of Jaina who once was instrumental in saving his people. His messenger stated explicitly, on his request, that following Garrosh' whims is not something Baine wants to do, but since he is a subject of the Horde, he has to obey. Heck, literally every other scene Baine is in, he considers this entire war effort pointless, out loud or in his thoughts, which endangers his people - something he can't afford.

A ruler in her own right, like Jaina was, does understand him putting tauren first. You, clearly, do not.

Both stories share parallels. Generally, I dislike such plots where someone just wasn't themselves, but they were instead corrupted by some form of external power. Now Forsaken were never truly free, since their leader was just one of Jailer's assets. Of course, now everyone will have to forgive her, even for killing thousands and creating more Forsaken against their will, because she was missing part of her soul!

Have to disagree here, her atrocities are still atrocities. My point is she commits those in full consciouness, rather than using 'influence' excuse. Though I did like a small touch of agreeing with rerouting her troops within Augustgrad to avoid the most populated areas, even if it did make reaching the palace harder for the Swarm. Not all is heartless within that shell.

That said, Dominion was already delving into breeding Hybrids, and that kind of military prowess Mengsk could not be possibly unaware of. Whether or not he was on the whole Amon thing is up for debate, but he'd at least allow Amon to increase his presence significantly if those were left unchecked. Two birds, one Zerg.

Meant how it's viewed in universe, since it's against Terran Dominion, the "villain", her atrocities are somewhat forgiven. Note how no one brings that up again.

It didn't look like Mengsk was with Amon. Mobius Corps were breeding hybrids, but these were already under Duran's control, not a part of Dominion.
