Here we go! The Vault has opened, plenty of players are pouring in and it's time to take a look at the stats! Now these are VERY preliminary numbers as we've only had 1 day for EU guilds and 2 for US, but it's always fun to look at some stats. We're taking a look at Heroic and Normal this time around, as not many have ventured into Mythic.

Heroic

95th Percentile

We're not going to spend too much time comparing to the pre-patch, as thing are remarkably different, and we can see that immediately as 2 of the top 3 Rogue specs were on the literal bottom before the expansion hit! A very yellow and very close-knit top 3 with the Rogues taking over, there's a lot of new faces to check out, as none of the top 5 specs was doing well in the pre-patch. Warlocks are no longer dominating and the only specs to have remained relatively stable are Windwalkers and Retribution.

It's important to note that the current No.1, Subtletly, is there based on VERY few logs, as most other specs have a couple of thousand, it in turn has only around 300, so keep that very much in mind. The other specs with very few logs here are Arms with 280, Fire with 260, Affliction with 130 and Survival with 60.

All Percentiles

The generalist bracket looks much the same, with Enhancement rising even higher and breaking the yellow domination, and Retribution also doing 1 better.

Normal

Normal has plenty of logs on the other hand, numbering in the tens of thousands for each spec (with only the 5 less played specs mentioned above under 10,000), and it's looking very similar to Heroic, so the numbers there may be accurate. We see Marksmanship doing much better here, grabbing 2nd and breaking up the yellow party, but the rest looks very similar, Fury and Elemental doing a little better.
