wow Dragonflight DPS Log Rankings for Vault of the Incarnates, Week 9: Post-Tuning

It's time to see the results of the big class tuning from last week, as we dive into the Vault log rankings! We have quite the Hunter revolution on our hands after their buff, so let's see what's going on.

Mythic

95th Percentile

The top 2 have gotten a whole lot closer, with Devastation catching up and coming up to Shadow looking to overtake, while 3rd sees the first of many Hunter moves - a giant leap from Marksmanship, 13 spots up after the 5% buff, pushing Arms and Subtletly down 1 down into 4th and 5th. Frost DK is the next big mover, taking a spot 4 spots up, followed by Feral's 2 spot gain. Outlaw stands firm in 8th, with Havoc dropping 3 and Retribution gaining 5 to close out the top 10. While Hunters got some good news today, most of their specs are still down in the dumps in the top percentiles, but at least their bottom 3 buddy Assassination has taken over the very last spot.

All Percentiles

Subtlety has taken down Arms in No.2 in the generalist bracket, as Feral is the week's big winner, rising 2 spots into 4th despite not getting any changes. Marksmanship's rise is very slightly smaller here, only having gained 12 spots in 5th, while Outlaw and Devastation have to look up for a while, having lost 1 and 2 spots, respectively. While Frost DKs didn't get quite as high up as in the high percentiles, they actually gained more ground here, rising 5 spots into 9th, as Demonology closes out the top 10 2 spots up.

Heroic

Affliction gains 2 spots while Assassination wins the Rogue wars at the very top, while Arms catches up to its Mythic strength here as well, rising 3 into 4th. Marksmanship solidifies itself as the big tuning winner, leaping 7 spots up into 5th, as Unholy falls 3, and Arcane stays strong in 6th. Shadow isn't doing quite as well as in Mythic, dropping some spots here this week, and Survival makes quite a strong appearance, rising a big 10 spots from the bottom of the middle pack, and setting up the news from Normal as well. Balance closes out the top 10 two spots down, and the bottom 3 remains the same as last week.

Normal

Normal has taken this Hunter revolution to the next level as it puts Survival right at the top! The Hunter spec was doing pretty well here even before the buffs, so it "only" gained 4 spots to take over, as the dominant Rogue specs drop down to 5th and 6th, while Affliction keeps its No.2 spot and Arms also moves past the yellows. Marksmanship re-affirms its major gains from the tuning, although its rise isn't as meteoric as in the other two difficulties with only a 4-spot bump. But Beast Mastery makes it a very happy day for Hunters, moving up quite a bit, as the class finally have all three specs in the top 10, even if it's only on Normal!
