Dragonflight DPS, Tank and Healer Log Rankings for Vault of the Incarnates, Week 10: Marksmanship Prospers

Recommended Posts

We have a lot of movement this week, as the class tuning has settled in and the Hunter renaissance continues in the Vault! While things are pretty settled in the very top of Mythic (with quite a bit of movement below the first two) we do see green at the top in the other difficulties, and it's not just Marksmanship making some big moves!

Mythic

95th Percentile

We seem to have arrived at a pretty stable situation in Mythic, at least in the very top, as Shadow moves out quite a bit ahead of Devastation, while Arms and the newly post-tuning energized Marksmanship battle it out for third, and Subtletly stays stable in 5th. Feral moves 1 up this week and pushes Frost DK down, as Outlaw remains stable while Demonology and Balance join forces and make a big 3-spot move up. Havoc and Fury park just outside the top 10, while Retribution takes quite a dip, 6 spots down from it's 10th spot last week. Beast Mastery makes it out of the bottom, as Destruction claims the very last spot, joining the usual Assassination and Survival in the bottom 3.

All Percentiles

Arms is doing a lot better in the generalist bracket, joined by Subtlety in the top 3, as neither Marksmanship nor Devastation are performing on the same level as the in the top percentiles, finding themselves in 5th and 6th, just behind Feral who is doing very well in 4th. Balance, Fury and Havoc are all doing a lot better here, making the top 10. Beast Mastery also managed to escape the bottom here after the buffs, leaving Assassination to join Destruction and Arcane in the dumps.

Healer HPS

Healers remain extremely stable, with no changes at all in the rankings since last time we checked.

Tank DPS

Brewmasters are catching up to Guardians rapidly, but not quite enough to take over yet, as the rest of the rankings remain the same, since the big Druid tuning did not affect their damage.

Heroic DPS

Things are looking a lot different in Heroic, both from last week and from Mythic, as the class tuning is taking effect and then some! Marksmanship has taken over and risen 4 spots since last week, joined in its meteoric rise by Arcane, which also jumped 4 spots to land in 3rd, as they sandwich Affliction which remains stable in 2nd. The Rogues are huddling together in 4th and 5th, Assassination staying on top of at least its class, after its fall from the top spot, with Arms right after them. Unholy is the DK spec of choice in Heroic, as opposed to Mythic's Frost, and it secures 7th just ahead of Balance which is moving up here as well. Shadow finds itself far away from its top spot from Mythic, barely holding on to the top 10. Hunters overall are doing a lot better, and no one is happier about that than Survival and Beast Mastery, which find themselves in 10th and 11th, a far cry from the bottom middle pack in the higher difficulty, and their long time at the actual bottom before the buffs. Elemental, Frost DK and Destruction remain the bottom 3 specs in Heroic for another week.

Normal DPS

Normal is embracing the Hunter revolution more than any other difficulty, as we have all 3 specs in the top 4! Subtletly is doing better than last week and pushes out Arms, as Unholy and Feral move past Assassination.

Executive Producer Holly Longdale teased some upcoming experimental PvE-focused content that Blizzard will soon reveal to the community.
It appears that Plunderstorm isn't the only new mode Blizzard plans to add to WoW this year.
Holly Longdale today teased an upcoming PvE-oriented event that will soon be revealed to us. Holly might be talking about the "Timerunning Pandamonium," expected in Patch 10.2.7.
      (Source)
      Greetings Citizens of Azeroth,
It’s been great seeing so many players taking the plunge into Plunderstorm and we’ve loved seeing all of the stories and feedback as this experimental event evolves. It will be exciting to see some of the community content creators going head-to-head as duos during the Plunderstorm Creator Royale on March 30!  This isn’t the end of the things we want to try in World of Warcraft, however, and we have more in store we can’t wait to show you.
Dragonflight Season 4 is in route as testing begins on the PTR and we’ll have more news to share soon™ on the next experiment we have up our sleeves. We hope those of you who are looking for PvE focused content will enjoy what we’re planning, all while we continue to press forward on development of our next expansion for World of Warcraft— The War Within.
We can’t wait to share with you all the many things the team has been hard at work on.
With gratitude and excitement for what we’ll do together next,
      Holly Longdale

We've looked at the Mythic+ Tier List for the first time in Patch 10.2.6!
