Here's a summary of all class changes that went live in Patch 10.0.7 Build 48295.

Death Knight

Frost

  • Frost Strike Frost Strike - Chill your weapons with icy power and quickly strike the enemy with both, dealing a total of [ 91% 101.2% of Attack Power ] Frost damage.

Druid

Guardian

  • Thorns of Iron Thorns of Iron - When you cast Ironfur, also deal Physical damage equal to 30% of your armor, split among enemies within 12 yards. Damage reduced above 4 applications.

Evoker

Preservation

  • Temporal Compression Temporal Compression now procs from Tip the Scales Tip the Scales.
  • Temporal Anomaly Temporal Anomaly - Send forward a vortex of temporal energy, absorbing [ 175% 140% of Spell Power ] damage on you and any allies in its path. Absorption is reduced beyond 5 targets.
  • Resonating Sphere Resonating Sphere - Temporal Anomaly applies Echo at 30% effectiveness to the first 6 4 allies it passes through.

Hunter

Blizzard nerfed the effect Neltharax, Enemy of the Sky Neltharax, Enemy of the Sky in the latest Patch 10.0.7 PTR build. As a result, they made the following changes to Hunters:

  • Death Chakram Death Chakram - Throw a deadly chakram at your current target that will rapidly deal [ 31.6% 63.2% of Attack Power ] Physical damage 7 times, bouncing to other targets if they are nearby. Enemies struck by Death Chakram take 10% more damage from you and your pet for 10 sec. Each time the chakram deals damage, its damage is increased by 15% and you generate 3 Focus.

Beast Mastery

  • Cobra Shot Cobra Shot - A quick shot causing [ 84.8% 127.2% of Attack Power ] Physical damage.
  • Barbed Shot Barbed Shot - Fire a shot that tears through your enemy, causing them to bleed for [ 175% 219% of Attack Power ] damage over 8 sec.
  • Kill Command Kill Command - Give the command to kill, causing your pet to savagely deal [ 156% 196% of Attack Power ] Physical damage to the enemy.
  • Stomp Stomp - When you cast Barbed Shot, your pet stomps the ground, dealing [ 30% 37.5% of Attack Power ] Physical damage to all nearby enemies.

Last Friday, Blizzard said they will be reverting the above mentioned Beast Mastery buffs as follows:

  • Kill Command Kill Command damage will be increased by 10% (down from 25%).
  • Barbed Shot Barbed Shot damage will be increased by 12% (down from 25%).
  • Kill Cleave Kill Cleave - While Beast Cleave is active, Kill Command now also strikes nearby enemies for 50% 60% of damage dealt.

Marksmanship

  • Arcane Shot Arcane Shot - A quick shot that causes [ 62.7% 78.4% of Attack Power ] Arcane damage.
  • Multi-Shot Multi-Shot - Fires several missiles, hitting your current target and all enemies within 10 yards for [ 41.2% [ 47% of Attack Power ] Physical damage. Deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets.
  • Serpent Sting Serpent Sting - Fire a shot that poisons your target, causing them to take [ 16.5% 20.6% of Attack Power ] Nature damage instantly and an additional [ 99% 123.6% of Attack Power ] Nature damage over 18 sec.
  • Chimaera Shot Chimaera Shot - A two-headed shot that hits your primary target for [ 65% 81.3% of Attack Power ] Nature damage and another nearby target for [ 32.5% 40.7% of Attack Power ] Frost damage.

Monk

  • Incendiary Breath Incendiary Breath - Increases the radius and damage of Breath of Fire by 100% 30%, causing it to disorient all targets it strikes for 4 sec, but its cooldown is increased by 100%.

Paladin

  • Retribution Aura Retribution Aura - When any party or raid member within 40 yds takes more than 30% of their health in damage in a single hit, each member gains 5% increased damage and healing for 10 sec. This effect cannot occur more than once every 30 sec. healing, decaying over 10 sec. This cannot occur within 30 sec of the aura being applied.
  • Crusader Aura Crusader Aura doesn't grant increased range.

 

Holy

  • Light of Dawn Light of Dawn - Unleashes a wave of Holy energy, healing up to 5 injured allies within a 15 yd frontal cone for [ 92.4% 101.64% of Spell Power ].

Retribution

  • Wake of Ashes Wake of Ashes - Lash out at your enemies, dealing [ 346.5% 290% of Attack Power ] Radiant damage to all enemies within 14 yds in front of you and reducing their movement speed by 50% for 10 sec.
  • Divine Protection Divine Protection - Reduces all damage you take by 20% for 8 sec. Usable while stunned.
  • Mastery: Hand of Light Mastery: Hand of Light - Increases Holy damage done by 12.8% 8.0%.
  • Execution Sentence Execution Sentence - A hammer slowly falls from the sky upon the target, after 8 sec, they suffer [ 282% 270% of Attack Power ] Holy damage, plus 25% of damage taken from your abilities in that time.
  • Final Reckoning Final Reckoning - Call down a blast of heavenly energy, dealing [ 287.5% 250% of Attack Power ] Holy damage to all targets in the target area and causing them to take 40% increased damage from your Holy Power abilities for 10 sec.
  • Physical Presence Physical Presence renamed to Divine Arbiter and changed. All Physical damage you deal is increaded by 20% and secondary effect NYI. Abilities that deal Holystrike damage deal 10% increased damage and your abilities that deal Holystrike damage grant you a stack of Physical Presence. At 50 stacks your next damaging single target Holy Power ability causes [ 500% of Attack Power ] Holystrike damage to your primary target and [ 150% of Attack Power ] Holystrike damage to enemies within 6 yds.
  • Executioner's Will Executioner's Will now increases the duration of Execution Sentence and Final Reckoning by 4 seconds.
  • Rush of Light Rush of Light (new talent) added. The critical strikes of you damaging single target Holy Power abilities grant you 5% Haste for 10 sec.
  • Divine Wrath Divine Wrath (new talent) added. Increases the duration of Avenging Wrath or Crusader by 3 sec.
  • Judge, Jury and Executioner Judge, Jury and Executioner (new talent) added. Increases the critical strike chance of Judgment 10%.
  • Commanding Judgment Commanding Judgment - Judgment hits an additional 2 targets but now deals 50% reduced damage to secondary targets.
  • Aegis of Protection Aegis of Protection - Divine Protection reduces damage you take by an additional 10% and Shield of Vengeance absorbs 30% 20% more damage.
  • Adjudication Adjudication - Critical strike chance increased by 2% Critical Strike damage of your abilities increased by 5% and Hammer of Wrath critical strikes cause a Blessed Hammer to spiral around you dealing [ 30% of Attack Power ] Holystrike damage to enemies.
  • Highlord's Judgment Highlord's Judgment - Judgment's duration is increased by 2 3 sec and causes targets to take increased damage from your next 2 Holy Power abilities. If you have Greater Judgment, targets take 20% increased damage from your next 2 Holy Power abilities.
  • Vanguard of Justice Vanguard of Justice - Your single-target damaging Holy Power abilities cost 1 additional Holy Power and deal 20% 33% increased damage. The spell now applies Divine Storm Divine Storm.
  • Blades of Light Blades of Light - Crusader Strike, Judgment, Hammer of Wrath and your damaging single target Holy Power abilities now deal Holystrike damage.
  • Burning Crusade Burning Crusade - Blade of Justice and Expurgation now deal Radiant (Fire and Holy) damage. Divine Storm, Divine Hammer and Consecration now deal Radiant damage.
  • Divine Hammer Divine Hammer now deals damage beyond 8 targets. Range reduced to 8 yards.
  • Swift Retribution renamed to Divine Retribution Divine Retribution and changed. Haste increased by 2% and secondary effect NYI Divine Storm deals 10% increased critical strike damage.
  • Art of War Art of War chance to trigger is now 20% (up from 15%).

Rogue

PvP Talents

  • Hemotoxin Hemotoxin - Shiv also reduces the target's healing received by 35% 30% for 8 sec.

Shaman

Anima Powers

  • Consumed by Flame Consumed by Flame - Hurls frigid ice at the target, dealing [ 90.75% 163.35% of Spell Power ] Frost damage and causing your next 4 Frost Shocks to deal 225% increased damage and generate 8 14 Maelstrom.

Elemental

  • Elemental Shaman Elemental Shaman (Spec Aura)
    • Increases damage/healing by 164% 6%: Chain Lightning, Maelstrom, Ride the Lightning
    • Decreases damage/healing by 20% Increases damage/healing by 10%: Lightning Bolt and Maelstrom
    • Increases damage/healing by 16% 6%: Lava Burst and Maelstrom
    • Increases damage/healing by 164%: Elemental Blast
    • Increases damage/healing by 15%: Lava Burst and Maelstrom
    • Decreases damage/healing by 19%: Lightning Bolt and Maelstrom
  • Earth Shock Earth Shock - Instantly shocks the target with concussive force, causing [ 252.25% 267.39% of Spell Power ] Nature damage.
  • Icefury Icefury - Hurls frigid ice at the target, dealing [ 90.75% 163.35% of Spell Power ] Frost damage and causing your next 4 Frost Shocks to deal 225% increased damage and generate 8 14 Maelstrom.

Let's nerf the already worst tank! (Guardian) --- Who is in charge of tank balance, again? Especially Druids and Guardians. 🐻

      Solozerro has defeated Mythic Garrosh alone in MoP Remix! Congrats to the amazing feat that took months of dedication to accomplish!
      In an emotional tribute to a friend who passed away during the transition between World of Warcraft's Wrath of the Lich King and Cataclysm expansions, one dedicated player has fulfilled a long-standing promise to leave their mark in the game's history.
      "I promised her I would make a name for myself in WoW history, and today, I can finally say I've done this in her honor," Solozerro said.
      This accomplishment was the result of several evenings of dedicated attempts, each preceded by a week of rigorous farming. The process spanned multiple weeks, with each attempt lasting about 15 minutes.
      The player faced significant challenges, particularly with the Y’Shaarj adds during Garrosh Hellscream’s Empowered Whirlwind phase. "You need a high DPS check just for those adds," Solozerro explained.
      Back when the fight was nearly impossible to solo as a DPS, Solo had to do it in tank specialization to avoid fight resets due to mind control, which significantly impacted their damage output.
      Despite these obstacles, the player remained steadfast. "In total, I collected over 1.5 million threads on my cloak," they said, underscoring the extent of their efforts.

      Even the recent nerfs to Garrosh Hellscream posed a unique challenge. "I overslept and when I woke up and heard about the nerfs, I was sure someone would have tried it. During the fight, I still had adds up, but luckily, I managed to meet the DPS check to avoid the Empowered Whirlwind."
      This achievement not only honors a friend's memory but also serves as an inspiration to the WoW community. "These changes will affect a lot and might actually push more people to try it," the player reflected.

      As of the War Within pre-patch, Alysrazor in the Firelands raid is bugged, preventing players from getting the Flametalon of Alysrazor mount.
      Blizzard made various updates to flying in the War Within pre-patch, and a possible side-effect could be tied to Alysrazor not leaving her spawn location when you engage her in the raid.
      Hopefully, Blizzard will soon release a fix for the issue. Until then, don't bother soloing the Firelands!
