i really wonder if the last boss in the megadungeon will it be Fyrakk? (maybe thats too early to see him) or a big  Djaradin maffia. and my 3rd option we face Eternus or Chrono Lord Deimos again and some Infinite Dragonflight stuff.

Rather weird decision on their part to not have any Incarnate as final boss in upcoming raid. That Dracthyr commander seems like such minor villain to serve as a final boss for that patch. But yeah, Fyrakk is likely unless they want to save all remaining Incarnates as bosses for patch 10.2 raid.

I think we're going to deal with either Fyrakk or Vyranoth in the megadungeon, which I predict will be Vakthros, although which one I'm not sure but I'm leaning more towards Fyrakk due to how he's already served as a major part of Iridikron's plan by allowing them to enter the Zaralek Caverns although he probably could've done that himself, what with being the incarnate of earth and all that. Afterwards, we'll get a hint at what Iridikron's big plan is and go deal with that, likely killing whichever incarnate we didn't kill in the megadungeon along the way or Iridikron killing them himself after concluding he doesn't need them for his plans anymore where he'll reveal his true plan and alignment. I'm guessing his big plan involves reviving Galakrond which I'm guessing is what he needs the shadowflame from Aberrus for.

For that they would have to travel to Northrend where his remains are. I wonder if we are going there again if this is the case. They already reused some Northrend locations for Cataclym's final raid, so it would have been better to see something different.

Executive Producer Holly Longdale teased some upcoming experimental PvE-focused content that Blizzard will soon reveal to the community.
It appears that Plunderstorm isn't the only new mode Blizzard plans to add to WoW this year.
Holly Longdale today teased an upcoming PvE-oriented event that will soon be revealed to us. Holly might be talking about the "Timerunning Pandamonium," expected in Patch 10.2.7.
      (Source)
      Greetings Citizens of Azeroth,
It’s been great seeing so many players taking the plunge into Plunderstorm and we’ve loved seeing all of the stories and feedback as this experimental event evolves. It will be exciting to see some of the community content creators going head-to-head as duos during the Plunderstorm Creator Royale on March 30!  This isn’t the end of the things we want to try in World of Warcraft, however, and we have more in store we can’t wait to show you.
Dragonflight Season 4 is in route as testing begins on the PTR and we’ll have more news to share soon™ on the next experiment we have up our sleeves. We hope those of you who are looking for PvE focused content will enjoy what we’re planning, all while we continue to press forward on development of our next expansion for World of Warcraft— The War Within.
We can’t wait to share with you all the many things the team has been hard at work on.
With gratitude and excitement for what we’ll do together next,
      Holly Longdale
