Its an example, not a consumable list 🙂 will be relevant next phase already too! Can put in lower level food to make it clearer.

The spell barkskin isn't learned until 44 so putting it in this guide as recommend spells to use for damage mitigation is folly. Almost as if the author doesn't play the game.

You're right, but it will be a useful tip soon once next phase releases 😄 I'll remove it for now, thanks for spotting the typo.
