Blizzard stated that STV arena and Gnomeregon is not available in phase 1.  So, best in slot needs updated.

Are you planning on respec into Consecration for the phase 1 end game? Or is the assumption to go max tank and use Avenger's shield/target cycling as our AoE threat management until we can slide into Consecration in phase 2?

Hey! So I don't think there is much need for Consecrate at this point in time, no boss encounters in BFD really have consistently spawning adds or ones that really last long enough to warrant it and in 5 mans in my experience everyone is so strong mobs rarely live long enough to see it's full value so Avenger's Shield/tabbing through mobs for threat has been most succesful for me so far.
