Final Fantasy XIV is running a callback campaign that lets you invite your friends who have been away from the game, and get rewards for both of you. Learn how to participate and what you can get from this special promotion.

The FFXIV callback campaign is a special promotion that rewards both, the inviter and the invitee, with various in-game items and benefits. The campaign runs since Wednesday, November 8th 2023, 12:00 a.m., until Thursday, December 14th 2023, 12:00 a.m. (PST). 

Here is how to participate and what you can get from the campaign:

How to Participate:

To invite a friend, you need to have an active account and select the "Invite Friend to Return'' sub-command from your friend list or free company member list. This will send an E-Mail to your friend, inviting them to return to the game.

The selected player must meet the following requirements:

• They must have a service account that has been inactive for at least 90 days (including the free play period). If not, they will not receive any E-Mail.
• They must have purchased and registered Final Fantasy XIV to their service account.

You can invite up to five friends per character every 30 days. The E-mail will include your character name and world, so your friend will know who invited them. Make sure your friends have the correct E-Mail linked to their FFXIV account, so they can receive the invitation, because you will not receive any notification about the status of your invitation. If your friend does not meet the requirements, they will not receive the E-mail.

Rewards for the Invitee:

Your friend can redeem the following rewards on the Mog-Station, by clicking on "redeem your rewards" in the E-Mail: 

• 14 days of free play
• Aetheryte Tickets x99
• 10 Silver Chocobo Feathers

Rewards for the Inviter:

You will receive the following reward via Moogle delivery service, if the friends you invite purchase a subscription within 90 days of their return:

• 5 Gold Chocobo Feathers

The Chocobo Feathers can be exchanged for rewards such as the Twintania mount or the two-seater Chocobo mount at the Calamity Salvager NPC in Limsa Lominsa, Gridania, or Ul’dah. 

You can check the number of friends who returned, and purchased a subscription within 90 days, on the Service Account Status page of the Mog-Station. Please note that you can only receive these rewards once, even if you invite more than one friend.
