  • Algeth’ar Academy
    • Echo of Doragosa
      • Arcane Rift now spawns Uncontrolled Energy 20% less frequently.
      • Overwhelming Power now spawns Arcane Rift at 4 stacks (was 3).
      • Fixed an issue where Vile Lasher’s Detonation Seed was not spawning on the ground.
  • Neltharus

  • PvP staves now properly filter for Warlocks on vendors.

Non-player Characters

  • Vaskarn in the Emerald Dream no longer erroneously mentions that they can upgrade your gear with the use of Flightstones. Vaskarn in Valdrakken is unchanged.

  • Smoke Bomb will now properly cancel Stealth, Prowl, and Shadowmeld from enemy players.
  • Fixed an issue that would prevent Warden Stillwater from spawning during the “Lawn of the Dead” quest.
  • Fixed an issue where Death Knights in Blood Presence could be incorrectly, critically hit by all melee attacks.

  • Fixed an issue preventing Bloodlust and Heroism from working as intended.
  • Mounting the Violet Proto Drake now grants Master Riding to players who are at least level 80 and have Artisan Riding trained.
  • Heal-over-time and damage-over-time ticks should now behave as intended in Cataclysm when refreshed.
    • Developers’ notes: Previously, refreshing a DoT just before it finished its last tick could cause it to miss out on a tick. That was the correct behavior in Wrath of the Lich King, but not Cataclysm.
  • If a Paladin misplaces the Symbol of Faith during the quest “Materials of Significance”, they may now buy a replacement from the Lost and Found vendor in Booty Bay.
  • Fixed the Children’s Week quest “Cruisin’ the Chasm” so that it can now be completed.

    • The Children’s Week holiday is now extended for one additional week.
    • “Ridin’ The Rocketway” can now be completed.
    • Craggle Wobbletop and Blax Bottlerocket now sell Yellow and Green Balloons for Children’s Week.
    • Darkmoon Faire will be closed until the launch of Cataclysm, when it will return with the newly updated Darkmoon Faire Island.
  • Warlock
    • The Warlock Demon Soul ability will now work with the Incubus pet.
    • Fixed an issue where Warlock Demonology pets were not properly updating from Mastery.
    • Fixed an issue with the incorrect tooltip on Demonic Pact. It should correctly read that it grants the Warlock 2% increased personal spell damage.
  • Mage
    • Ignite damage will no longer be counted double toward Combustion.
    • Refreshed Ignite that now has 3 ticks over 6 seconds will do the same amount of damage on each tick.
    • Ignite spread by Impact and Fire Blast will no longer have a missing 2nd or 3rd tick that adds damage to future Ignites.
  • Paladin
    • Fixed an issue with Seals of Command where Seal of Righteousness could trigger too many procs when it hits multiple targets.

Blizzard has added a completely new category to the Great Vault in the War Within. Find out more about the updated requirements!
While we can't bring up the UI on the Alpha, based on datamining, we were able to figure out that the PvP row has been completely removed and replaced with a World row, as indicated by the new global strings for Build 54675.

New World Category
As you can see, you can complete delves or other world activities to unlock items in the new World row, which is cool for players who do not want to do Mythic+ or Raids.
To unlock items in the new row, you must complete 3/6/12 delves or world activities. World activities count as Tier 0, as you can see in the global string.
To increase the reward's item level, you must complete Delves at a higher tier. We have 9 tiers in total with the last two being only for bragging rights (awarding cosmetics).
Great Vault Requirements in the War Within
Here are the updated requirements for the weekly chest in the War Within.
Defeat 2/4/6 raid bosses to unlock slots 1-3. Dungeons
Complete 1/4/8 Heroic, Mythic, or Timewalking dungeons to unlock slots 1-3. World

MoP Remix introduces 29 new mounts for your collection. However, there are some additional very rare mounts from raids and world bosses with a drop chance of around 1%. Reins of the Cobalt Primordial Direhorn (1% drop from world boss Oondasta)

Blizzard have posted the launch notes for Cata Classic, coming this Monday! We have details on World Bosses, Heroic raid requirement and Chaos Orb changes from the original, as well as PvP item rewards and transmogs.
      Launch Notes (Source)
The Cataclysm Classic pre-patch is coming to an end with the launch of Cataclysm Classic on Monday, May 20 at 3:00 p.m. PDT, and we’d like to share some notes on aspects of the expansion that players will want to know.
      World Bosses
Poseidus, Mobus, Garr, Xariona, Akma’hat, and Julak-Doom will first begin spawning with the weekly reset the week of June 4. They’ll begin to appear alongside the Baradin Hold raid and its first boss, Argaloth.
Except Poseidus, who drops a mount, world bosses will drop item-level 346 pieces of unique gear alongside a recipe and a random iLvl 359 bind-on-equip epic. These bosses will eventually drop their item-level 359 unique gear when Zul’Gurub and Zul’Aman unlock.
      Chaos Orbs
In the Cataclysm Classic Beta, Chaos Orbs were Bind on Equip. They will be Bind on Pickup in Cataclysm Classic, just as they were in original Cataclysm.
      Heroic Raids
In original Cataclysm, access to attempt Heroic Raids required first completing them on Normal difficulty. This is not the case in Cataclysm Classic – you can go straight into Heroic raiding.
      PvP Availability and Rewards
In Cataclysm Classic PvP, the weekly caps for Valor and the seasonal cap for Conquest have been increased by roughly 60%. The rewards granted for certain activities have been adjusted:
The weekly cap for Valor is now 1600. The initial cap for Conquest Points is now 4000 and increases by 4000 every week throughout the season. The Random Cataclysm Heroic reward is 240 Valor Points. Please note: Valor will not be earnable between the launch of Cataclysm and the first weekly reset in each region. Conquest will become available starting with the second weekly reset on May 28, with the launch of the first Cataclysm PvP season.
In Cataclysm Classic, 2v2 and 5v5 will no longer be eligible brackets for earning Gladiator titles or rewards. In the 2v2 and 5v5 brackets, you will be able to earn non-Gladiator titles and Conquest.
      PvP Item Transmogs
Rather than utilize the Replica PvP Vendors that were originally added in patch 4.3.0, we’re changing all of the original WoW Classic (Era) PvP gear to be usable as transmog appearances.
All of these pieces of armor have been and will continue to be available from the Legacy Armor and Legacy Weapon Quartermasters in both the Champion’s Hall in Stormwind and the Hall of Legends in Orgrimmar.
