Burnice Burnice Burnice Burnice Burnice Burnice Go Go!

Hoyoverse has just released the latest character demo for Zenless Zone Zero, featuring none other than Burnice White, the fire-wielding anomaly agent who's quickly making a name for herself. The video, titled "A Burnice Special for the Brokenhearted," takes us on a whirlwind journey through Burnice's vibrant and dynamic personality, blending a touch of fire in true Zenless fashion.

The character demo opens with Burnice behind the counter, serving a bright and intense concoction of Nitro-Fuel to the customer. The scene captures Burnice's quirky humour and hints at her fiery nature—both literal and metaphorical. Quickly, though, the video shifts gears and viewers are treated to a montage of Burnice dancing her way through different areas in the outer ring. These scenes are packed with a sense of energy and liveliness, much like Burnice herself. Throughout these dance sequences, Burnice is often seen surrounded by several members of the Sons of Calydon.

If you're planning to add Burnice to your team in Zenless Zone Zero, now is the perfect time to check out her detailed character guide to optimize her build. Learn about the best ways to get the most out of her in combat by visiting our Burnice Guide.

The character demo "A Burnice Special for the Brokenhearted" is a must-watch for Zenless Zone Zero fans. It encapsulates the charm, dynamism, and power that make Burnice White such a captivating addition to the roster. Check out the full video and get ready to light things up with Burnice in your team!

Get your pulls ready. Miyabi is on her way!
Following previous speculation about her absence, it has now been confirmed that Hoshimi Miyabi will be playable in Zenless Zone Zero Patch 1.4. This news comes from the Flying Flames Telegram channel, providing players with the long-awaited confirmation they've been hoping for. Miyabi has been the focus of much anticipation, especially given her recent visual design changes that hinted at her upcoming release. With her confirmed inclusion, players can now look forward to experiencing her unique abilities in action, although we currently do not know how differently she plays since her initial involvement in the PTR.
In addition to this relieving news, it has also been confirmed by Seele that Hoshimi Miyabi is an Ice Anomaly agent.
This confirmation helps clarify her role within the game and adds another Ice DPS option for players to consider. Unlike Ellen Joe, who is a pure DPS, Miyabi's role as an Anomaly agent shows that she will not directly powercreep Ellen. That being said, the Anomaly meta in-game is currently the strongest and Miyabi only helps contribute towards that.

The latest leaks from the Zenless Zone Zero 1.4 beta have revealed some exciting new features for players. As shared by the Seele Leaks Telegram channel, these changes bring significant improvements to combat adding more depth and meta-defining changes.
The biggest change revealed so far is that all characters will now have their own Decibel Rating, instead of sharing a collective one. Decibel Ratings are used to determine how characters execute their ultimate abilities, gaining points during combat to unleash powerful attacks. This shift to individualized Decibel Ratings allows players to strategize more effectively, making ultimate usage more tailored to each character's role and performance in combat.

It is unknown exactly how this will play out currently and if characters will have changes to their ultimates to support this new system. We also do not know if the rate at which characters generate Decibel will be adjusted which could also be important. For example, Burnice in Jane Doe teams takes Ultimate to generate more Heat which could be impacted making it harder for Burnice to maintain Heat. On the other hand with no changes, those teams would simply be stronger by having both Jane and Burnice able to ult.
Another major update from this telegram post by Seele is that all characters will be able to explore in the world, this was expected after previous developer information but confirmation is always nice to see.

Want to maximize your Polychrome rewards in Patch 1.3? Here's everything you need to know to collect the most valuable resources and stay ahead of the game!
A detailed breakdown of potential rewards was shared by @palitogodd on twitter, giving players a clearer idea of what to expect from the upcoming patch in terms of pull resources. This estimation covers various events, quests, and gameplay challenges in Patch 1.3, providing insight into how players can maximize their Polychrome collection.
Placeholder for tweet 1851123074915094821 Notably the estimation shown in the image also provides estimations for the recently announced new gameplay modes; Simulated Battle Trials and The Mystery of Arpeggio Fault. Simulated Battle Trials is a new endgame mode where players progress to higher and higher floors while The Mystery of Arpeggio Fault is a new TV mode instead. The breakdown details the standard Polychrome sources too, including events, maintenance and dailies.

These rewards are only approximations and therefore subject to change.

Zenless Zone Zero players are starting to worry: it looks like Hoshimi Miyabi might not be coming in Patch 1.4 after all.
Yesterday, the official Zenless Zone Zero Twitter account revealed Asaba Harumasa, one of the new characters expected in the upcoming patch.
Placeholder for tweet 1852200180616982919 Normally, this would be followed by the reveal of the second banner character the next day, but instead, Hoyoverse has only showcased Yanagi's new W-Engine today. This lack of a second character announcement is making fans increasingly concerned that Miyabi will be absent from Patch 1.4.
This is especially surprising considering that Hoyoverse has recently been making visual design changes to Miyabi's in-game model as shown in a recent livestream.
It's common for Hoyoverse games to begin rerunning in their 1.4 patches. Honkai Star Rail introduced its first rerun in Patch 1.4 with Seele, and Genshin Impact featured exclusively rerun banners of popular characters Childe and Venti in its own version 1.4. This trend suggests that Zenless Zone Zero may be taking a similar approach, which could mean that a rerun banner is on the way instead of a second new character.
One popular theory circulating among the community is that Ellen Joe might be making her first return in Patch 1.4. If this is the case, it would fit the pattern of reruns seen in other Hoyoverse games. This also raises interesting possibilities for Patch 1.5—if Miyabi debuts then, players could see two Ice DPS characters releasing back-to-back, which might significantly impact team-building and powercreep.
Another idea spreading is simply that Miyabi will instead be announced at a later date, such as after the weekend or in the patch 1.4 livestream itself. Let us know your thoughts!
