[US-Boulderfist][H] Blood of the Scribe Seeking Raid Team Lead

<Blood of the Scribe> is a six-year Horde guild on Boulderfist-US. We're 6/7 N, 2/7 H in Highmaul, but we've lost our raid lead and are seeking a new one. 

 

You're a good fit if:

• You are a good leader and have either experience or the enthusiasm to learn to lead effectively.
  
• You're serious enough to lead, but nice enough to be respected and liked.
  
• You know classes/specs/abilities well, so you can manage raid cooldowns effectively.
  
• You're a stickler for the details.
  

 

You're an even better fit if:

• You know how to analyze raid logs effectively, so you can help individuals identify improvement areas.
  
• You have prior raid leading experience.
  
• You have past experience with <Blood of the Scribe>
  

 

Raid Times:

Tues/Thurs, 7:30 pm - 10:30 pm Boulderfist Server Time. Potential for flexibility on weekly days/times.
