Temple of Space Exploration

Temple of Space is one of the regions you can explore in Genshin Impact. This zone is accessible by interacting with the Anemo Archon Statue at the top of Windrest Peak, in the Abandoned Sanatorium!

The Temple of Space is a repository of fragments created by Asmoday, who rules over sky and space. Since the Traveler comes from beyond the stars, they might have some special privileges there.

The different areas of the Temple of Space are elevated landscapes from various civilizations of Teyvat, designed to preserve their respective cultures, such as:

  • Luyang Academy, based on ancient Liyue
  • The Desert Pavilion, based on Sumeru
  • The Mahavaipulya Chamber

Gameplay there will center around the idea of "space." In order to help you with that, you will meet a new friend, Dex, who will accompany you.

The temple is also guarded by special "Watchers," stationed there to guard the temple in Asmoday's absence. When the "rules" of this hallowed place are broken, the temple goes on high alert!

On this page, players can learn more about what exploring the Temple of Space has to offer, such as where to find special puzzles or other various chest and secrets.

Temple of Space's Memory Core

The Temple of Space does not have a Statue of Seven. You have access to the full map upon entering it and progressing through the World Quest series.

You can, however, upgrade the Memory Core found in the Pillar Hall Central Zone. The Memory Core acts similarly to the Statues of Seven, where you can exchange Memory Factors to upgrade the Memory Core. After reaching a new level, players can obtain valuable rewards such as Primogems.

Upon reaching Level 1, players will gain access to the Segment-Domain Treasure Compass, which can help players find new collectibles, treasure chests, and more. As you upgrade the Memory Core, the Treasure Compass will also increase in efficiency.

You can obtain Memory Factors by exploring, such as finding treasure chests and collecting Mnemonic Clusters in the Temple of Space. Each Mnemonic Cluster counts towards 3 Memory Factors.

The Temple of Space Region

Since Temple of Space is added later on, it is one of the only region in Mondstadt who will most likely not have any Anemoculus. However, you can find a variety of treasure chests, Time Trial challenges, puzzles, and more to explore! The Temple is composed of several key locations found on the map.
