3.1.

Stellar Glimmer Reaction

When any of playable characters with Stellar Linchpin is on the team and Cryo is swept along by Anemo, or entwined by Electro, the original Cryo Swirl/Superconduct reactions will be converted to Stellar Swirl/Stellar-Conduct reactions.

After the Traveler interacts with the Statue of the Seven in Snezhnaya, they will also gain the power of Cryo and the ability to trigger all Stellar Glimmer Reactions.

Stellar Glimmer

When Cryo comes into contact with Electro, a Starlight Prism will be created, briefly transforming the surrounding area into a Polestar Field to aid you in combat. Polestar Field will store elemental energy that is present on the field to provide party-wide buffs and reduce opponents' Physical RES.

Stellar Conduct

After Cryo and Anemo trigger the Stellar Swirl Reaction, a "Stellar Vortex" will be generated, and will automatically explode after a period of time, dealing additional AoE Cryo DMG. If you triggers the Stellar Swirl reactions multiple times in a short time, it will enhance the power of the vortex.
