Completely Skill Point Positive — she has no way of spending skill points at all.
Strong E1 and E2 are good for Vertical Investment and neither are mandatory for her kit to function.
Weaknesses
Requires Remembrance heavy teams to be most effective.
Noticeably worse performance without Hyacine.
