What is the Planar Fissure Event about?

Planar Fissure is a limited-time reward event. Whenever players obtain rewards from Simulated Universe or Divergent Universe, you will receive 100% more rewards instead. You only get a limited amount of double reward attempts, so use them wisely!

4.

How do You Participate in the Planar Fissure Event?

In order to participate in the Planar Fissure event, you need to unlock World 3 of Simulated Universe. To do so, complete the Trailblaze Mission: No Time for Me, My Friend in Jarilo-VI, and clear World 2 of Simulated Universe.

If you want to use Divergent Universe's Ornament Extraction feature instead, you need to complete the following:

  • Trailblaze Mission: No Time for Me, My Friend in Jarilo-VI
  • Adventure Mission: Good Stuff (Message from Himeko)
  • Simulated Universe: World 3

In addition, you will need one Divergent Universe save file from completing an Extrapolation run. This content can be experienced ahead of the story, using Finality's Vision.

Planar Ornament Challenges in the Interastral Peace Guide

To get started, teleport using any of the following methods:

  • Simulated Universe at Herta Space Station
  • Divergent Universe at Penacony
  • Ornament Extraction in Interastral Peace Guide's Survival Index
  • Simulated Universe menu in the Interastral Peace Guide

Each game mode will feature two planary ornament sets to obtain from each world. If you are completing the event using Simulated Universe, you will have to progress through Domains to access the Immersifiers. If you are completing the event through Divergent Universe, you can immediately begin a combat challenge once you have a save file available.

5.

What are the Planar Fissure Rewards?

During the event, you can earn double of the Planar Ornament Extraction rewards, up to twelve (12) reward opportunities. The Relic can be any Planar Sphere or Link Rope piece, but it can only be one of the two Relic sets available in the Ornament Extraction world.

For each double reward opportunity, you also get a bonus of Credits and/or Trailblaze EXP (if you have not yet reached the maximum Trailblaze Level). Each opportunity costs 40 Trailblaze Power.

The double reward count will not reset during the event. As such, once the event period is over, you can no longer obtain double the rewards from Ornament Extraction challenges. Be sure to schedule your time and Trailblaze Power accordingly!

How to Obtain Planar Ornaments

If you have never completed a Planar Ornament challenge before, you basically fight a Boss Enemy in exchange for Planar Ornament set rewards. The reward you get is based on which world you choose. There are also additional worlds available in Divergent Universe.

You will have the chance to configure your team before starting the game modes. Depending on which game mode challenge you choose, the game will recommend Combat Types for you to use. These Combat Types are usually commonly shared across enemies, so it is highly recommended to use characters with these Combat Types.

Simulated Universe Divergent Universe

Simulated Universe in Interastral Peace Guide

Players can access the Simulated Universe through either teleporting to Herta Space Station or the Interastral Peace Guide menu.

Selecting a World in Simulated Universe

Once you have selected a world to explore, proceed through the various Domains until you reach a Domain - Elite or Domain - Boss. You must defeat the Elite Enemy or Boss Enemy to access the Immersion Reward machine.

Obtaining Immersion Rewards in Simulated Universe

Once you can access the machine, you can use either 40 Trailblaze Power or an Immersifier to extract Planar Ornaments each time. Elite Enemy Domains can only extract once per Domain, while Boss Enemy Domains can extract twice per run.

If all of your characters are defeated in Simulated Universe, or if you finalize your run early, your progress gets disbanded and you retain any obtained rewards and weekly Simulated Universe points.

Ornament Extraction in Survival Index

Players can access the Ornament Extraction feature through either teleporting to Divergent Universe in Penacony, or Survival Index in the Interastral Peace Guide. Through the Survival Index, you can review the different worlds, set the challenge difficulty, and easily prioritize the sets for your Build Target (if available).

Planar Ornament Extraction Challenge Menu

If you are accessing it through Divergent Universe normally, you can enter Planar Ornament Extraction in the bottom-left corner of the screen after hitting the Start Game button.

Preparing for an Ornament Extraction Challenge

You can use Support Characters while completing Ornament Extraction challenges for Divergent Universe. When accepting a challenge, you need either 40 Trailblaze Power or an Immersifier to obtain the Planar Ornament rewards.

Once you complete the challenge, you will receive your Planar Ornament rewards.

If all of your characters have been defeated in Divergent Universe, you will get the opportunity to try again. If you succeed, you will have the opportunity to start a new challenge using 40 Trailblaze Power or an Immersifier again. If you have no Immersifiers, the game will default to Trailblaze Power instead.

Please Note: The available difficulties are subsequently unlocked as you upgrade your Equilibrium Level. To learn more on how to increase your Equilibrium Level, see our guide below:
