Drak'Tharon Keep Dungeon Guide

Before heading into Drak'Tharon Keep, we advise you to get all the dungeon quests related to it. To make this process easier, we have written a separate guide for the quests and their chains.

Drak'Tharon Keep is found in the North Western corner of Grizzly Hills with a summoning stone directly outside of the entrance portal.

Here we will give you a full rundown of what you can expect from each of the bosses found here on both Normal and Heroic difficulties as well as the items they drop.

Avoid standing near any corpses in the area as Corpse Explode will explode them and deal high damage to players nearby. This fight is simply a DPS race before the Consume stacks become too high; burn the boss down quickly.

This fight starts off with Arcane Field covering Novos the Summoner, preventing him from being damaged and dealing high damage to nearby enemies. This barrier will fall after 4 Crystal Handlers have been defeated. Keep the adds under control until the boss himself becomes active. Move out of the Blizzard and deal with any Rotted Troll Corpses summoned during the encounter.

Before starting this fight, be sure to clear as many raptors as you can in the area as King Dred will shout for help, alerting any nearby raptors to help him. Use any abilities possible to remove or prevent the Bellowing Roar, or be sure to stand far away from other mobs so you do not get feared into them. Finally, be sure to keep the tank topped up at all times as this boss deals very high tank damage.

This fight will alternate between two different phases. In Phase Two, players will be transformed into skeletons will unique abilities. Use the abilities appropriate to your role and survive this phase until you get returned to your normal body.
