Neutral Quests
This short quest chain is entirely available in Dalaran City. Grab the first
quest before heading over to Violet Hold. This quest grants you
The Violet Hold Key, allowing entrance into the Violet Hold dungeon, as
well as the main dungeon quest to kill Cyanigosa.

This quest is available in Dalaran City, just outside of Violet Hold.
