Alliance Quests
The first quest is obtained in Dalaran City and leads you to the dungeon. Turn it in to Lady Jaina Proudmoore inside the dungeon to get the second quest.
Horde Quests
The first quest is obtained in Dalaran City and leads you to the dungeon. Turn it in to Lady Sylvanas Windrunner inside the dungeon to get the second quest.
