Utgarde Keep Dungeon Guide

Before heading into Utgarde Keep, we advise you to get all the dungeon quests related to it. To make this process easier, we have written a separate guide for the quests and their chains.

Utgarde Keep can be found on the bottom floor of the building, with a summoning stone right next to the entrance.

Here we will give you a full rundown of what you can expect from each of the bosses found here on both Normal and Heroic difficulties as well as the items they drop.

• Frost Tomb

• Decrepify

Prince Keleseth's Frost Tombs target a random ally, trapping them in a block of ice, dealing Frost damage to them every second. You can target the Frost Tomb and damage it to break your ally free. Quickly deal with the Vrykul Skeletons that appear periodically throughout the fight as they have little health and die easily. The skeletons will respawn shortly after dying, requiring you to deal with them multiple times throughout the fight.

• Dalronn the Controller

Skarvald the Constructor will Charge random enemies during the fight, dealing high Physical damage to them and stunning them briefly. He will also periodically use Stone Strike, knocking back an enemy and dealing moderate damage to them. Dalronn the Controller is a caster mob, constantly casting Shadow Bolts.

When either mob dies, they will revive as a ghost, continuing to fight and deal damage. This makes it ideal to kill both of these bosses at a similar time, so try and make sure you split your damage between the two bosses evenly.

Keep Ingvar faced away from the group to avoid his multiple frontal attacks from hitting the party. Tanking Ingvar near a pillar makes it much easier to line-of-sight his Smash and Dark Smash attacks much more easily. Make sure to quickly move away from any Shadow Axes that spawn during the fight as these will deal high damage to nearby players.
