Strategy for Thaddius

Begin this encounter by splitting your raid into two equal groups with an even distribution of tanks, healers, and DPS, as both Feugen and Stalagg need to be defeated within a short time period of each other to prevent their revival. While split, you will be fighting your designated miniboss and watching the health totals of both to make sure you are fighting at the same pace. Upon defeating these two, carefully jump from their platforms onto Thaddius's.

Once Thaddius has become active, he will quickly cast a Polarity Shift IconPolarity Shift. At this time, your raid needs to quickly reach the designated stack points for Negative Charge IconNegative Charge and Positive Charge IconPositive Charge (generally labelled as "left" and "right"). If someone with the wrong charge is present...you will know when your raid quickly wipes from the resulting damage taken. Stay calm, and watch out for Thaddius shifting your polarity to the opposite debuff over the course of this part of the encounter.
