[US -Sen'Jin] [A] <Phantom>9/10H: Mythic and Heroic Recruiting

We're a fun casual raiding guild with 2 teams: West coast team (9/10H) raids Wednesday and Monday 11:30PM -2:30AM EST and East Coast (6/10H) team raids Thursday and Sunday 6:45PM-9:45PM. West coast team is looking for 2 strong healers: preferably a druid and a Monk; but all classes welcome. Also looking for 3 rdps preferably boomkins (highest priority), mages, and/or locks (Though any rdps besides hunters are welcome). East coast team looking for 3 healers, 2 mdps of any class, and 3 rdps of any class. 

A good bit of the guild has raided together for many years, some as far back as BC. A lot of us are RL friends, and meet when we travel etc. We're older, but not ageist. Our guild culture is very important. We're all about fun while progressing. We only raid 2 nights a week for 3 hours each night. As such not really interested in flakes or hot heads regardless of ability.

      <Sodium Rising> is an alliance raiding guild on Stormrage (US). We are recruiting for Nighthold progression.
      Who we are: Raiders from Vanilla and top 40 US raiding experience through current content looking to challenge ourselves with progression and achievements. Our goal is to down all current content on heroic and experience mythic modes before subsequent nerfs, while maintaining a two night a week schedule.
      What we offer: Experienced, stable leadership with years of raiding experience. Free repairs. We have implemented a Master Crafter system. Raiders are required to donate 30 bloods or materials weekly to supply the bank with flasks, potions or food. If you are unable to do so, you may supply your own raiding materials.
      Loot is RCLootCouncil. Discord for communication. Off-night mythics, Karazhan and PVP is strongly encouraged.
      Raid Times: Friday, Saturday 8:30pm EST - 11:30pm EST
      What we expect: Individuals will come prepared for raids, gemmed & enchanted, having read up on strategies, and contributed to their gearing with mythics and world quests outside of normal raid times. Raiders will run the appropriate addons to assist with raiding such as DBM/Skada/Recount. Racism, sexism, and drama will not be tolerated in any form.
      Raiders should know their class, or where to find the appropriate information. Additionally, they should be open to give as well as receive constructive, positive feedback in an adult raiding environment.

      New Order Hall pets and toys are coming. They all cost 10,000 Order Resources and have some gating behind them.
      It's early to say whether Blizzard plans to add pets to every class. For now, Death Knights get three pets that match their specs, Monks get a pet that matches their class mount and Demon Hunters get a DH Pepe toy.

      A Tiny Set of Warglaives (Pepe) can be purchased from Falara Nightsong in the Demon Hunter hub for 10,000 Order Resources. Champion's Salute is awarded when completing the Order Hall continuation from the Broken Shore. Duration: 5 mins, but you must stand still. Otherwise, the effect will be interrupted.

      Welcome to <Raiders on the Storm> 7/7 M, 3/3 H, 10/10 H! We are a crazy humorous hell-of-a-ride multicultural and semi-hardcore guild always looking for mad players like you to join our jaunty little but ever-growing family of friends.
      Our motto, as Jack Kerouac said is:
      “[…] the only people for me are the mad ones, the ones who are mad to live, mad to talk, mad to be saved, desirous of everything at the same time, the ones who never yawn or say a commonplace thing, but burn, burn, burn like fabulous yellow roman candles exploding like spiders across the stars and in the middle you see the blue centerlight pop and everybody goes “Awww!”
      We are currently looking for nutheads to build our roster to start progressing on Nighthold Mythic. You should have a minimum ilvl of 890 equipped and at least 45 traits. We have a strong preference for tanks and healers but all classes are considered. Socials are of course accepted.
      Raid Schedule
      We raid Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays from 19:00 CET to 22:00 CET.
      NH Raid Loot System
      The loot system will be based on credits, sort of like a bank account. You will start off the week with 100 credits (this is your weekly salary) and the items that drop from the bosses will be auctioned during the raid. Items dropped from Nighthold Normal, Heroic and Mythic difficulties will have a minimum bid price of 10, 20 and 30 credits respectively. Your accounts will be kept in an Excel sheet to be managed by the GM. For every raid you attend you will earn 25 extra credits to be handed out in the following Wednesday, up to a maximum cap of 200 credits.

      For those wishing to raid Nighthold HC and MY with the guild, you must be willing to submit yourself to a 5-10 minutes interview with either the Guild Master, the Guild Bank Manager or one of the officers. This is so that you get to know us and we get to know you.
