The fifth and final wing of Blackrock Mountain released today in Hearthstone. The Hidden Laboratory features four encounters themed after the Blackwing Descent raid instance in World of Warcraft, including your final battle with Nefarian after he fled from your last engagement.

Blizzard's blog post is included below:

You’ve shattered Blackrock Spire, and laid Blackwing Lair low. Nefarian has retreated to his inner sanctum to plot revenge. Don’t let up! The time has come to corner Blackwing and face the mad horrors he’s created in the fifth wing of Blackrock Mountain—the Hidden Laboratory!

A new wing of Blackrock Mountain unlocked each week for players to experience. The wings of Blackrock Mountain unlocked in the following order, and have finally culminated in a triumphant descent into the Hidden Laboratory:

The Hidden Laboratory is now live in the following regions:

Americas

The Hidden Laboratory festers deep within Blackrock Mountain. It is Nefarian’s inner sanctum, and its chambers full of strange equipment and the best (worst?) of his mad experiments. Harden your heart against the horrors lurking within and watch your step, because who knows when the last time the floor was mopped? Blech.

Omnotron Defense System

The Omnotron Defense System was once a plaything of the Dark Iron dwarves left forgotten in Blackrock’s depths. Nefarian has taken to tinkering with them, and he’s adjusted his pet project’s “Murder” setting to 11. Deactivate the Defense system to plug two copies of the Volcanic Drake card into your collection!

Maloriak

Poor Maloriak. Turns out that Nefarian’s attempt to fuse the power of a dragonkin with the brilliant mind of an alchemist resulted in a stupid, incompetent, and disappointing minion. Despite his deficiencies (by admittedly unrealistic dragon standards), Maloriak’s crazed alchemical concoctions make him a most noxious foe. Mop up his vile swill to secure two copies of the Blackwing Corrupter card.

Atramedes

More mad experiments? It’s the Hidden Laboratory, so we don’t know what you were expecting, but yes. Atramedes was once a hapless Black Dragonwhelp, and Nefarian had him blinded with a toxic salve in a failed bid to give the dragon super-sight. Don’t feel too bad though, because he’s still superevil. See Atramedes into the grave to add two Drakonid Crusher cards to your Collection.

Nefarian

Nefarian, AKA Blackwing, AKA Lord Victor Nefarius, son of Deathwing and interim leader of the black dragonflight--need we say more? Cruel, plotting, evil, and snarky, this draconic menace is a true threat to all the mortal races of Azeroth. You’ve already beaten him once, but now he’s back bigger and badder (though a bit un-deader) than before. If you can overcome his sorcerous might one more time, you’ll earn the allegiance of two Dragonkin Sorcerer cards.

Overcome Nefarian and ALL of his friends/victims in the Hidden Laboratory to bend the mighty black dragon to your will, and add the Legendary Nefarian card to your collection!

The final Class Challenges will also become available to players who have defeated all of The Hidden Laboratory’s bosses on Normal difficulty. Class Challenges feature pre-built decks, and will put your skills with those specific classes to the test! The Lab has a challenge in store for Paladins. Paladins for whom Justice brings victory will earn two copies of the Solemn Vigil card.

For those of you looking for a more intense challenge, The Hidden Laboratory’s Heroic Mode becomes available after you’ve defeated all of the Lab’s bosses on Normal difficulty! Heroic bosses are significantly more difficult than their normal versions, so you might have to tailor a deck to achieve victory.

Experience the height of fun by following Blackwing’s descent to The Hidden Laboratory in Blackrock Mountain: A Hearthstone Adventure today!

This week features six powerful new cards, including FOUR Dragon-type minions!

Today's Hearthside Chat shed some light on Puzzle Labs, the new single player content for The Boomsday Project releasing on August 21st. We already knew that Lethal, Mirror, Board Clear, and Survival were going to be the 4 puzzle types, but developers Giovanni Scarpati and Max Ma helped reveal the Puzzle Lab menus and UI, as well as some of the backstory on how Puzlle Labs came to be. Watch the video below to get a sneak peek of Puzzle Labs in action:

The latest Hearthstone community contribution allows you to train the skills needed to master Combo Priest: quick thinking, fast mouse movements, strategic decisions and on-the-spot calculations. What's more to ask?!
Combo or OTK or APM Priest is a reiteration of Combo and Vivid Nightmare Priest that was born with The Boomsday Project thanks to two cards: Topsy Turvy and Test Subject. Dog is credited as the creator and true master of the deck:
Many have subsequently tried and failed to pilot the deck, which can require almost 100 moves during the 75 seconds of a single turn. Pro players like Trump and Thijs have hilariously failed, while others like Disguised Toast and Kolento kept trying until they got the hang of it.
Right now, you might be dreading that you don't have the IQ to play this deck. Fear no more: everything can be practiced and Patashu has made the tool for it! Combo Priest Simulator allows you to practice the OTK combo on your browser, while also timing you. You can change the parameters of the starting gamestate, too.
In all seriousness, the deck's winrate is below average and it's honestly too much trouble for too little gain. Then again, slamming your opponent's face for 100+ damage is quite satisfactory. It would be awesome if someone was brave enough to bring this deck at a tournament: it would be the casters' nightmare!
Apart from Combo Priest Simulator, we have a guide for Topsy Turvy OTK Priest here on Icy Veins; the guide breaks down the necessary steps of the combo in a useful priority list. Alternatively, you can listen to Aleco trying to explain how the deck works to Patrick (and actually succeeding) in the latest Icy Veins Podcast!
