Both of these builds are not that great.  They do nothing to increase Muradin's longevity and instead focus on damage.  This might be perfect for Grand Master, but are horrible for Bronze/Silver

What do you mean by 'nothing to increase Muradin's longevity'? Thunder Burn + Healing Static and Avatar + Stoneform provide all the survivability and sustain you need. The only things you can take to get more sustain/survivability are Block/Third Wind at Lv 1 and Hardened Shield at Lv 20.

Muradin is one of my main hero that helps me to climb from Bronze 5 to where I am currently (Silver 2). The 'Neutral build' is what I usually go for, except I favor Third Wind and Rewind in most of my games. Give'em the Axe usually gives you all the damage you need. Third Wind allows me to play more aggressively, jump out when getting low and then jump back with full health without relying on healer. And Rewind is just insane for any CC tank in general.

I do think that the 'Dwarf Toss build' is dead now after the Heavy Impact nerf.

I wish yours guide put more reasons why you take x or x.  For exsample for healing static, you don't really mention why Bronzebeard Rage is taken more often over Healing static.

In my opinion, I really feel like this is Muradin's best build: T3221324.

In case you don't know, Muradin is currently the only hero who can slow someone's attack speed up to the maximum value- which is 75%. He can only achieve this value through "Imposing Presence" at level 16. I like this talent, because he's only really weak against sustained percentage damage sources which are "Giant Killer"- this talent negates that weakness to certain extent while providing counter to auto-attackers overall. Aside from that, I feel like his meta has shifted a bit, as it was in the past. Currently, I believe that Muradin best role is as the main tank, in double tank compositions, where your backline is important. Such backliners are: Sgt. Hammer, Lt. Morales, Valla and Auriel. Muradin is an flexible hero who has synergy with many due to his nature of how he can play with his team, it comes to mind his personal strengths. Talking about these strenghts, consider Muradin's DPS, being very high for being classified as an tank. Muradin enters new power level once his baseline is completed. His Storm Bolt cooldown can be reduced by up to 53%, if he is constantly Basic Attacking. He is even better when he gets attack speed buffs. Lt. Morales's Stim Drone can essentially reduce the cooldown of Storm Bolt by 66%, and due to the 1 second stun duration, it can allow for nearly 75% uptime on the Storm Bolt, which is very high. His disrupting capabilities are even higher when paired heroes who offer even more crowd-control. Crowd-control heavy tank like E.T.C or Mal'ganis makes for really disrupted fights. I feel like he should have the role of being able to fight in-and-out, while countering some auto-attackers, while needing some extra single target damage and crowd-control. All of Muradin's strengths combined, allows him to play very adaptive to his team. He can play very aggressive when paired with dive heroes like Kerrigan or Tyrael, and also very defensively when paired with heroes like Lt. Morales and Sgt. Hammer. Overall, I think he is rather underutilized. His has everything he needs to shift his playstyle.

Heroes Developer Blizz_DWarner wrote a personal post on Reddit, thanking the community for the amazing time they've had designing the game over the 8 or so years.
      Hi everyone!
Just wanted to pop in and give a proper personal thank you and goodbye to all the lovelies that have kept the community alive and thriving over the years.
I’m gonna get mushy for a bit, but I feel I can’t even begin to express how much this game and its community means to me. Anyone who has worked on any artistic or creative endeavor knows that some portion of ‘you’ goes into your work and becomes inextricably written into your soul. It's painful to look back and see those freshly separated fragments of 'you' suspended in time, but that's life eh?
I started on this project some 8 or so years ago as an assistant technical designer, originally tasked with simple data implementations of the first sets of maps and heroes. Since then, I’ve touched probably every map, dozens of reworks, several core hero designs and of course several thousand bugs. This work was not spawned out of some special DWarner pocket dimension though, it occurred here, in the real (digital) world, with my hundreds of (very talented and handsome) coworkers and most importantly, you.
Despite what community consensus might state, designers are usually present in forum discussions, watching popular streams (special shoutout to FollowGrubby, CCL, and the crew of Into The Nexus) and of course sharing dank memes. All of your participation and energy helped us trudge through our difficult days (it’s still a job after all), guide our decision making, and just generally help us feel like we’re part of something more than just data fields and debug maps. We couldn’t have done it without you, so thanks, really.
If you made it this far, raise a glass of whatever and say cheers to all! Cheers to the passionate, cheers to the haters, cheers to the memers, cheers to the contrarians! Cheers to the goof leaguers, wood leaguers and the most sparkling diamonds! Cheers to the quickmatchers, cheers to the Vs AI’rs, cheers to the ppl that play every night, or only twice a year! Cheers to Spazzo and Notbelial and all the lurkers too! Cheers to CCL, the 323r’s, the 6.5r’s! Cheers to the whole damn lot of you ❤️
      Steaming hot regards,
      P.S. I'll see you all in Diablo 4 ?
