The Guild:

In Progress is a semi-hardcore raiding guild on Kazzak Horde. The guild is progress oriented with a very tight community and strong core. We raid under a mature and focused raid environment while promoting an enjoyable social atmosphere. Our roster consists of skilled players with strong raiding experience who no longer have the time to raid quite daily.

Progression:

11/13 Hellfire Citadel Mythic

10/10 Blackrock Foundry Mythic

7/7 Highmaul Mythic

Raid Times:

Wednesday: 19:00 - 23:00

Sunday: 19:00 - 23:00

Tuesday: 19:00 - 23:00

Recruiting

-Ranged DPS of all classes, especially Mage.

-Death Knight (DD).

-Resto druid.

As we’re tackling on the two last baddies of the tier, we’re eagerly recruiting players to finish the tier and to secure their raidspots for Legion. We have full intention and confidence to climb the ranks and realise the core’s potential in the upcoming expansion. Currently recruiting exceptional players of any class in addition to the above, we can make just about anything work as long as we see that you are the kind of player worth investing in.

The Guild Philosophy (what you can expect):

Above all In Progress seeks to foster an environment in which highly skilled players may thrive and improve further. After each raid, be it farm or progress, logs are scrutinised by both officer and raider alike and we seek to improve with every consecutive raid.

•The atmosphere and raiders of the guild are mature and the raiding environment is competitive. We have high expectations of every raider to analyse and improve upon own mistakes and our competitive raiders foster an environment in which everyone seeks improve and min-max.

•We absolutely do not tolerate drama of any kind. Any sort of drama is dealt with immediately and harshly, and toxic players are rapidly removed from the roster. Furthermore, we do not condone the spewing of mindless and condescending name-calling. When we offer criticism, it is solely constructive.

•You can absolutely expect to have a lot of enjoyment during raids as TS is filled with jokes both during and outside of raids. Many members of the guild play other games together outside of raiding and TS is active daily. Our community is tight and our members are sociable. We have a lot of fun in this guild and we have a chilled atmosphere both during and outside of raids.

•Loot: loot is distributed via a loot council. Consistent attendance and high performance is awarded with loot, and we invest in the players that will help us progress the most. We go with the philosophy that loot is a tool, not a reward.

What we expect of you as an applicant:

•Attitude: above all we’re looking for mature and sociable highly skilled players. Egocentric attitudes in regards to raiding is not condoned and we do not tolerate ‘loot-whoring’, trash-talking, or mindless padding at expense of progress. When you apply to us, your logs will be scrutinised from top to bottom and we always see who is useful. Ranks are good, but they are far from everything.

•Attendance: you’re expected to keep at least 95% attendance, and your attendance is tracked. Being a reliable and consistent raider is key. We have a sign-up system implemented where you are required to sign for raids via in-game calendar. Signing up and not showing up is unacceptable.

•Dependability: In addition to attendance, reliability suggests a computer that is able to support 20-man raiding and an extremely stable internet connection. High latency, random disconnects, computer failure, etc. is not tolerated unless under truly extraneous circumstances. This further implies no AFKs mid-raid outside of our 15-minute break. We raid to progress, not to wait for one player to fix his internet or to finish cooking dinner. Applicants to In Progress are expected to have their real life sorted. Lack of attendance is only tolerated under truly extraneous circumstances.

•You as a player: it goes without saying that you’re expected to know your class inside and out, and that you are able to play all relevant specs extremely well and you know how to min-max on each and every encounter we engage. You show up to each raid fully optimised in terms of gear, enchants, flasks, foods, potions (one of our officers checks each and every fight log to see who uses shieldotronics), et cetera. We expect you to handle being benched, as on certain fights classes perform poorly and sometimes we need to prioritise gear for other raiders.

•Criticism: It is extremely important that you are able to constructively handle criticism. If you make a mistake and do not immediately admit it is your fault, you will be called out on it. We expect all our raiders to immediately claim blame for their own mistakes, otherwise strategies and progress are fatally compromised at the expense of personal ego and errors. Criticism is handled maturely in this guild and improved upon, and we encourage all raiders regardless of rank to offer their input and constructive criticism where appropriate.

•Communication: you are expected to communicate proficiently in English. Being vocal on TS is a huge plus. This does not mean you have to blabber your head off, but being able to say ‘ads loose’ on TS can make or break a pull.

When applying, remember that your application is our first impression of you as a player and as a person. Applications made without any effort are instantly declined. Applications without logs are almost never considered.

If you have any questions, whisper any officer online or add Ben#23201 or Kittycatus#2509.

In Progress thanks you for considering us as your new home and we wish you the best of luck in all endeavours. We look forward to reading your application!

      Current progression:
      -Tomb of Sargeras 7/9H
      -The Nighthold 1/10M, 10/10H
      -The Emerald Nightmare 3/7M
      -Trial of Valor 3/3H
Current Recruitment can be found at : http://critexp.enjin.com/recruitment
-note: We will consider all good applications
      -socials are welcome to join.
Critical Experiment is based on the Horde side of Draenor - est 2007. We are a late night raiding guild. We are looking for mature players with good knowledge of their class and role within a raid environment.
We raid after the usual hours (22.30-01.00 server time sometimes to 01:30) 2+1 days per week (Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday as a progress night). We are mature players who have other commitments at 'normal' raid times, so we take the opportunity to get together and play at a later hour.
What you can expect to get from us?
      * We aim to clear all content atleast on Heroic difficulty. When we can, on top of that we try getting some Mythic kills too.
      * A relaxed but firm raiding atmosphere.
      * A group of skilled raiders who enjoy seeking progression in PvE raiding.
      * A friendly home. Our members are sociable players and enjoy raiding old content, doing challenge mode, achievement runs and alts runs wherever possible. As such, a raiders friends/family are welcome in CE
      * A semi-hardcore raiding guild whose aim is to use our limited hours in the best way that we can, maintaining progress with a decent atmosphere.
      * We provide all "raiders" with free repairs from the Guild Bank 24/7. Members can also make use of the extensive mats available in the Guild Bank, all of which are provided for raiding.
What do we expect from you if you raid with us?
      * Maturity in both age and attitude towards your fellow team mates (Don’t bother applying if you’re under the age of 17, we will most likely decline,)
      * A solid internet connection and a solid gaming rig to raid on (You’re useless to us if your connection drops out every encounter or your system cannot handle the FPS)
      * A high level of skill and sensible raiding. Know your role, class and the encounters.
      * Punctuality - Showing up for raids in good time and being well prepared with flasks, food buffs, etc (though supplied by gb better be safe then sorry).
      * Be active on the Guild forums. Engage in tactics discussion and socialise with the Guild.
      * Able to attend minimum 2/3 of raids scheduled raids per week (If not, we will remove your raider status or fail your trial if accepted to CE; progress night attendance is really important for the core)
      * You’re able to take constructive criticism during raids and subsequently able to use that criticism to improve your level of skill, and play.
      * We expect all members to be able to connect to "Discord". Mic is optional.
For questions, feel free to contact one of the current Officers of Crit exp in game or on our forums (Where you can also apply to Critical Experiment)

HELLO! We're a Horde guild on the linked realms Skullcrusher, Gul'dan and Black Dragonflight - I like to call it Dan Blackskull - sounds like a bad D&D character name.   We're looking for a holy paladin, and a warlock to take over a main raid spot. But, your experience and that you make us laugh matters to us more than the class.
We raid 7pm to 11pm EST Monday and Sunday. We do Mythic, so this would involve a transfer. Sorry, we can't cross realm current mythic content.  Not my rule, talk to Blizzard.   If you choose to join us, be prepared for stupid jokes, too many puns, and steady progress.   We expect you to:
       • Don't bring the drama, don't be a douche.
       • Improve your own play with each attempt. We want another guild member, not a carry.
       • Be there. We raid 8 times in a month - that's it. If you can only make every Sunday, you're missing 1/2 the raids.

In return you can expect us to:
       • Work with you to try and improve
       • Not go psycho at you when you make a mistake (we might laugh)
       • Respect your time. We do not go late, I do not add days.

Ideally you'd be around 915 item level (my alt is 914 and only pugs normal. You can do it.) Being short isn't a deal breaker, but someone running at 880 is going to have a hard time making up the dps, heals, survivability (is that a word? who cares! it is now,) that is needed to justify a spot. If you're looking for someone to carry you through the raid and just soak up gear, we wish you luck elsewhere.   Comms: We use Discord for voice chat.   Loot: We roll for loot and distribute it through RCLootCouncil. Trials are permitted to roll on loot, but can only win if no one needs the loot for Main spec, the spec they are playing in the raid. Should we accept you and you join, then the trial period is over, and you have full rights to loot.   If interested, contact Tthrack#1350 (guild leader), anyone in Questionable Morality on Skullcrusher or drop a an app in on our Website QuestionableMorality.com.
      Thank you!

Oi, mates! Let me just briefly introduce me and this guild. My name is Beautymen and I have been playing ever since WoTLK. During this great expansion I was heavily involved into raiding on Quel'Thalas. Ever since I left these days behind the sensation of raiding and progressing has been tickling my sensitive parts. Therefore, when Legion launched I came back to play with my mate Kraishan and we founded Mythic Busters.

      What is Mythic Busters?
Our guild, Mythic Busters, is a friendly bunch of people from all around the world who are looking to get into raiding. Especially, when you have been gone from the game for some time, you might have lost your raiding mojo and find it hard to be re-introduced.
This guild offers you the chance to start raiding again in Legion through a fun and relaxed way. No hard requirements, just fair and square play. We have several divisions within the guild to cater to different players. For instance, we run Mythic+ to gear up new players and currently we are building progress and farm runs through the newest raids.

What makes raiding different with you guys?
Good question, me. Well, if I might be so egocentric as to say that first of all: I believe we have created a great atmosphere within our guild. I, as a raid leader, try to entertain the raid group on Discord by keeping our nights social and fun.

Sounds great. When do you raid?
Right now we raid on Wednesdays and Sundays from 7:30PM (invites) till about 11:00PM server time. These raids are currently focused on ToS HC progression. On Fridays we also run a normal mode farm for alts/lowerer geared members.

Awesome. Who are you looking for?
We accept any and every social player who is either experienced or new to raiding. Just be a chill or dude or dudewoman! And of course, ready slash willing to learn.

You sold me at dudewoman! How do I join?
Feel free to respond underneath this post or whisper me ingame (Beautymen-QuelThalas or Beautyman#2868).
