Guild Rules

These rules apply to all guild hosted raid or dungeon groups unless otherwise stated by the group leader and should be used as ‘best practice’ when participating in pug activities. Any non-compliance with these rules and the leader of the group has the right to replace you on a temporary or permanent basis without warning. Consider this as your warning. The use of Ventrillo is a must and expected unless the group leader says it is not necessary. If you don’t feel comfortable talking on vent, that is fine, but you must be able to hear and understand the group leader. The use of DBM or some other boss mod such as BigWigs is mandatory. You are expected to participate on your main character unless the event is a specified alt run or the group leader has asked you to use an alt in the group.Do not speak on vent during fights (unless you are responsible for calling something out) or while tactics are being discussed / explained by the group leader. Save comments or jokes till after the group has wiped or the fight is over. DO NOT tell other players how to play their class. This only causes arguments. If you feel someone is doing something wrong or could improve, whisper the group leader Setup addons before the raid starts. Do not wait until you are in the instance to play with addons. Be online 20 minutes before the event starts. This gives the leader time to find replacements before the scheduled start time. Try and be online earlier just to rule out issues with delayed logins which may prevent you from being online on time. If you are not on 15 minutes before the scheduled start time, the group leader has every right to replace you. If you are replaced for any reason, the player who replaced you has the right to finish out the week in your spot.Any advertising for a place new guild will result in an instant /gkick. We will not help you gear up while you look for another guild. Attendance If you are a regular Raid team member, we expect 95% attendance for your regular organised event. Should you not be able to make an organised event which you have signed up for, prior notice of at least 2 hour must be given to your group leader or 3 hours if given an officer or via the guild website to allow a replacement to be found in time to prevent your attendance record being tarnished. 2) While we accept real life is more important than the wonderful game known as the "World of Warcraft" and we encourage member to prioritise real life over the game, being unable to attend on certain nights regularly will result in being demoted to the 'Backup" rank Raid/Group rules These rules apply to all guild hosted raid or dungeon groups unless otherwise stated by the group leader and should be used as ‘best practice’ when participating in pug activities. Any non-compliance with these rules and the leader of the group has the right to replace you on a temporary or permanent basis without warning. We will not help you gear up while you look for another guild. Guild Chat / Vent We are a mature guild so please expect a certain level of adult content in guild chat and on Ventrillo. If something is said in guild chat or vent that offends you in any way, please be mature and state that you do not like the tone / content of the discussion or if you are uncomfortable in doing so, ask an officer to say something. We are all mature people so saying something politely should be enough to steer the conversation in another direction. If you are participating in a conversation which someone has raised and objection and you want to continue the conversation as it is, please move it to a private vent channel or chat room. To make sure things run smoothly, here are a few rules. 1) Be respectful of others. Not everyone shares your views, nor should they have to. If you think what you’re about to say could cause some drama, don’t say it. 2) It is your responsibility to make others understand what you are trying to say. It is not the responsibility of others to understand you. E.g. "That is not what I meant" is not an excuse. 3) Racism, Sexism, Homophobic comments or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. First offence will receive a warning and possible demotion, repeat offence or extreme cases will receive an immediate gkick 4) Use the appropriate room/ channel on vent for your activity. E.g. Do not host a raid while using the lobby or private chat rooms. Likewise, do not hold a private chat in a raid room.

      -The Emerald Nightmare 3/7M
      -Trial of Valor 3/3H
Current Recruitment can be found at : http://critexp.enjin.com/recruitment
-note: We will consider all good applications
      -socials are welcome to join.
Critical Experiment is based on the Horde side of Draenor - est 2007. We are a late night raiding guild. We are looking for mature players with good knowledge of their class and role within a raid environment.
We raid after the usual hours (22.30-01.00 server time sometimes to 01:30) 2+1 days per week (Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday as a progress night). We are mature players who have other commitments at 'normal' raid times, so we take the opportunity to get together and play at a later hour.
What you can expect to get from us?
      * We aim to clear all content atleast on Heroic difficulty. When we can, on top of that we try getting some Mythic kills too.
      * A relaxed but firm raiding atmosphere.
      * A group of skilled raiders who enjoy seeking progression in PvE raiding.
      * A friendly home. Our members are sociable players and enjoy raiding old content, doing challenge mode, achievement runs and alts runs wherever possible. As such, a raiders friends/family are welcome in CE
      * A semi-hardcore raiding guild whose aim is to use our limited hours in the best way that we can, maintaining progress with a decent atmosphere.
      * We provide all "raiders" with free repairs from the Guild Bank 24/7. Members can also make use of the extensive mats available in the Guild Bank, all of which are provided for raiding.
What do we expect from you if you raid with us?
      * Maturity in both age and attitude towards your fellow team mates (Don’t bother applying if you’re under the age of 17, we will most likely decline,)
      * A solid internet connection and a solid gaming rig to raid on (You’re useless to us if your connection drops out every encounter or your system cannot handle the FPS)
      * A high level of skill and sensible raiding. Know your role, class and the encounters.
      * Punctuality - Showing up for raids in good time and being well prepared with flasks, food buffs, etc (though supplied by gb better be safe then sorry).
      * Be active on the Guild forums. Engage in tactics discussion and socialise with the Guild.
      * Able to attend minimum 2/3 of raids scheduled raids per week (If not, we will remove your raider status or fail your trial if accepted to CE; progress night attendance is really important for the core)
      * You’re able to take constructive criticism during raids and subsequently able to use that criticism to improve your level of skill, and play.
      * We expect all members to be able to connect to "Discord". Mic is optional.
For questions, feel free to contact one of the current Officers of Crit exp in game or on our forums (Where you can also apply to Critical Experiment)
To make your apply go to "http://critexp.enjin.com/recruitment".

If you are an exceptional player who cannot make the hustle and bustle of a 3, 4, or even 5 night a week guild, then we are the guild for you. Exceptional applicants will be considered regardless of current needs.
Mythic 2 Night Raiding | 8 Hour Guild | US 43rd for Two Day Guilds

      Almost Heroes - Area 52
      7/7M EN ; 2/3M ToV
      10/10H NH ; 9/10M NH

      Raid Times: (CST)
      Sunday: 9pm-1am
      Monday: 9pm-1am
About Almost Heroes: [Formed in December 2016]
We believe in pushing content at a pace that is comfortable but still competitive. By the end of Nighthold progression, we intend to be sub US 50 for 2 day guilds, and unlike most guilds that you will see in the recruitment forums, we are going to do what it takes to get there. When you join Almost Heroes, you can expect to fully clear each tier.
Our definition of hardcore raiding is making the most out of our time together. Since we only raid 8 hours each week, it is up to each member to come completely prepared for the fights that we'll be working on. Raiders are expected to be highly self-motivated, and willing to find out the latest theorycraft data on their classes. Raiders should always be pushing themselves to improve with each raid week, and should never be satisfied with their performance.
Every raider is required to have at least one raid-ready alt that they can play just as well as their main for split runs and/or better comp selections. Your alt must also cover the same role as your main. For example, healer/healer, tank/tank, etc. We assist in gearing these alts through our main runs. If you don't have an alt yet, don't let that stop you from applying! We do not require our applicants to have their alts ready at the time of their app.
Current Roster Needs for Mythic Tomb of Sargeras: (Updated 5/21/17)
We are currently filling any holes in our roster for Tomb, because of this we are openly recruiting most ranged and melee DPS classes.
      Specific Need for:
Resto Druid high need Resto Shaman high need Disc Priest high need Balance Druid high need Rogue high need All exceptional players are encouraged to apply regardless of what we're currently recruiting
      Recruitment:
We do not recruit for the bench, if your application is accepted it means that we believe that there is a spot that can be earned, unless we mention otherwise on your application.
All applications are handled on our website. When submitted, check back on it often, we'll be asking you questions and will follow up with you through it. Put time and effort on your application, it's our first (and often only) impression of you. Make it count!

Guild: Dawn of the Dead | http://www.dotd.org   Faction: Horde | Server: Zul'jin (PvE) | Timezone: EST   Current Progression: 9/10M Nighthold | 2/3M Trial of Valor | 7/7M Emerald Nightmare   We've been raiding max size raids continuously since WoW has been released and are the only guild to have done so here on Zul'jin. We have strong leadership, no drama, and plans to keep raiding for years to come. Unlike many guilds, we're not recruiting for the short term, and we don't over-recruit.   Website: www.dotd.org
Raid Times: Our schedule is 8-11 EST Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.   Needs: We are a small guild, and we expect high attendance. As such, we recruit people to raid, and desire people who can step in and contribute immediately. We don’t recruit people to sit around, so all spots are for raiders who can expect to be in most every raid.   We are currently looking to add skilled and reliable:   1-2 Melee or Ranged DPS
      1 Healer
      High: Holy Paladin
      Medium: Disc Priest
*ALL exceptional applicants will be considered regardless of the class.   What we ask of you:   Effort: Not all applicants come from highly progressed guilds, and that’s okay, but it does mean that you need to be prepared. We recruit the player, not the gear, but we do ask that you have some current experience and be a minimum iLvl of 885. You need to have the best gear available to you, (BoE, Crafted) with gems and top end enchants. You also need to be able to display an understanding of your class mechanics, role in a raid, and ability to learn new fights.   Attitude: It’s a game. We play for fun. How you fit in with the guild is taken very seriously. We’re a bunch of mostly 18-30 guys and girls who have fun playing together. While we have a good time, we also know when it’s time to buckle down and work hard.   Skill: The best way to determine skill is to see you in a raid. Because we don’t wish to have anyone transfer that we’re not serious about, be able to express your knowledge of your class and why you’re an exceptional player who would be an asset and is worth a shot. Gear will come with time. Skill will not. Impress us with your knowledge of your class and gameplay mechanics. Feel free to share any logs, theorycrafting, or other work you've done.   Commitment: We make a commitment to you, and ask you to do the same to us. A raid takes a team of more than 20 individuals working together. We rely on you to show up to raids, research your class and new fights, respect your fellow players, and notify us when you are unavailable. You rely on us for gear, experience, and coordination. It's a large investment of our time to train and gear new players, and we ask the same investment on your part so that we can each benefit.   We have a variety of informational resources available to prospective applicants on our web site: http://www.dotd.org-- please refer to our "Applications" forum for detailed information. Also feel free to visit us on WoWProgresss for more information and kill videos! http://www.wowprogress.com/guild/us/...wn+of+the+Dead   Should you wish to speak to someone in-game, please don't hesitate to reach out to an officer directly, whisper Xanah (Xana#1662) or Jeare (Jeare#1759).   We look forward to hearing from you soon!

Unforgiven is currently recruiting for current content and looking to increase our raiding team as we move closer to the release of the new expansion Tomb of Sargeras.  We are based on Dreanor and are a Horde guild.
Unforgiven has been together for about 5 months and consist of a mixture of UK, EU and South Africa players, with English being the main language spoken.  We are a friendly group who would make any player feel welcome.
We are currently 9/10 heroic Nighthold and want to increase the raid team numbers to progress into mythic Nighthold in preparation for Tomb.
Currently we are mainly looking for ranged dps players of any spec to join the raid team but will be happy to speak to all types of players who have interest in joining.  New members would be required to be active during the week for mythic + runs and attending the majority of raids, we understand that real life comes first but require active players to help us progress through content.
We raid Wednesday (Normal Nighthold) as a fun run, gather that Artifact Power and maybe pick the odd legendary/BOE up on the way.  Thursday is the start of the guild Heroic Nighthold run and continue any left over content on Sunday.  Raid times are 7:30 server time to 10:30 server time on each of the days.  We also hold mythic+ nights on Monday for anyone who has not completed their 10+ key prior or just to potentially pick up some extra gear for guild members.
If you are interested please message Imryll in game (on every evening after finishing work) or leave your player name/realm/ilevel/spec here and I will get back to you ASAP.
Many thanks for taking time to read this and hope to be adding some of you to our team.
If you want to add me my battlenet is Eknz#2475
