While we are primarily a raiding guild, we also have a strong social side. We regularly run Mythic+ keys, and host a Friday night social event, which can include a relaxed raid, quiz nights, or other games.
We have an active Discord with regular voice chats, hobby and interest channels, and members who enjoy a wide variety of other games such as DOTA, EVE, Civ, V Rising, Diablo, Dune, and more.

Who are we:
Breakfast Raiders is a morning raiding guild based on the Tarren Mill EU server with 2 raid teams, first team is currently 7/9M and 2nd team is curved and looking for more stable players to build a solid 2nd Mythic team.
This is a CE-focused guild, with both raiders and leaders with previous CE experience, Our main goal is to take on Mythic content, get CE for our raiders and to push ourselves as a collective getting it faster each tier.
We welcome players with similar background but not only, as long as we share the same goal: spending quality time together.
So if you are a social or a raider of HCs or just want to push M+ with people in the morning, then you are more than welcome here as well.

Loot system:
We use loot council addon to help with distribution to those where the items does the most for progression. We believe in team play, and we are all pushing for progression.

TBC Recruitment is going to be open competition for raiding spots. There will be an alt run, and the guild will be hosting GDKPs.

Expectations:
1. Come Prepared. The content is 13 years old, there is no reason to not know the mechanics of a boss. We will post Strats and info graphics prior to a raid release, but it is the raiders responsibility to understand the Mechanics. Bring your consumables, there is no excuse to not have your flasks/Potions/Food for any given week.
2. Be open to criticism. No one is perfect, and we expect anyone in the raid to be able to handle being asked or told (respectfully) how to do something better. We will not tolerate any kind of childish behavior, the raid comes first, and no one is above it.
3. Perform. With all the resources available to the player base today, there are few excuses to not know how to play your class effectively. We expect raiders to have a knowledge of the class they play, and be able to absolutely pump in whatever role they are filling.

Casual has been a loot council guild from Day 1, we have a public spreadsheet that tracks where every single piece of gear has gone. Factors for the Loot Council include, but are not limited to:

About Us:
Two Strike Policy is a weekday Mythic hardcore progression guild on US-Sargeras. In our spare time, we run various high mythic keystones/carries. Currently we are recruiting for our BFA Mythic Team for the Raid Tier Battle of Dazar'alor and Crucible of Storms. We value camaraderie, communication, preparedness and excellence in each other. Discord is used to communicate during raids. We decided to reform our team after Mythic Mythrax in Uldir and add additional days to our raid schedule from two days to four days a week to achieve CE early on in the tier.
We will still be using the updated RCLootCouncil to help distribute loot if it is tradeable or a sidegrade. We expect raiders to be aware of their BIS and ideal gearing setup, and willing to trade where possible to best equip the raid team. The type of people we want would almost JUMP at giving gear to their fellow raid member/team if it is a sidegrade for themselves. Guild repairs, flasks and food are provided to all raiders, including trials.
