Better sin rogue dps?

Few questions about my dps overall and how to make it better.

1. Why is my dps so low compared to other assassination rogues?

2. How can I improve to be able to do better dps?

I'm doing everything the guide says to do and run bet yet my dps is pretty low. Any help would be appreciated to understand what I'm doing wrong and how to fix it.

Your main problem is that you aren't keeping your bleeds on the target. This is your main priority as Assassination, and you should have them up close to 100% of the time
