Medicore Frost DK Legendary question

Hi all!

First, I thank you for this great page and guides for Frost DKs.

Second, sorry about my bad english. Its not my native language, and the weather is too hot to handle, and I'm lasy to fix my errors :) I promise, I'll make as few as I can...

And on topic:

Yesterday, I found my...7th legendary, the Seal of NecrofantasiaSeal of Necrofantasia (ignore the wowhead ilevel, it does not matter in my perspective). I used the good old Koltira's Newfound WillKoltira's Newfound Will +Toravon's Whiteout BindingsToravon's Whiteout Bindings combo to get things done. Also, I have a Consort's Cold CoreConsort's Cold Core as a dustcatcher in my bank. Also I have a necklance (the shield giving one) and a boot (that every melee can wear), I placed them in my bank, for memories, they are not as usefull. I do not have the new ring yet, nor the trinkets.

Here is my noob DK's armory link: https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/character/arathor/vulpius

My question is, what legendary combination should I use? As a cookie-cutter, I dont realy feel fancy to swap items in that short time when I have time to play :)

I'm a medicore Frost DK player, not the best but not the worst... also, we are doing ToS normal, and next week, or in two weeks, we will start ToS HC. I wont play in every day in every raid, but still, I want to do more damage/fun :)

I use BoS build as written here on Icy-veins. Also I understand that the Seal will be the best legendary, but... what would be my second?

Thank you for reading this, and thanks in advance.

EDIT: armory does not look like to be updated...

Your best combo should be Belt/SoNF. I think once you get T20 2 set, swap the belt for the bracers.

Great answer, I was thinking of a succinct way of wording that and you did great :D

To hijack this thread, how is the new Cold Heart? Had a guildie tell me it was BiS for frost

Also, KBW or Ebon martyr?

Cold Heart is high on the list certainly, however due to lack of cross talent/ability synergies it is not top tier necessarily.

The bracers are still top and likely to remain there due to the strong synergy with T20 bonuses.

Ebon Martyr power has reduced significantly with the last set of nerfs. As you drop T19 x 2 while gearing in ToS and beyond, the gap will increase further between it and the top legendaries.

KBW is still really a stat stick... the effect is good for M+ and high burst AoE but that is not a raiding niche particularly.

Okay so I just started my first WoW player since 2009, and I completed all first mandatory missions and some misions to allow me do certain things like missions to show me how to pet a monster. Then, I skipped everything, me being level 2 undead and went to lvl 13 area (as I usually do in all MMOs) and farmed a bit until lvl 4 then I got bored and accidentally used a zepelin that flew me to Orgrimmar so I took advantage and went to lvl 17 area me being lvl 4 until reach lvl 6 and went to an area with lvl from 17 to IDK lvl and killed one lvl 17 deer then I went to some kind of troll or whatever that was lvlv 20, me being lvl 6 and killed it, I again got bored instantly and went farther through that rollercoaster until I reach the end and monsters there instead of a level have a skull which I assume means their lvl is 15 or 20 lvls more then mine, killed some with ease but I realised I only got 96 EP per kill, which is so little for me being lvl 7 or 6 and needing 5000 EP to levelup
Do those skull level monsters give only a bit of experience, or all monsters I kill give EP depending on my own level, not on their own? Or is just that WoW works like this and if I kill a lvl 12 monster (twice my lvl, 6 lvls of difference) they would give me like 23 EP?
Is it always this hard to level up in WoW?

      Hey guys.
So almost every raid, I compare myself to the other DK in group, and cannot figure out why there is always a decent difference in DPS between us.
      First...my Logs link:  https://www.warcraftlogs.com/character/us/whisperwind/imnotdedyet

I know I am doing decent DPS, but never quite the same as him. We have same talents that matter, legos are comparable I think...I do have the lego helm, just swapped it for the bracers. The only main difference I can find is that he has higher base stats than me. So does the base stats make that big of a difference? Is it merely a RNG hates me issue?

      THanks guys!

Former Blood and Frost DK, back in action.  Things have changed a LOT since I had to spec into DW Frost ;)
      Here is the armory:
      http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/malfurion/Nuadda/advanced
Here is my current rotation for World Quest/overworld play(outside of dungeons):
HB to Open->OB->OB->RW->FS until RP exhausted/OB is available(I forget to use PoF unless I am going after a rare or planning a aoe burst).
Should I use KM procs for FSc since I have that in my spec?
I'm having the following main issues:
      1. I seem to be Rune starved, so that's why I am hitting FS so much.
      2. Survivability can sometimes be an issue if I am not using RW on each cooldown.
      3. Recently got this as my first legendary, unsure if I should actually use it:

So far the plan is to gather heroic upgrades and patch the class gear, but will welcome any suggestions

Hey all I'm a returning player and finally hit 110 on my death knight yesterday. I am currently playing a frost dk, but I'm not enjoying it as much as I thought I would. Unholy on the other hand looks pretty sweet... but from what I hear they are in a bad state atm. This might be to early to speculate, but anyone know if buffs are coming this next patch? Should I reroll now before I invest thousands of AP into frost relic? As cool as unholy looks, don't want to play a doomed spec...

I come here seeking wisdom, as I am but a mere newb to Fury Warriors (as in, "I've been playing it for 2 days" new).

From the numbers in the tooltips alone, Whirlwind does more dmg than Furious Slash, especially if you have Wrecking Ball talented (then it does more dmg than Rampage). Considering how you use Furious Slash as a filler already, you might as well get a better one, right? I can't say how it compares to Avatar (its competitor in the talent tier) in dps but it looks promising.
