  For Loot and Glory <FLAG> are a semi-hard core raiding guild with a sense of humour playing on the Outland Server,
we are looking for additional experienced members to bolster our current raid members in ToS. Our current progress is 9/9N 3/9HC, social members are also welcome.

 

  Our Main raid days are currently Wed/Sun, (19.45-23.00), for new members we require you to attend both raids so we can see how you perform & interact. We also have an Alt run on Fridays (19.45-23.00) which is non-mandatory, this run is for anyone who meets the ilvl requirements (Alts of course, Mains who missed Wed raid, Mains for loot or log improvements or just to help out). We prefer our raids to finish at the stated time although if we are pushing for a kill & are close this may be extended a few mins although this is rare as people have a personal life & need to go.

 

  We would prefer if you have concordance at this point in time as with 40 AK it is easy to achieve at this point in time, as well as the relevant ilvl for the current content which is around 890 for normal (this is higher heading into HC). It would help if you have encountered the fights that we will be progressing before joining us although we realise that ToS is a new raid & therefore some people may not have seen them yet.
 
  The add-on requirements are DBM, Best In Slot & RC loot council (failure to get this add-on means no loot), Exorsus Raid Tools maybe needed into mythic progression, but we will let you know before hand if this is needed. The loot is distributed by looking at the BiS list & then raid rolling by rank etc.

 

   Discord is the voice comms of choice so you must have this if you want to raid with us, to hear calls etc although you do not need a mic it helps but that is up to you. The Discord link is https://discord.gg/4YWmkt, the website is http://flag.wowalliances.com/

  

   We are mainly looking for DPS currently as our tank/healer roster is generally set, however we will consider all specs classes if you application catches our eye. If you think that you know your class, perform well & want to progress while having fun, feel free to apply for an invite to the guild, you can do this by replying to this thread with reasons why you would like to join us, as well as your exp with the raids & your class spec etc. You can message Crimsonia in-game as well as Péndragón for invites, you can chat on our discord channel if you would prefer.

Last nights raid we got two more bosses down so we are 7/9 HC, one shotted Desolate Host & 14% was best try on avatar, still looking for additional raiders for our raid team.

We finally killed Mythic Goroth last night, grats guys.

  We are still looking for additional members to join our team to fill in gaps or act as replacements, We especially are looking for a Healer/ with DPS off spec, this is to help fill in when our team misses a healer, or when we have the healers can just switch to DPS.
