Achievements

Characters

  • Undead
    • Touch of the Grave Touch of the Grave (racial ability) no longer causes the user to enter combat when it procs from periodic effects.

Classes

  • Death Knight
    • Death Gate Death Gate no longer occasionally strands players in Acherus after being used, and it should always return them to the entry point where it was originally placed.
  • Mage
    • Arcane
      • Damage for all spells and abilities increased by 6%.

Dungeons and Raids

  • Azshara’s Eternal Palace
    • Orgozoa
      • Orgozoa now transitions to phase two at 40% health (was 3.5 minutes).
        • Developers’ note: This change is meant to be neutral with regard to difficulty of the encounter, and aims to ensure that as player damage output continues to increase in the coming weeks, the overall pacing of the encounter doesn’t become skewed.
    • Radiance of Azshara
      • Fixed a bug causing Radiance of Azshara's Stormwraith Gale Buffet to increase its damage by 10% per stack, rather than the intended 25% on Normal and Heroic difficulties.
    • Za’Qul, Harbinger of Ny’alotha
      • Shattered Psyche now has a unique icon.
    • Queen Azshara
      • Players with the Beckoned debuff can no longer be afflicted with Charged Spear.
      • Players broken out of Devotion should not be prevented from using their abilities.
  • Atal'Dazar
    • Fixed a bug that caused Yazma to repeat her voice lines three times each time a boss was defeated during Mythic Keystone Dungeons.

Items

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in fewer than intended Aqueous Reliquary Aqueous Reliquary drops from Radiance of Azshara, The Queen’s Court, and Queen Azshara.
  • Fixed a bug that caused end-of-run chests earned for completing a Mythic Keystone at +7 difficulty to incorrectly reward item-level 415 gear; now rewards ilvl 420 ilvl gear.
  • Benthic gear’s damaging spells and heals (e.g. Poen's Deepsea Gloves Poen's Deepsea Gloves ) no longer remove the caster from stealth.
  • The time required to charge an Energy Cell Energy Cell at the Charging Station has been reduced to 1.5 seconds (was 3 seconds).
  • Heart of Azeroth
    • Vision of Perfection Vision of Perfection (Essence) no longer activates for Arms Warriors if they are under the effects of crowd control that prevents them from controlling their character (e.g. Polymorph or stuns).
    • Vision of Perfection Vision of Perfection (Essence) no longer grants Unholy Death Knights with the Minor Power’s Rank 2 healing effect at Rank 1.
    • Vision of Perfection Vision of Perfection no longer forcibly shapeshifts Druids out of Flight Form if they are flying when it activates.
    • Vision of Perfection Vision of Perfection (Essence) Rank 2 now grants Guardian Druids the correct amount of healing when Incarnation: Guardian of Ursoc activates.
    • Vision of Perfection Vision of Perfection (Essence) no longer grants Guardian Druids twice the intended amount of cooldown reduction for Survival Instincts when placed in the Minor Slot.
    • Vision of Perfection Vision of Perfection (Essence) Rank 2 now grants Brewmaster Monks the correct amount of healing when Invoke Niuzao, the Black Ox activates.
    • Vision of Perfection Vision of Perfection (Essence) no longer grants Protection Warriors twice the intended amount of cooldown reduction for Avatar when placed in the Minor Slot.
    • Fixed a bug where the critical strike chance for Blood of the Enemy Blood of the Enemy (Essence) would not apply to a player’s pets or guardians.
    • Essence of the Focusing Iris (Essence) Major Power damage has been lowered by 15%.
      • Developers’ note: Essence of the Focusing Iris is a very strong tool for area burst damage, but is overshadowing the other available area damage Essences that are available. This change should still keep it very strong when dealing with packs of high priority targets.

Player versus Player

  • Druid
    • Restoration
      • Healing reduced by 10% in PvP situations.
        • Developers’ notes: Throughout Season 2, Restoration Druid’s raw healing throughput paired very well with their crowd control, defensive abilities, and ability to sneak away and regain mana through drinking. This is intended to bring their healing throughput more in line with other healer specializations in PvP.
  • Items
    • Trident of Deep Ocean Trident of Deep Ocean absorption effect is now reduced by 80% in PvP (was 75%).
    • Mindthief's Eldritch Clasp Mindthief's Eldritch Clasp healing and self-damage effect is now reduced by 60% in PvP (was 50%).
    • Void Stone Void Stone effect is reduced in PvP by 45% for healers (was 30%) and 70% for non-healers (was 60%).
      • Developers’ notes: Due to the scaling increase that some trinkets received with the release Rise of Azshara, the PvP-specific reductions put in place for Season 3 did not have the impact we were going for. These are items that we previously noted were intended to be scaled out this season.
    • Resolved an issue that caused the PvP reduction to Ward of Envelopment Ward of Envelopment and Mirror of Entwined Fate Mirror of Entwined Fate to affect non-PvP situations.
    • Enchant Weapon - Oceanic Restoration Enchant Weapon - Oceanic Restoration’s (weapon enchant) mana granted is reduced by 50% in PvP situations.
      • Developers’ notes: At the start of Battle for Azeroth Season 2, we made changes to mana regeneration in PvP to increase the impact mana management has on long engagements. Similarly, Rise of Azshara introduced new methods of mana regeneration in the forms of a weapon enchant and Essences (below) that need to be reduced in the same fashion.
    • Heart of Azeroth
      • Lucid Dreams (Essence) now refunds 50% less mana in PvP situations, now heals for 50% less in PvP situations when it refunds resources, and now provides 50% less Leech when activated in PvP situations. The Mana generation rate provided by activating its Major Power is unchanged.
      • Vision of Perfection Vision of Perfection (Essence) heals for 50% less in PvP situations.
      • Purification Protocol Purification Protocol (Essence) heals for 50% less in PvP situations.
      • The Ever-Rising Tide The Ever-Rising Tide (Essence) grants 50% less mana in PvP situations.
        • Developers’ notes: These Essences provide additional passive self-healing that we feel should be reduced to the same degree as tier 3 Azerite traits.

Quests

  • The mining nodes in the introductory version of the “Brinestone Shards” are no longer viewable by other players.
  • Lor’themar Theoron and First Arcanist Thalyssra now saddle up with flying mounts during "Up Against It ".
  • Construction Projects for Flame Turrets and Rustbolt Armories now respawn more quickly after either running out of power being destroyed.

Previous hotfixes.

Aaaaaand Focused Azerite Beam was nerfed by 15%, dont know why you don't have that on here ?

It was mentioned ... Essence of Focusing Iris is the essence.

Still, it really hurts because this was the one ability I had to counter all the fears, stuns, disorientates I get from mobs out in the world so that I find myself with 3-4 3-400HP mobs on top of me.

Today's hotfixes are still very Plunderstorm-heavy, but we do get fixes for more achievement-related mount issues and PvP catch-up, in addition to the limited time event's adjustments.
      March 27 (Source)
      Achievements
Fixed bugs causing mounts related to A World Awoken to be unavailable, including Bestowed Ottuk Vanguard, Bestowed Trawling Mammoth, Bestowed Thunderspine Packleader, Bestowed Sandskimmer, Bestowed Ohuna Spotter, Coralscale Salamanther, Stormtouched Bruffalon, and Taivan. Player versus Player
Fixed an issue that prevented Splintered Sparks of Dreams from dropping from PvP sources while eligible for catch-up. Plunderstorm
The Storm’s fury swells! Lightning strikes during the final stage of the Storm are faster and more dangerous than before. There is now a delay of 20 seconds after being revived where players no longer drop collected Plunder. Additional enemies now spawn at Witherbark Village, the wild area northeast of Go’Shek Farm, and the wild area between Witherbark Village and Boulderfist Hall. Fixed an issue where swapping back to default sword and gun appearances were not saving correctly. Fixed an issue so that now, picking up an additional rank 2 spell while the same rank 2 spell is equipped properly grants the rank 4 version of the spell. The Captain’s Orders quest “X Marks the Spot” now requires 1 item to be picked up (was 2 items).

Well that didn't take long! We found out someone had broken the 700,000 Plunder milestone yesterday evening, and we're already done with the full amount now! Soularpower_ managed to grind it out a couple of hours ago in duos, and grabbed the Plunderkind achievement, so huge congratulations! It's been a week and a day since the event was released, and despite there being plenty of Plunder drop buffs since then it's still great to see someone get it all done already.

Unsurprisingly, the first thing Soularpower_ after reaching that goal was... play more Plunderstorm! He's actually still at it if now you want to check the stream out.

Here's our first post-patch look at the Mythic+ log rankings. While the patch didn't really touch any of the DPS or tank specs, there's still some movement there, especially in the raw DPS chart. Healers got some solid changes in the patch, and the definitely had an effect.
      Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
      All Keys
      95th percentile DPS
The top percentiles are extremely stable, which makes sense since the patch didn't really bring any significant changes for DPS specs. We have to go down to number 7 to see the first bit of movement, as Destruction moves two up, leaving its fellow Warlock down in 9th, as Arms gets between them, gaining 3 spots. Havoc closes out the top 10 three down, and right behind it we find the newly buffed Elemental moving three up. While Augmentation is being properly calculated, we still find an Evoker in the bottom 3, as Devastation drops one down and takes Marksmanship's place.

Mythic+ All Keys 95th Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      All Percentiles
It took Shadow a little longer to get into the top in the generalist bracket, as we find it in 3rd now, pushing Outlaw down one. Balance also moves up, 2 spots into 6th, as it and Arms take advantage of Havoc's fall. The Demon Hunter finds itself 3 down in 9th, while Fury remains stable at the very end of the top 10.

Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      Raw DPS U.GG DPS Rankings
U.gg's rankings are based on actual DPS taken from Warcraft Logs data, focusing on the top players and span the past two weeks.
While Outlaw remains at the top, pretty much everything's changing beneath it. Shadow and Retribution joined forces and moved two up together, breaking into the top 3. Fire is also on the rise, gaining 3 spots, and right behind it we find another big leaper, as Arms moves a whopping 5 spots up.
Mythic+ All Keystone DPS rankings by u.gg.

      All Percentiles Tank (Points)
There's actually some solid movement here, as we see Paladin take 2nd away from DK and Druid take Monk down, with Warrior remaining in last place and DH being far ahead of the pack.
Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      Healer (Points)
Healers had some significant changes with the patch, but it hasn't stopped Monk from remaining at the top. Druid moves into 2nd, taking Discipline Priest down a peg, and it seems the Holy Priest patch reworks helped it out, as it gains a spot in 4th.

Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs and u.gg. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides, as well as our Mythic+ guides and Mythic+ tier list.

In Dragonflight Season 4, Awakened/Fated raids will be on a weekly rotation.
Upon accessing the Adventure Guide and navigating to the Raids section, you'll notice a green gem icon beside the raid that's Awakened for the current week.

When a raid is Awakened, bosses are more powerful and loot drops are upgraded to a higher item level. The upcoming season revisits the Fated system introduced in Shadowlands Season 4.

We've already taken a look at all the items coming to the Trading Post next month, as the Season 4 PTR revealed them, but now let's see them in movement as well! MrGM has detailed everything coming in April, from the awesome Dreadwake mount to a pretty cool polearm, some new capes, and all the other pirate-themed items. Let's take a look.

If you'd rather just scroll through some images, you can head on to our original post here.
