Yes, he is. And he also voices Bastion from Overwatch (don't ask how that works).

It's a bit strange considering he voices some characters but stopped voicing some others. He voices Deathwing in WoW for example but someone else voices Deathwing in HotS (And is really poor at it, honestly). He also still voiced Garrosh Hellscream in Shadowlands so he's at least still active, just wasn't there for Deathwing in 2019 for some reason.

Garrosh? There was no Garrosh, I assume you meant Thrall. I think you are confusing some characters, Metzen never voiced Deathwing (Michael McConnohie, voice of LK, Uther and Kel'Thuzad, later it was Patrick Seitz) nor Garrosh (also Seitz), but he did voice Varian, Nefarian and Ragnaros. He will only keep voicing Thrall now. His other characters are either dead or replaced by others actors, like Nefarian and Ragnaros (dead in lore, but different actor in HS and HotS appearances, Matthew Mercer). However, this might have been due to higher budget, later Blizz started using same set of voice actors that you would hear in many other high-profile games, while in earlier years more voices were done by Blizzard employees, albeit there have been very few lines that were voiced back then.

We're 2 hours away from this year's opening ceremony at BlizzCon and the community is already guessing what will be announced today, so we're taking a look at some bingo cards for the event!
      Bingo Card 1
The first bingo card talks about Thrall, Metzen, and of course "Storm" in the expansion name. Interestingly, it mentions Path of the Titans, a feature that was planned for Cataclysm but ultimately abandoned.

      Bingo Card 2
The second bingo card includes guesses like Dragonriding everywhere, WoW on game pass, and more.

      Bingo Card 3
The third bingo card boldly mentions a new expansion for Diablo 4!

      Bingo Card 4
The fourth bingo card includes guesses like Cataclysm Classic, Classic+, no Patch 10.3, and more.
