wow Weird Lordaeron Phasing Shenanigans in Patch 9.2.5

Lordaeron has been updated in Patch 9.2.5 with a new quest chain. Some portions of the zone experience some weird phasing on live servers. In this post, we preview the phasing shenanigans in more detail.

Here is a short video that demonstrates phasing in Lordaeron. The player constantly moves to and from the "phasing border", which results in environmental changes, such as removed buildings, water appearing out of nowhere, and so forth.

The second phasing bug results in floating signs outside of Lordaeron.

Here is the Lordaeron phase border taken at 43, 52. The tiles perfectly line up, but the texture is different.

Yeah.   While using my obsidianwing to fly my dad's character around so we could move through the new quest faster, as we were heading toward the apothecary in the late phase of it we ended up disconnecting while over the green toxic cloud.  It wasn't even very far in, I was just making a fairly straight shot from the previous step.

My very first thought as it dumped out was "i see what you did there", my same opinion of the first time I tried to Teleport: Darnassus in BfA.   oopsy.

Of course when we reconnected it also insta-gibbed us, because it landed us in a place one shouldn't walk.  d'OH.
