<IQ> of US-Proudmoore is recruiting!

With WoD around the corner, our raiders have decided that it is time to look at some serious apps looking forward towards Mythic.

Our Operation:

Our weekday team is a group that strives to always do better than they did that last week. When we are progressing, progression is the goal and should be yours as well. When we have bosses on farm, we take the time to have fun and try to show the mastery of our class by doing what we can to push rankings. Loot currently is distributed using /roll with 1 MS piece a week unless you are the only one rolling. This is the written rule but we often deviate as we are a friendly group and share loot based on who could really use it the best/most. Obviously, loot in WoD will be very different without reforging and new stats so this may have to be reevaluated but it will still be friendly.

Our Info:

First off, I will start with our website:

http://iqguild.enjin.com/

This is how we communicate with current member and apps. Please follow the instructions on the first post if you plan to app.

If you like what you saw above then here are our raid times (EST):

Tue/Wed/Thur 8-11pm

We expect you to make these raid times 95-100% of the time. Missing a raid night once or twice every few weeks or month is not a big deal, we have real life commitments, we understand. We do ask that you post when you will be AFK before hand so that we know. This is done through our website and NOT the calendar in-game alone. We provide guild repairs and food, but not flasks or potions which you are expected to use. We also use mumble so plan on having that installed and ready to go before we take you into any raid.

Our Requirements:

- Currently all classes, roles, and specs are open but expect more difficulty in filling a spot when it is already covered.

- You know your goddamn class backwards and forwards. I cannot stress this enough. Things will change in WoD, but that is not going to be an excuse for anyone. The current team will have to go through the same transition so you are not alone and we expect you to have adapted just as we will have had to.

- You are reliable and flexible. Progression is progression and we push it. We will take the people doing repeatedly well each week for said events and that is how it is. There are fights that require certain amounts of melee/ranged/tanks/heals or just flat DPS/HPS requirements. We will not keep you from raiding all week but we do read logs and notice how people in our group play which brings me to my next point.

- Be ready for criticism and to criticize. There are lots of ways to kill a boss and lots of ways to maximize a class. None of the player on our team come to raid without ideas and participation in our raid related forum discussions is expected. We do not know the in's and out's of every class but no class in WoW is that different from the rest and we will ask you about your playstyle during your app based on what we see.

- Have logs from WARCRAFTLOGS.COM. We will not read WoL, we don't care for that outdated site. WCL can tell us a hundred times more about your playstyle and what could have gone wrong. It can only help your app to do this.

- WE DO NOT need you to have completed 14/14H or even played this expansion. We will fill spots as people app so do not expect us to wait for a returning player to gear up with WoD dungeon gear. We have a time frame we would like to meet and if we are still looking once you are geared enough for our progression, we will consider taking a look at you. People, who are geared for this level of play currently can app immediately. This being said WE WILL NOT CARRY YOU. If you are coming here for a kill, gear, or anything of the sort, please hit your back button. We have players that have been here since the start of our Heroic progression and before. You are here to play for WoD and as such will not be eligible to be in for our Garrosh kill in 10m and mount in Mythic until our current team has completed its own mount farming. If you find this unfair, then I do not feel bad imploring you to look elsewhere. These people have fought long and hard for this kill and these mounts. It would be unfair to take this way from those players.

- Most importantly, we want people who want to have fun!

To Conclude:

If this all sounds dope, then app at http://iqguild.enjin.com/

Follow the instructions please!

We look forward to seeing new apps and trialing you for two weeks if we think you are ready to raid with us. After two weeks we will evaluate and let you know where we will go from there. Good luck to all who app!

Personal Notes from Gnar:

If you use this post or my name in reference to an app, I request that in the question about animals, you instead post a picture of your UI, write what AddOns that you use, and websites you research to find more about your class. Then you can consider yourself ready to answer the animal question...

Oi, mates! Let me just briefly introduce me and this guild. My name is Beautymen and I have been playing ever since WoTLK. During this great expansion I was heavily involved into raiding on Quel'Thalas. Ever since I left these days behind the sensation of raiding and progressing has been tickling my sensitive parts. Therefore, when Legion launched I came back to play with my mate Kraishan and we founded Mythic Busters.

      What is Mythic Busters?
Our guild, Mythic Busters, is a friendly bunch of people from all around the world who are looking to get into raiding. Especially, when you have been gone from the game for some time, you might have lost your raiding mojo and find it hard to be re-introduced.
This guild offers you the chance to start raiding again in Legion through a fun and relaxed way. No hard requirements, just fair and square play. We have several divisions within the guild to cater to different players. For instance, we run Mythic+ to gear up new players and currently we are building progress and farm runs through the newest raids.

What makes raiding different with you guys?
Good question, me. Well, if I might be so egocentric as to say that first of all: I believe we have created a great atmosphere within our guild. I, as a raid leader, try to entertain the raid group on Discord by keeping our nights social and fun.

Sounds great. When do you raid?
Right now we raid on Wednesdays and Sundays from 7:30PM (invites) till about 11:00PM server time. These raids are currently focused on ToS HC progression. On Fridays we also run a normal mode farm for alts/lowerer geared members.

Awesome. Who are you looking for?
We accept any and every social player who is either experienced or new to raiding. Just be a chill or dude or dudewoman! And of course, ready slash willing to learn.

You sold me at dudewoman! How do I join?
Feel free to respond underneath this post or whisper me ingame (Beautymen-QuelThalas or Beautyman#2868).

Night gathers, and now my watch begins. It shall not end until my death.

Project Nemesis are here with the lemony scent of success and happy happy joy joy feel good antics.
Our DPS is absolute and use skills to do massive critical damage and will stand in fire unbuffed.
Our healers practice real life Wack-a-Mole at Blackpool Pleasure Beach once a week and our tanks taunt MMA fighters.
When we enter instances bosses walk up to us drop their loot and kill themselves or keep running out to reset.
Blizzard keeps trying to pay us to play. Weve dated supermodels.
We've all won the lottery 8 times even our mages have Warglaves.
Is it because we all have IQs above 180?
We are the ultimate rock stars and may need to stop raiding for our world tour.
Want to party with celebrities and mingle with the political elite leap tall buildings in a single bound or pull 2000 Mobs on Argus?.
Yes weve been on COPS twelve times this week alone and Fox is creating us our very own channel.
We do not talk about Raid Club we are Raid Club, even Chuck Norris avoids us
How many Guilds can say theyre on a first name basis with both Samuel L Jackson & Danny Trejo?
Were the only Guild endorsed by 4/5 Spirit Healers
Project Nemesis we wrote the Deathbook and made IT out to look like a clown
Now with ToS firmly underway were looking to strengthen both our Social and Raiding Rosters in preparation for Antorus, the Burning Throne.
How many guilds have theyre very own Guild Hall with its very own hot tub, weve even called it Ironforge.
Raid Days: Monday, Wednesday Friday 2100 Server Time
      Saturday is Alt Day
Tuesday Thursday are Mythic plus days
      Sunday is Free for all
We even bring X-realm raiders outside of our battleground. ..why?? Because we can and don't subscribe to the stereotypical norm of a guild.

      About <Novus Sanctum>:
      9/9 N TOS : 9/9 H TOS
We’re looking for a few good players to join our ranks so that we can push into Mythic Tomb of Sargeras as well as get ready for Argus raids.
      What you need:
      • Be knowledgeable about your class—know: optimal talents, stats, gear, gems, enchants, rotation
      • Pull 700k dps minimum
      • Be ilvl 900
      • Have at least 60 points in Artifact Weapon (for Netherlight Crucible unlocks)
      • Have the appropriate addons and keep them up to date (DBM, EPGP, Weak Auras,RCLootCouncil EPGP, etc.)
      • Have a positive and constructive attitude.
We expect all our raiders to come prepared before raid. This includes flask, pots, tomes, and being ON TIME.
Why should you join Novus Sanctum?
We are not only a progression raiding guild, we are a friendly home for everyone who joins. The atmosphere of the guild is friendly, helpful, supportive, and rewarding. When it's time for business to be handled in raid, we do it, but we have fun at the same time.
We regularly run dungeons, Mythic+, and even old content if we get the urge. To add a bit onto this, we're mainly worried about the points into your weapon. We can gear you up to where you need to be pretty quickly but we can't level your weapon for you. So, as long as your weapon is in a pretty good spot and your gear isn't 825, hit Aachoo or Melyssana up in game.
We would rather bring players who are willing to learn and execute mechanics even if their DPS might be a bit lower than those who only care about the meters and nothing else.
If you have any questions, contact our raid lead Melyssana or recruiter Aachoo or Breebird

Critical Experiment of Draenor EU - a late night raid guild
      Current progression:
      -Tomb of Sargeras 9/9H
      -The Nighthold 1/10M, 10/10H
      -The Emerald Nightmare 3/7M
      -Trial of Valor 3/3H
Current Recruitment can be found at : http://critexp.enjin.com/recruitment
-note: We will consider all good applications
      -socials are welcome to join.
Critical Experiment is based on the Horde side of Draenor - est 2007. We are a late night raiding guild. We are looking for mature players with good knowledge of their class and role within a raid environment.
We raid after the usual hours (22.30-01.00 server time sometimes to 01:30) 2+1 days per week (Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday as a progress night). We are mature players who have other commitments at 'normal' raid times, so we take the opportunity to get together and play at a later hour.
What you can expect to get from us?
      * We aim to clear all content atleast on Heroic difficulty. When we can, on top of that we try getting some Mythic kills too.
      * A relaxed but firm raiding atmosphere.
      * A group of skilled raiders who enjoy seeking progression in PvE raiding.
      * A friendly home. Our members are sociable players and enjoy raiding old content, doing challenge mode, achievement runs and alts runs wherever possible. As such, a raiders friends/family are welcome in CE
      * A semi-hardcore raiding guild whose aim is to use our limited hours in the best way that we can, maintaining progress with a decent atmosphere.
      * We provide all "raiders" with free repairs from the Guild Bank 24/7. Members can also make use of the extensive mats available in the Guild Bank, all of which are provided for raiding.
What do we expect from you if you raid with us?
      * Maturity in both age and attitude towards your fellow team mates (Don’t bother applying if you’re under the age of 17, we will most likely decline,)
      * A solid internet connection and a solid gaming rig to raid on (You’re useless to us if your connection drops out every encounter or your system cannot handle the FPS)
      * A high level of skill and sensible raiding. Know your role, class and the encounters.
      * Punctuality - Showing up for raids in good time and being well prepared with flasks, food buffs, etc (though supplied by gb better be safe then sorry).
      * Be active on the Guild forums. Engage in tactics discussion and socialise with the Guild.
      * Able to attend minimum 2/3 of raids scheduled raids per week (If not, we will remove your raider status or fail your trial if accepted to CE; progress night attendance is really important for the core)
      * You’re able to take constructive criticism during raids and subsequently able to use that criticism to improve your level of skill, and play.
      * We expect all members to be able to connect to "Discord". Mic is optional.
For questions, feel free to contact one of the current Officers of Crit exp in game or on our forums (Where you can also apply to Critical Experiment)
To make your apply go to "http://critexp.enjin.com/recruitment".

Gordian Knot is a 20-man semi-hardcore raiding guild that consists of experienced raiders with some of them having raiding experience as far back as Vanilla.
We are a friendly group who enjoys World of Warcraft and loves raiding. We have fun and joke around but when bosses need to go down then all is serious! We wish for all our members to enjoy the game as much as we do and we expect raiders to maintain a 70% attendance per month.
We also enjoy a variety of other activities such as running a lot of Mythic+ dungeons doing alt-runs, achievement runs etc.
There are a few things we hold in high value but above else we value friendliness and politeness towards guildies and other players and skillfulness when it comes to the more serious parts of the game.
      Currently :
We raid 3 nights a week, Wednesdays, Sundays and Mondays, from 20:00 till 23:00 server time.
Although we are a 20-man guild, we usually run an extra group in order to get more people to experience the joys of raiding, help new raiders learn the Knot's way to down bosses and gearing up. Usually, these runs happen on Thursdays. Also, every Friday and sometimes Saturdays too, we're on RBGs killing alliance scums!
Saturdays are generally left for those RBGs or older content runs for fun and drinking!
Our current guild progress is 3/9 on Tomb of Sargeras mythic, and we're focusing on getting further Mythic progress. Our aim is to get Cutting Edge for this patch!
