Dragonflight 10.1 DPS Log Rankings for Vault of the Incarantes: Day 1

Now that the EU servers have had a shot at the new 10.1 versions of the specs in the Vault, we can take a look at the stats for "day 1" and see the (very preliminary) way the standings have changed! A new number one has arrived but it remains to be seen if it can hold on during the week, and there have been many more extreme changes, with specs moving out from the bottom to the top!

Mythic

Overall Damage 95th Percentile

The changes rolled on in and we see Devastation ahead by a mile! Rising 3 spots and claiming the throne, the Evoker pushes past the two Death Knights who stay tightly knit and only move down the one space. Meanwhile Balance seems to be pulling off the major patch upset, climbing a whole 10 spots to land in 4th, bit is immediately outdone by Arcane and then some, as the Mage rises a giant 15 spots! Windwalker is also up significantly, gaining 9 in 6th, joined by Shadow's 4 spot rise. As things go up so too must they come down and we start with Arms' 2-spot drop, continuing with Marksmanship's larger 4-spot one, and ending the top 10 with a very small 1-spot drop from Destruction. Beast Mastery and Survival remain in the bottom 3, this time joined by Affliction which dropped a few, as Frost Mage did move out, but only 1 spot up.

Overall Damage All Percentiles

The generalist bracket is quite different once you get past the top two, as we see Arms actually rise here, 2 spots into 3rd, as Windwalkers move up even more than in the top percentiles, a big 12 spots into 4th. Retribution's fall is a lot smaller here, only losing 3, while Shadow rises 4 in 6th. It's Feral that is on the rise here as opposed to Balance's leap up above, as it gains 9 spots. And then we see something we haven't in a long time - Fury actually managing to break into the top 10, up 6! Marksmanship and Arcane meet in the middle at the end of the top 10, one spec losing 5 and the other gaining a big 9 spots!

Boss Only Damage All Percentiles

The top of the boss damage chart has not changed as Unholy is actually very stable in all the rankings, having only recently risen to prominence and deciding to stay there. Marksmanship breaks through as it outdoes its Hunter brethren who have been around the top here in the past, as it gains 13 spots into 2nd, with Arcane proving its rise in the overall damage rankings wasn't a fluke, as it stands strong in 4th here as well.

Heroic Overall DPS

While Devastation has taken over the Mythic rankings it's still a very Unholy top in Heroic, and Arcane remains the story of the day, albeit a smaller one here as it only jumps 3 spots up into 2nd. Marksmanship stands strong and actually moves 1 up, as the Evoker digs itself up out of the literal bottom 3, making the largest leap we've seen this week, 19 spots up in 4th! Windwalker, Fury and Shadow are much improved here as well, all three coming up from the bottom of the charts into the top 10, while Affliction and Retribution drop down a few. Beast Mastery drops down to the bottom 3 and takes Devastation's place.

wtf are you talking about? BM gets love nearly every expansion. You were busted almost whole of bfa. You did really well in shadowlands and Blizzard gave you legendary weapon after legendary weapon. How much more love do you need for your spec while other specs got the same boring playstyle and next to no special treatment since legion?

I don't think anyone cared which spec did most damaged before MOP , The beast masters and their pet doing 99% of their dmg a big portion of BFA. , the other 1% is coming on forums and QQing.
