Eleventh Hour Games just released their Day 5 blog post, which includes details about new items, affixes, and interesting uniques that will be available with the launch of Last Epoch on February 21st!

The road to Eterra gets shorter by the day, as Eleventh Hour Games announced what new items and affixes we can expect to find in the game after 1.0 launches! 

With the new armor sets that are coming, EHG has decided to expand the base item range for boots, gloves, and belts, as well as add new item base effects!

Here are some examples of the new item base effects:

• Citadel boots offer reduced bonus damage taken from critical strikes.
• Arcane bracers grant flat Mana and increased mana regen.
• The Divine Girdle grants increased movement speed.

In addition to the new base items, the new armor sets will feature new class-specific affixes. For example:

• Tyran Crown for Mages: Elemental damage leeched as health.
• Apocalypse Plate for Void Nights: increased armor, stun avoidance, and increased echo damage.

However, adjustments to base items are not the only changes coming to the game in 1.0. If you were hoping for more Uniques, you will be happy to hear that additional Unique items can now be found. The added Uniques not only look great, but they also come with great powers that can completely change the way you play. Below are some examples of the new Uniques you can find.

Falcon Fists
One of the two last masteries, Falconer, will not arrive in Eterra without any gear to equip; on the contrary, Falconers will be able to equip the new Falcon Fists item, which allows you to synergize with both Cinder Strike and your falcon!

Spine of Malatros
Warlocks will be able to slash their way through Eterra with a two-handed sword that is specifically designed to alter the mechanics of Chthonic Fissure, causing the skill to cast Flame Whips instead of releasing Spirits.

While items are an important part of the game, they are not the only thing that needed to be changed or added, which is why EHG decided to include brand-new affixes: a total of 33 new idol, helmets, body armor, and relic affixes will be available in the full release of Last Epoch 1.0 on February 21st, 2024!
