<GRAVITY> is a premier raiding guild on the Alliance side of US-Medivh. We're a semi-hardcore guild that focuses primarily on progression. A two-year-old guild that didn't start raiding until Siege of Orgrimmar, we achieved <Cutting Edge: Garrosh Hellscream 10!> within a nine-hour raid week, and our secondary team achieved 8 hardmode bosses down with a 5 1/2 hour raid week. We also pursue things like Challenge Mode Dungeons, Legacy Achievement Runs, and Alt Runs of current content. Our recruitment is always open to excellent players who put the good of the group over their own personal goals, but in particular the roles and classes we're focusing on recruiting are:

Ranged DPS (Hunter, Warlock, Mage, Boomkin preferred, ele sham & spriest less preferred)

Exceptional melee DPS (ret paladins less preferred)

All skilled DPS will be considered regardless of class!

A few of the benefits to raiding with <GRAVITY>:

1) At the start of Siege of Orgrimmar in January, we had 10 unique individuals raiding. In the group that defeated Garrosh Hellscream on Heroic, only three of those members were of the same 10 that started the tier with us. We have attracted people from other guilds, other servers, and even other factions to raid with us, and have successfully grown to over 30 members interested in mythic progression. Despite having thirty interested raid members, only 15 or so are up to our standards, so we're still recruiting.

2) Each raiding member in <GRAVITY> possesses a Kor'kron Juggernaut mount. Despite the fact that Siege is over a year old, we have dedicated our time and efforts to running Mythic twice a week simply to obtain extra mounts for everyone.

3) Several of our raiding members were server first for Gold Challenge Modes, and a few of us have the <Mistwalker> title on mains and alts. Two of us have Mists' 9/9 golds on one of each class, and every member of our main raiding team was 9/9 gold as well.

4) We have made over 1 million gold as a whole selling our PvE skill in Garrosh kills and SoO sales, and most of that money was given directly to guild members.

5) We're friends! Even during progression, raid discussion is typically light and supportive. World of Warcraft is a video game that we spend our free time on, not a job in which we get yelled at. People failing at mechanics are addressed between pulls and after raid, typically with suggestions or constructive criticism.

6) The main goal of <GRAVITY> is to be both the best raiding guild on the server, and the best place to raid on the server. While we pride ourselves on our ability to clear content well, we don't tolerate elitism; we motivate through encouragement, then disappointment, then by replacement.

As you can see, our members take PvE content very seriously. To apply, go to http://www.gravity-medivh.enjin.com. To illustrate what raiding in <GRAVITY> requires:

1) Our raid nights are Wed/Thu/Fri from 8:30-11:30pm EST at the latest. We have members in Atlantic Time Zone who are working professionals, and they cannot be reasonably expected to stay up later than Midnight:30. We are considering Tuesday from 9:00-11:00 during progression to get a jump start on farm, for trials, as well as possibly gear some alts that make more sense for progression encounters. If you cannot make these times, do not apply.

2) Our raid members innately make decisions that are good for the group. I prefer to gear our healers, then DPS, then tanks, and I pay attention to which classes are doing well in a patch. If you're a mage and warlocks are doing exceptionally well, you will not be genuinely bitter that I give warlocks priority on loot. Sidegrades for them will not receive priority over significant upgrades for you, obviously, but you must be able to maturely handle loot council decisions in a progression environment and understand that sometimes you play the right class, and sometimes you play the wrong one. If you cannot handle this maturely, do not apply.

3) Consumables are MOSTLY provided, however they do not magically appear; Garrison mat contributions of herbs, ore, leather, cloth, and food will be greatly appreciated. During progression, farming of mats may be necessary. Our bank officer(s) and myself dedicate our personal time and resources to assuring progression is not halted due to missing consumables. If you expect to log on & withdraw your raiding mats for the night without depositing a single thing for the entire expansion, do not apply.

4) We use mumble! Please have a working microphone and headset / speakers. Also, please have a decent computer. I need you to be able to see ground effects and move out of / into them as encounters demand, and if you're playing on a potato with 2 fps, you won't be able to perform to the level the raid requires.

5) If you think coming to raid excessively high, drunk, or loud is acceptable, or if you afk frequently (with good reason or not), do not apply. Our time is valuable and while we have fun, we also seek to clear content in the most efficient manner possible.

Again, if interested, fill out a five-minute application! If you have any questions about us before you do so, our officer contact information is:

Carla#1253, Recruit Officer

Zephyrion#1602, Guild Master

If you're not on Medivh nor Exodar, we may be able to work something out regarding your transfer costs. Thank you for your time and interest. We look forward to /ginviting you!

Critical Experiment of Draenor EU - a late night raid guild
      Current progression:
      -Tomb of Sargeras 7/9H
      -The Nighthold 1/10M, 10/10H
      -The Emerald Nightmare 3/7M
      -Trial of Valor 3/3H
Current Recruitment can be found at : http://critexp.enjin.com/recruitment
-note: We will consider all good applications
      -socials are welcome to join.
Critical Experiment is based on the Horde side of Draenor - est 2007. We are a late night raiding guild. We are looking for mature players with good knowledge of their class and role within a raid environment.
We raid after the usual hours (22.30-01.00 server time sometimes to 01:30) 2+1 days per week (Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday as a progress night). We are mature players who have other commitments at 'normal' raid times, so we take the opportunity to get together and play at a later hour.
What you can expect to get from us?
      * We aim to clear all content atleast on Heroic difficulty. When we can, on top of that we try getting some Mythic kills too.
      * A relaxed but firm raiding atmosphere.
      * A group of skilled raiders who enjoy seeking progression in PvE raiding.
      * A friendly home. Our members are sociable players and enjoy raiding old content, doing challenge mode, achievement runs and alts runs wherever possible. As such, a raiders friends/family are welcome in CE
      * A semi-hardcore raiding guild whose aim is to use our limited hours in the best way that we can, maintaining progress with a decent atmosphere.
      * We provide all "raiders" with free repairs from the Guild Bank 24/7. Members can also make use of the extensive mats available in the Guild Bank, all of which are provided for raiding.
What do we expect from you if you raid with us?
      * Maturity in both age and attitude towards your fellow team mates (Don’t bother applying if you’re under the age of 17, we will most likely decline,)
      * A solid internet connection and a solid gaming rig to raid on (You’re useless to us if your connection drops out every encounter or your system cannot handle the FPS)
      * A high level of skill and sensible raiding. Know your role, class and the encounters.
      * Punctuality - Showing up for raids in good time and being well prepared with flasks, food buffs, etc (though supplied by gb better be safe then sorry).
      * Be active on the Guild forums. Engage in tactics discussion and socialise with the Guild.
      * Able to attend minimum 2/3 of raids scheduled raids per week (If not, we will remove your raider status or fail your trial if accepted to CE; progress night attendance is really important for the core)
      * You’re able to take constructive criticism during raids and subsequently able to use that criticism to improve your level of skill, and play.
      * We expect all members to be able to connect to "Discord". Mic is optional.
For questions, feel free to contact one of the current Officers of Crit exp in game or on our forums (Where you can also apply to Critical Experiment)
To make your apply go to "http://critexp.enjin.com/recruitment".

HELLO! We're a Horde guild on the linked realms Skullcrusher, Gul'dan and Black Dragonflight - I like to call it Dan Blackskull - sounds like a bad D&D character name.   We're looking for a holy paladin, and a warlock to take over a main raid spot. But, your experience and that you make us laugh matters to us more than the class.
We raid 7pm to 11pm EST Monday and Sunday. We do Mythic, so this would involve a transfer. Sorry, we can't cross realm current mythic content.  Not my rule, talk to Blizzard.   If you choose to join us, be prepared for stupid jokes, too many puns, and steady progress.   We expect you to:
       • Don't bring the drama, don't be a douche.
       • Improve your own play with each attempt. We want another guild member, not a carry.
       • Be there. We raid 8 times in a month - that's it. If you can only make every Sunday, you're missing 1/2 the raids.

In return you can expect us to:
       • Work with you to try and improve
       • Not go psycho at you when you make a mistake (we might laugh)
       • Respect your time. We do not go late, I do not add days.

Ideally you'd be around 915 item level (my alt is 914 and only pugs normal. You can do it.) Being short isn't a deal breaker, but someone running at 880 is going to have a hard time making up the dps, heals, survivability (is that a word? who cares! it is now,) that is needed to justify a spot. If you're looking for someone to carry you through the raid and just soak up gear, we wish you luck elsewhere.   Comms: We use Discord for voice chat.   Loot: We roll for loot and distribute it through RCLootCouncil. Trials are permitted to roll on loot, but can only win if no one needs the loot for Main spec, the spec they are playing in the raid. Should we accept you and you join, then the trial period is over, and you have full rights to loot.   If interested, contact Tthrack#1350 (guild leader), anyone in Questionable Morality on Skullcrusher or drop a an app in on our Website QuestionableMorality.com.
      Thank you!

Oi, mates! Let me just briefly introduce me and this guild. My name is Beautymen and I have been playing ever since WoTLK. During this great expansion I was heavily involved into raiding on Quel'Thalas. Ever since I left these days behind the sensation of raiding and progressing has been tickling my sensitive parts. Therefore, when Legion launched I came back to play with my mate Kraishan and we founded Mythic Busters.

      What is Mythic Busters?
Our guild, Mythic Busters, is a friendly bunch of people from all around the world who are looking to get into raiding. Especially, when you have been gone from the game for some time, you might have lost your raiding mojo and find it hard to be re-introduced.
This guild offers you the chance to start raiding again in Legion through a fun and relaxed way. No hard requirements, just fair and square play. We have several divisions within the guild to cater to different players. For instance, we run Mythic+ to gear up new players and currently we are building progress and farm runs through the newest raids.

What makes raiding different with you guys?
Good question, me. Well, if I might be so egocentric as to say that first of all: I believe we have created a great atmosphere within our guild. I, as a raid leader, try to entertain the raid group on Discord by keeping our nights social and fun.

Sounds great. When do you raid?
Right now we raid on Wednesdays and Sundays from 7:30PM (invites) till about 11:00PM server time. These raids are currently focused on ToS HC progression. On Fridays we also run a normal mode farm for alts/lowerer geared members.

Awesome. Who are you looking for?
We accept any and every social player who is either experienced or new to raiding. Just be a chill or dude or dudewoman! And of course, ready slash willing to learn.

You sold me at dudewoman! How do I join?
Feel free to respond underneath this post or whisper me ingame (Beautymen-QuelThalas or Beautyman#2868).
